I chose this hotel for my pre-cruise and post-cruise stays, and it was a lovely way to both begin and end my cruise to Alaska. The staff was outstanding, always friendly and very helpful. Since I have a few disabilities due to a stroke I had a couple of years ago, I have to give them all credit for being kind and empathetic. Very speak and modern, rooms were great very clean during these Covid times I worry about bringing my young kids to hotels but to my surprise this place was great! I would suggest valet parking right in front of the bldg. as parking is horrendous other wise.

Pros (+) We loved the location and the view. It was a short walk in any direction to shopping, coffee and incredible restaurants. The waterfront was also within view. The room was extraordinary.
Cons (-) Our check in process was a real ordeal for some reason. I think it was due to new staff being trained, but it took nearly 10 minutes, with little explanation on what was going on.
