Pros: The rooms were absolutely amazing, spacious and very clean. The hotel itself was exceptionally cleaned. I’m in the hotel industry and have been for quite some time, actually over 17 years, So I pay close attention to how well the hotel is maintained and how well it is kept clean. 5 stars in that department.

Pros: Overall I loved my room. Room service was fast and food was delicious! Someone actually came to my room to give me a full “how to” on everything in the room and showed me where everything was. Pool+View was amazing both from the top floor and my view. I loved how the curtains open when you enter the room to the WOW city view. Definitely worth my money and I’d do it again next chance I get.
Cons: One thing I didn’t like was the long elevator wait times but that’s something I can easily get over because the positive outweighs the negative by a extremely wide margin.

Pros: I booked this due to a 21 hour layover and am happy with that decision. The staff were helpful and competent. The room as well as the rest of the hotel was spotless. Bed was comfortable, room a good size for the king bed and the bathroom was amazing. It's not cheap but it's very nice. I opted for including breakfast and highly recommend it. A wide variety of foods and all the ones I tried were very good in quality and flavor.
Cons: It's a very long walk from the reception to the lifts up to the rooms, but the staff are happy to help With your bags if you wish.

Cons: From the beginning, I should have set low standards. I asked for a room in the high level. The reception happily announced that he found one - a room at level 15. I never heard level 15 classified as an upper floor. But I was tired after 1.5 days of traveling. The next day, HVAC maintenance came to clean the vent - unannounced. Just knocked and said - we have to clean the vent. No forward notice from the hotel. The room was not very clean. There was mildew in the sink and the towels weren’t arranged properly. The sink stopper was off, the bathtub stop was broken and the water kept gushing out when you shower. The bathroom light was worst. It was like being in a mine, with some spots lit and others dimmed. Definitely not a place to get ready for a date for. The next day, housekeeping did not come. They said there was a privacy notice. I never saw a privacy notice. When I got in at 6pm, they rushed to expedite the cleaning, and it was done haphazardly. For the price you pay per night here, I think you’ll be better off at Fullerton, Shangri-La or Marina Bay Sands.

Temperature in both the (mens') sauna and steam room was completely inadequate (cold). If this is the case then either the maximum temperature allowed is too cold, of the facilities were not working correctly - I suspect the latter.

Pros: I had a suite on the 25 floor, large, very comfortable, great view, if a little dated furnishings (e.g. couch, carpets, etc.). The best, though, is the staff, in particular housekeeping. After they’re through with your room, you can eat off the floor (well, not off those carpets ... but still!).
Cons: The WIFI’s Internet access. It’s spotty, to say the least, and THAT, to me, makes an enormous difference. Even in the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor, half the room, to the left of elevators and in the conference room ... excellent ... the other half ... forget it, had to use Singtel. Same in Prego, the Italian Restaurant on the ground floor (if you like black truffles, by the way, now they have a special truffle menu!).

Pros: Hotel attached to both Raffles city mall and City Mall metro station. Unbelievably convenient where transit station is steps away from the hotel and you don’t need to even go outside if its raining (saved my wife from having her hair ruined which in turn is a life save for me!). Mall is also connected to the hotel so you have an abundance of top notch food choices from a high end japanese restaurant to castella cakes, coffee/ramen shops and Din Tai Fung all just below the hotel. Room was spacious, with a view and central to almost everything there is to see in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Orchard Road can all be reached with a quick 10 min train ride or a 20-30 minute stroll. Service was impeccable starting from the lovely receptionist and front desk staff. Gina helped us and not only gave us an early check in, but also hand drew on the map where we were in the city, top points of interest and also wrote down her favorite places to eat nearby. Thanks for the chicken rice tip Gina!! You made our stay so much more personable and easy! In addition, we had a hard time using the outlets since my wife had a special hair curler needing the standard US 110V but since we didn’t have one, they actually had a converter AND a step down voltage converter to take the Sing 220V to US 110V! Amazing help so the wife could look and feel her best! Overall great stay and loved the convenient location and service so much we booked another stay on the way back from Thailand. Kudos to the Fairmont Singapore team!

We were then moved to non smoking and it was worth the inconvenience although the view was less interesting. Staff was aware of stale smell and did help accommodate. Nice bathrooms. Pros: We loved the views from the 28th floor, plus the Queen beds are super comfortable and everything in the rooms is well thought out. The staff were always helpful and friendly, the facilities were always clean. The restaurant provided very good breakfast buffets and really tasty dinners, too. And the location is hard to beat - one short block from everything Orchard Road has to offer!
Cons: We only had two items that weren’t so hot. First, as everyone else says, the rooms are TINY. How small is tiny? Perhaps 10 ft x 10 ft with a Queen bed in the middle. Tiny. Two slender people cannot pass each other without touching, possibly cannot pass each other at all if you’re carrying any weight. TINY. That said, the bathroom feels luxuriously large by comparison! The second negative was that any hote so big and so full will naturally have a lot of people moving around at any given time. That means the lobby is always full, the elevators are always full, the dining room is always full...definitely worth eating at non-standard hours to avoid the rush.

Pros: Very Clean and Comfortable Rooms Lovely Pool Very Helpful Staff Excellent Comprehensive Breakfast for all travellers. We did not try the restaurant at any other time. Shopping Centre right next door We have stayed in many hotels in Singapore over the years and this is our first visit to the Ramada. We couldn't fault the service, cleanliness and comfort and felt it was very good value for money for Singapore.
Cons: The distance from the City Centre could be a problem for some - it's not far but you need to take public transport or a taxi but there is a shuttle bus to the Novena MRT from the hotel. This does not concern us as we have travelled in Singapore many times and are familiar with the very organised and inexpensive Public Transport system that exists but it is good to be aware of this.

Cons: No train station but there’s a bus stop right outside. Shuttle service to the Novena train station is offered on regular hours though to address this limitation.

Cons: We were in room xx01 Toilet flush failed. After they fixed, it works half the times. No in room refrigerator. The shower hose was leaking water. The linen was dirty but they did not change for us (hotel policy is every 2 days) Not recommended.

Pros: Friendly staff. We changed reservations for a bigger room part way through our stay. The front desk staff walked me around to a few rooms so I could choose the one I preferred. Awesome! Clean rooms, waterfall showers! Flatscreen mounted on the wall, with some cable channels and free movie selection.
Cons: Rooms are small (superior), as expected, but bigger than some rooms I've had in Japan. Pay for the deluxe and the rooms are more normal sized. signage was limited and the taxi drivers didn't know the hotel, so took some time finding the back entrance for cars

Pros: It was in a fabulous location. Walking distance to little India. The bed was very comfortable and the room came with a tablet that controlled everything in the room! All the lights and the TV so it a as great.
Cons: The room itself was very small. I was traveling solo so I didn't mind, though a couple might have some problems. Overall though it was a amazing hotel.

Cons: forgot my Apple charger iin room.when I checked out. I contacted hotel same day. immediate reply, but was told they could nit locate it. this can only mean a member of staff misappropriated it. Luckily it was just an adapter but coukd have been passport, phone, etc.

Pros: The customer service was probably the only thing good about this hotel.
Cons: Extremely small rooms and too expensive for the room. The room was so small hardly enough for one person let alone two even though it said a double room. The bathroom was tiny and no partition between the toilet and shower apart from a flimsy curtain, therefore when you showered water would be everywhere- absolutely disgusting. I would definitely never visit this hotel again and would recommend people not to stay in this hotel, complete waste of money.
