pick up was not good sign said 3rd floor but we had to check in first on the 5th floor. long line. one teller who was slow and chatty with customer. finally they added another teller. that moved faster. then i had to go back down to the 3rd floor friendly staff. car wasn’t ready. they were adding gas that took awhile. offered me another different model but i only wanted a van. pickup was very nice and easy. one floorReviewed 4 Jul 2024

Cons:pick up and drop off was very difficult very hard to find where we were supposed to go and staff was not helpful and could not be bothered to say two words to us. we also had a tail light go out halfway through our trip which did not make us feel very safe that the vehicle was checked over before we left.Reviewed 23 Aug 2020
