The location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. I really like the architecture and fit-out of the restaurant at the ground level.
I didn't like the room - very narrow and long, small window.

The aesthetics and comfort of the room. The lounge vibe. The breakfast. The bar/reception duo setup. The apples in the gym. Super friendly staff :)
There was a discrepancy between the quoted price and the actual price of the room when I originally got there. There were some days that the custodians didn't provide me new cups for coffee.

The hotel was prepared for us arriving and our rooms were available upon arrival. The staff were efficient, helpful and had a good sense of humour.
The cornflakes at breakfast. Yuk! Somebody please make them aware of Kelloggs.
