Pros: Everything. Cannot fault any part of anything.

Pros: The rooms were absolutely amazing, spacious and very clean. The hotel itself was exceptionally cleaned. I’m in the hotel industry and have been for quite some time, actually over 17 years, So I pay close attention to how well the hotel is maintained and how well it is kept clean. 5 stars in that department.

Pros: Overall I loved my room. Room service was fast and food was delicious! Someone actually came to my room to give me a full “how to” on everything in the room and showed me where everything was. Pool+View was amazing both from the top floor and my view. I loved how the curtains open when you enter the room to the WOW city view. Definitely worth my money and I’d do it again next chance I get.

Pros: Pool, room and views are amazing. If you can afford it is great. Mall food court has reasonable prices with great food.

Pros: I booked this due to a 21 hour layover and am happy with that decision. The staff were helpful and competent. The room as well as the rest of the hotel was spotless. Bed was comfortable, room a good size for the king bed and the bathroom was amazing. It's not cheap but it's very nice. I opted for including breakfast and highly recommend it. A wide variety of foods and all the ones I tried were very good in quality and flavor.

Pros: My family and I enjoyed our brief stay after coming off of a 17 hours flight. We needed a place to shower and relax since we arrived very early in the morning and our main hotel wasn’t ready until much later in the day.

Pros: Amazingly one can take the airport luggage carts right to your room in this hotel. Great snacks in the Holiday Inn Club for those who are members (Holiday Inn owns this brand, too) Fast check in and check out, 10 minutes from ANA check in in Terminal 2.

Pros: I stay there regularly because the facilities are excellent and the service could not be better. Location is also an advantage being close to the MRT and easy access toe Gardens by the Bay for running.

Pros: I had a suite on the 25 floor, large, very comfortable, great view, if a little dated furnishings (e.g. couch, carpets, etc.). The best, though, is the staff, in particular housekeeping. After they’re through with your room, you can eat off the floor (well, not off those carpets ... but still!).

Pros: I stayed in the north tower. The room was huge, nicely decorated, clean and a had great view. The hopper bus line had a pick up which was just steps away from the front door

Pros: Hotel attached to both Raffles city mall and City Mall metro station. Unbelievably convenient where transit station is steps away from the hotel and you don’t need to even go outside if its raining (saved my wife from having her hair ruined which in turn is a life save for me!). Mall is also connected to the hotel so you have an abundance of top notch food choices from a high end japanese restaurant to castella cakes, coffee/ramen shops and Din Tai Fung all just below the hotel. Room was spacious, with a view and central to almost everything there is to see in Singapore. Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown and Orchard Road can all be reached with a quick 10 min train ride or a 20-30 minute stroll. Service was impeccable starting from the lovely receptionist and front desk staff. Gina helped us and not only gave us an early check in, but also hand drew on the map where we were in the city, top points of interest and also wrote down her favorite places to eat nearby. Thanks for the chicken rice tip Gina!! You made our stay so much more personable and easy! In addition, we had a hard time using the outlets since my wife had a special hair curler needing the standard US 110V but since we didn’t have one, they actually had a converter AND a step down voltage converter to take the Sing 220V to US 110V! Amazing help so the wife could look and feel her best! Overall great stay and loved the convenient location and service so much we booked another stay on the way back from Thailand. Kudos to the Fairmont Singapore team!

Pros: Wonderful spacious room with king size bed, large marble bathroom with double sinks, tub and separate shower. every morning our we ate at the breakfast buffet, an array of English, Chinese, Japanese and Singaporean favorites, including a personal chef for eggs, an ice cream machine, and plenty of cappuccino or espresso too. Attached to a large shopping mall, and close to the MRT (subway).

Pros: Room had great view of city was clean but had to request to move rooms because the first room smelled stale of moldy cigarettes. We were then moved to non smoking and it was worth the inconvenience although the view was less interesting. Staff was aware of stale smell and did help accommodate. Nice bathrooms. Overall architecturally interesting late 80's hotel... Will not return.

Pros: Location is right on MRT Esplanade. Easy commute to Marina area, Gardens by the Bay and distance from orchard road.
