All previous reservations with Hertz were through Hertz at the airport. This reservation was made to the off-site Hertz, which required me to expend $25.00 for a taxi. The office did provide transportation to the airport. I was not satisfied with this situation.Reviewed 8 Dec 2023

We had a LONG wait at the airport. First boothe closed. Then we waited outside two people attending 20 customers. We were told we were getting an electric vehicle with 80% charge. After leaving the airport in the dark, and in highways we were not familiar with, we got a message from the car saying it was only 10% charged. It was a horrible exprience.Reviewed 12 Oct 2023

Staff were friendly and the process was seamless. Our only complaint is that we were given a Kia. It was VERY cheap and some of the options we are accustomed to were not there like blind spot monitoring.Reviewed 26 Oct 2022
