Cons (-) Communicated with staff in advance for several requests and non were noted or communicated to staff. The excuse was booking was made through external agent hence message didn’t come through even though I had followed up with hotel internal staff (who confirmed by email) about the request NOT the external agent.

Pros (+) I like the bed. I think it was better than Marriott’s in terms of comfort. I also like that it’s right by city hall MRT. The location is great.

I never heard level 15 classified as an upper floor. But I was tired after 1.5 days of traveling. The next day, HVAC maintenance came to clean the vent - unannounced.
