Liked how that car was ready to go, what could have been better was more customer service reps to help spread up the process
Clarity that manager choice included electric cars would have been nice. I was trying to be helpful, but I couldn’t guarantee I could return an electric car charged, so I avoided the electric managers choice option, but they still tried to give me one. I had to pay more to get a non-electric car, when I could’ve paid the same if I had just picked a specific gas car originally. Also the return was really weird. Someone without any hertz clothing or ID tried to have me give him the keys in White Plains.

We waited for over an hour and a half in line and still hadn't even made it to the counter. People who did make it, had to wait almost an hour for their car to be be available. We ended up taking an Uber to our event. Otherwise we would have missed it. Definitely do not recommend that office.
I am still waiting for the deposit amount to be reversed. It has been over a week now since the car was returned. They said its pending with the third party ( Kayak). Can you please expedite

Rental was pretty seamless. Agent in NY was super helpful, wish I remembered her name. Only complaint would be not informing customer that they’re reserving an electric vehicle. I didn’t find that out until getting to Dollar. A change can be made for a fee though and if a regular vehicle is available.
The day that I arrived there was a shortage of cars at Thrifty, which caused a significant delay for everyone getting their rentals. This was due to an earlier weeks earthquake in New York. Although this was dissapointing as I could not leave for my destination until I received my car, but I have to applaud Thrify employees for keeping good attitude and taking the time to explain to everyone why there is a delay, and that they are doing everything they can to get us out of there. I appreciated the feeling informed attitude. And everyone in line was super kind and positive

The people were friendly and helpful but they do try to upsell (eg electronic toll pass, extra insurance coverage). When driving to exit or enter the vehicle storage area, there isn't much room to maneuver and there are some tight turns.

At the time of car pick up, it looked like a bird egg fell out of a nest and was stuck to the top of the car roof. Scraping it off the car (with a partially formed bird inside) was not pleasant.
Thugs, charged me for things werent in contract. Ace never again!! Like the holocaust.

No car ready, pornography type film playing in office. Car brought around after 45 mins waiting and it was full of garbage bags so had to wait a further 30mins Lady on desk very nice but really frustrated at guys dealing with cars. Also washing cars only last minute when customers are waiting is not good, we were an hour late to pick up vehicle and then it took 2 hours!! Disgraceful organisation
