Cons: Rental car pickup at PVD is offsite, and neither Kayak nor Google tell you that. Also, the Payless pickup area was not staffed, so someone from Hertz helped me. Once I had the car, it was great. The little Kia was super-clean and comfortable.

Cons: Shorten my trip by one day and cost savings over original price only dropped 5%. So cost savings using them was not what it appeared. Car was clean and overall good.

Just what I needed!
Pros: Within minutes, all the details were outlined and my car was freshly washed and available. I love that we were able to secure a newer model car without paying for any upgrades. I will definitely consider Payless for my next Boston experience!

Pros: The car was ready to go and easy to pick up/drop-off
Cons: The gas cap didn't have a release button, but it's tricky on a VW Jetta. I spent some time at 5am stressed out at the gas station, trying to open it. Thankfully, the internet answered my question. I would've liked a little mention when they assigned me the car.
