Pros: Me an my wife went there for our honeymoon and we loved it. Great staff great location, breakfast was great as well. The room was just what we needed, it overlooked the pool which was amazing as well.

Pros: My husband and I stayed at Creole Garden B&B for a weekend getaway. I immediately fell in love with the charming atmosphere. Even though we arrived late Joe was gracious enough to welcome us and show us around. The ladies working there are so intriguing and everyone was very friendly. I expected the traditional continental breakfast, but instead it was something I would have received from my grandmother as a child (Real eggs no powder, pancakes, ham, grits, toast, etc)! The location was conveniently located a block away from the trolley and an array of restaurants. This will be my top choice from now on when staying in New Orleans.

Pros: Everything was great- friendly staff, convenient location, free parking, hot breakfast, and pet friendly.
Cons: The only thing i wold really request would be a fridge in the bedroom and a rug or carpet on the wooden stairs in the upper corner of the building. During a rainy morning, I slipped down several steps on the way to breakfast.

Pros: It's very close to the convention center, a couple of restaurants, and an outlet mall. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the edge of the French quarter. The staff is extremely nice and provides excellent recommendations. .
Cons: The room has barely any light and the sheets were dirty when we arrived and there were some stains on the couch. It took almost a full day, but they added lights and clean sheets and it was okay. In addition to the workout room being small and not well maintained, you have to go through the lobby (ny guests checking in and guests checking out) and outside to get to the work m workout room.

Cons: I reserved and paid for a suite two months in advance. When I arrived I was told that the hotel overbooked and was given the only room available. When I showed the confirmation to the clerk I was told," It is not available." The hotel had been paid for a suite and I was given a standard room. The manager gave me a free parking pass and a coupon to the bar as compensation for their mistake.

Pros: I stayed in the old warehouse side. Full of charm!! Other side looked like most other Hampton Inns, so ask for one of the suites in the renovated warehouse side. Didn’t swim but the pool looked nice. Small but in a lovely courtyard.

Pros: Room was fine, especially for the price. Location was great, just a block or so from St. Charles Streetcar line. Several restaurants nearby. Lots of interesting Garden District within easy walking distance.
Cons: AC unit leaked and kept the carpet musty. Not unbearable, but needs attention. We told the desk clerk, but nothing was done. Not a big deal.

Pros: Upon arrival we were greeted by the valet parking young gentleman. He informed us that we could park & check in before moving our vehicle. Front desk was friendly and helpful upon check in on restaurants an room locations. The room was perfect, linens were impeccable room was oder free, which is important to us. Pros: The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly.
Cons: There was a tremendous amount of noise in the hall way --all night long. I don't know what was going on on our floor or if it had to do with the location of our room but it was very disruptive.

Cons: Be prepared to pay for parking. There are garages everywhere, but hotel parking is valet only and $44 a day. It’s very convenient, and our car was always ready quickly, but it was not an expense we had budgeted for.

Pros: Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is very clean, and within walking or trolley distance of everything we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
Cons: I was excited to see they had comfort controlled beds, but the control was covered and you had to try to move it through the mattress cover. I also had a problem with my sheet popping off my bed, but in the big picture that was a small thing.

Pros: The decor was beautiful. The rooms were clean, sanitized, and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Everything was well maintained. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. Garage parking connected to the hotel was a plus. Location is across the street from the National WWII Museum so it was very convenient for our intended destination.
Cons: We can't think of anything else. It would be nice to revisit the hotel when COVID restrictions are lifted since dining facilities were very limited and the rooftop bar had a very limited menu that was not suited to someone with special diets, like us. So we could not eat in the hotel.

Cons: Vallet appeared to be the only parking option and it was $44 which was about half the price of the room. I hate hidden fees at hotels. The blanket on the bed was too warm for how the air conditioner cooled.

Pros: Was a great hotel, although it didn't feel like a hotel at all. Felt like we rented a big house to stay in. The reviews that mention walking to get to breakfast and check in worried me because i want sure how far it was, but when we got there i couldn't believe anyone actually complained about it. Breakfast is right across the street, although we didn't eat there and check in is less than a block away. I walk further when i am home just to get the mail. I would highly recommend anyone that's wants a unique experience to try it out. We parked the car and used the trolley and a few cabs and had a wonderful stay. Will Donatella be visiting this hotel again.
Cons: If i had to say something i didn't like it would probably be the location. It wasn't bad but i could understand someone not familiar with new orleans to worry. It's right on the edge of the garden district so at night i wouldnt recommend walking around. I did feel safe at the property though.
