Singapore hotels in Kallang

Pros: Everything. Nothing I could complain of. Staff were very helpful, polite and the place was spacious and very clean and close in location to everything. Could not ask for better.

Pros: Apartment is really nice and the view of the city was fantastic. Good breakfast though the space is small so there’s a need to wait for a table to be available.

Pros: It was a Fabulous place to stay in Singapore, for the money we spend, it's secure and clean, and the staff was amazingly corporative.

Cons: Locker was little bit smaller. I think it should be little bit bigger to hold a hand luggage.

Pros: The pod was squeaky clean. Everything works properly. Room itself is spacious and cool. Kitchen and shower are also well organized and very clean. Breakfast has good enough variety, there are convenient machines for quick fried or boiled eggs. Very friendly staff, let me leave the luggage there after I checked out. Overall, no complaints.

Cons: The courtyard filled with unused items.

Pros: The spacepod is clean and comfortable The location is very accessible to bus and MRT Staff are Filipinos so it's easy to communicate and they are very nice and helpful The free breakfast is simple but really filling. You can cook eggs, they have toasts, different spreads and cereals. The coffee and tea is available 24 hours

Pros: A gentleman on floor welcome me with a smile and direct me to the front Desk Staff.

Cons: At the Front Desk 2 staffs are on duty and never wish me or smile don't even have eye contact with me head always looking down, i don't even feel like checking in, don't have any customer service. Too Bad! never check in this hotel no more.

Pros: Especially those small streets nearby. There were so many nationality represented on Sunday evening. Shops, cafes, restaurants and others. Very much like this. Those shops are also open other days too but Sunday was super. Overall we love the place and the Hotel

Cons: 1) Too Noisy to Sleep! There are several bars right downstairs that wouldn’t turn down the music until 1am/2am. Had a terrible sleep during the night time, even though the music is turned down you can sleep feel the beating of the music when you are lying in bed. 2) Poor Customer Service! Talked to the receptionist and was offered a tiny room upstairs with no window, but wouldn’t provide a refund on the difference of the rooms we actually booked and the room provided unless we move to the tiny room for the entire trip which is unacceptable. To make it even worse, we were waked up by calls from the reception before 10am without any apologies during the call informing us something goes wrong in our room that affected the air conditioner of entire hotel(?????). The staff even didn’t let us know beforehand that she will bring a female technical guy to the room. I was extremely shocking to see him come in when we are wearing pajamas. A well trained staff definitely will give us a heads-up especially she is aware that guests include female. It was such a terrible experience that we only stay one night and cancel the rest of the days.

Pros: The hotel has a great location. The metro station is just 5 minutes walking.

Cons: The rooms are very small. To catch an elevator that was working and synchronized you had to be very lucky and the dining area gets extremely crowded for breakfast to the point you cannot even walk.

Pros: - Helpful and hospitable staff always catered to our requests and needs. - Hats off to the lone room service lady who really kept our room clean and organized. She also restocked our water, coffee, shampoo/soap, toothbrushes, and changed towels almost every time. - Excellent city view from the rooftop / swimming pool level. - Airconditioning is responsive and can get as cold as you want it. - Strong water pressure on the bidet and shower. - Around 4 bus stops and 1 MRT station are located in the vicinity. - Starbucks and a 7-Eleven are a short walk away. - Cheap food is available - Haji Lane is quite near and can easily be accessed even on foot. - Hotel lobby smells good.

Cons: - SGD21 Breakfast buffet lacked variety. Would've liked to eat rice but there wasn't any. - Room is slightly smaller than expected but it'll make do since we were really just in the hotel to sleep. - There is a window but there's barely any city view on the 5th floor. - No bathtub in our room. - Swimming pool didn't look very clean. - Nearest MRT (Nicoll Highway station) is a few minutes walk away and may involve stairs depending on your direction. - Crossing to the opposite bus stop always meant climbing the stairs of the pedestrian bridge. - Not necessarily the most central location, but if on a budget, it works. - We experienced a false fire alarm at midnight and it was quite scary since the PA system only announced that the fire alarm was pulled and was being investigated, but the PA system was never used again to tell us that everything was under control. We had to keep calling the front desk to know that it was a false alarm.

Pros: Staff were pleasant. Bed was clean and comfy. Close to MRT. Easy to get around. Glad I opted for the balcony though not exactly a view.

Cons: There was mould on the shower curtain and bathroom. Odd design. With wide high bath edge and low hand held shower and high towel rail. Wallpaper was falling off the walls. One day my room wasn’t cleaned at all. Tea & coffee weren’t replaced until asked. Street wasn’t nice at night with people running up and down shouting at each other on more than one night.

Pros: It was clean but when we first checked in, the receptionist wasn’t the most friendly, but she wasn’t rude, just borderline okay. The room we booked felt really warm and was noisy so we paid the difference for a room upgrade (but the aircond or ceiling was leaking a drop of water onto the bed every other minute, but it wasn’t a huge problem so me and my fiancé just slept the other direction) and there was no baby cot for my sister with her toddler but we also made do with extra pillows to transform the corner of the room to a pillow fort for the baby. The small neat family run cafe at the corner of building was very convenient and served affordable breakfast which was great

Cons: There was only one type of shower head and it was the waterfall type (which isn’t always ideal) although it does look cool. Also we only found the hairdryer in the drawer under the bed on our last day of the trip (we bring our own just in case) and didn’t know about the drawer as it wasn’t stated anywhere. But it’s there

Pros: Best location for shopping from mustafa centre to city mall. Nice daily breakfast in western,india and chinese style. And all staffs are very kind and helpful, especially baggage keepers. I want to stay your hotel sooner.

Cons: I don't understand explanation on your refrigerator. A little bit stylish for my poor English . Anyway all of you give me a great hospitality.

Cons: Elevators, TV and hot water stopped working for a portion of the stay. Staff didn't do anything about it

Pros: Meeting up with caring staff that have cared for us for many years.

Cons: The newly decorated rooms are disappointing. The furniture is very basic, worthy of a 2 class Hotel; with the carpet removed there is loss of comfort and feel of luxury; there is no hand rail in the shower and an inadequate shelf for soap and shampoo. The in house dining was overpriced for small servings. The new decor in the foyer is unwelcoming and there are no seats to wait for visitors.
