Pros: We felt like home in this absolutely amazing bed and breakfast; incredibly friendly innkeepers; great breakfast; snacks available; very clean; fantastic attention to detail; nicely located in the Garden District
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious, and different, every day. Seasonal decorations, information specific to Mardi Gras available in the common room, and helpful tips from staff were appreciated.
Cons: Not really - it was great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Well, everything. The location was perfect for us since it is right next to the Garden District which is great for walks, shopping and food. You are also one trolly ride away from bourbon street and not too close to get all the noise and roughness of that area. Also you are a walk away from Magazine street and one ride away from other nice places to see in the city. The staff was so helpful, and gave us tons of recommendations for things to see, food and drink and was very kind and thoughtful. The room and the house itself was beautiful and impeccably designed. Every piece looked like it was carefully chosen.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: The breakfast was fine, not fancy, but a good way to start the day. The inn was located within walking distance of several excellent seafood restaurants and next door to an excellent Italian restaurant. It was a great location for our stay in New Orleans to go to Jazz Fest and reasonably priced. The owners were friendly, and we enjoyed meeting other guests at breakfast who also were going to Jazz Fest.
Cons: Can't think of anything to improve.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very comfortable room. Peter and Ruby were very friendly and made us feel right at home. We'd definitely stay here again and will recommend to others.

Pros: Delitious breakfast, exeptionaly friendly and helpful manager, nice atmosphere
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Beautiful B&B with easy access to Canal St., literally a 2-minute walk. The rooms, breakfast, and host were fantastic and we will definitely visit again.
Excellent 9.6
Cons: I think more effort can be put into breakfast. with more variety.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly, engaged staff w helpful tips.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location because of the proximity to the streetcar. It's a block away from the Canal Street streetcar, which we used to go to the Saenger Theater as well as to the French Quarter. Bought a day pass for $3 on the streetcar. Breakfast exceeded expectations.
Cons: Had to run the water a long time to get it hot, but that's pretty minor, right?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staying at O'Malley house was a refreshing change. While I'm definitely fond of my usual spot in the French Quarter it was lovely to see a different part of the city. O'Malley house is gorgeous and relaxing. Our hosts were amazing and, on top of a delicious daily breakfast, provided fantastic recommendations to local restaurants and bars. Walgreens is only a short walk away as well as the streetcar which will take you directly to the Quarter and Harrah's or the Garden District. Although there were 16 people in the house on the weekend I stayed, it was quiet and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend for a different experience in New Orleans!
Cons: I had no complaints other than if this is your '1st' time to New Orleans, you may want to stay in the Quarter. I have been to New Orleans many times and already knew where I wanted to go, but because I was in a new neighborhood, discovered many new spots as well.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The house itself, the staff, the breakfast, the location.
Cons: Parking.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The house is amazing. It’s classic New Orleans feel is comfortable and beautiful and maintained quite well. The breakfast served each morning is first class and worth the visit alone. Jackson and Porter (the golden fur babies) are loving and give the place a truly homey feel.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Manager was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was delicious. They played great soft music in the common areas. The porch swing is relaxing.
Cons: The house keeper didn't refill our toilet paper or take out our bathroom trash.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: This place is real inviting. It’s like staying with friends. Brent thanks! Super clean and great breakfast. This was the first time we took the street car only a couple blocks away to and from the super dome. Not having to fight the traffic after the huge win was nice. Who Dat!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The nice and thoughtful breakfast amazed me! This place is lovely and very friendly! We met great people here who offered good advice for us to travel around the city. I am sitting on the couch in the garden for a tea, feeling the breeze, seeing the green and enjoying the shade. It has been a perfect trip and most of that is due to the flawless stay at this place!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Michael was a great host. Was readily available for any needs and was able to give great guidance and recommendations regarding the city. He prepared an excellent breakfast for us. Room was spacious and clean.
Cons: The mattress was a bit old - sagged in the middle, so as a couple, we both rolled into the middle.
Excellent 9.6
Cons: The room and bathroom were freezing cold. No in room thermostat.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The patience from staff as well as the extra effort to get breakfast Vegan friendly for us.
Cons: Everything was fine
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love the entire ambience! I felt love as I walked into the home from staff to other visitors! Feels like a home away from home!
Cons: Nothing to complain about!
Excellent 10.0
Cons: I loved everything about the place
Excellent 9.2
Pros: This is a great place that is only 15 mins away from the French Quarter by taking the trolley that stops in front, or 5 mins away via an Uber ride that costs 7 dollars. The comfort level exceeded our expectations. Good bed, nice hot shower, and a wonderful free breakfast!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful staff, beautiful house
Cons: N/a
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice breakfast, cool house.
Cons: None
Good 7.4
Pros: I really enjoyed the house itself, all the historic detail that has been preserved over the years. The room and bathroom were a good size.
Cons: The bed was terrible, the mattress was very old and lumpy, had a squeaky bed frame and pillows were not comfortable at all. Also, the lack of a ceiling fan made the room stuffy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The inn was gorgeous. The room was moderate size but the high ceilings and appointments made up for it. The house had amazing character. The staff Mike, Rose and Monica took excellent care of us. We had tea or coffee any time of day or night, in the room and in the dining area. The outside area was large and you could sit outside and relax on the chairs. The breakfasts was just right. Nice mix of fruit, main dish and muffins or home baked goods. The proximity to public transit was perfect. There were also restaurant and stores within a short walking distance. Their hospitality was very warm and inviting. We did not want to leave. If we could give them six stars on a scale of 1 to 5 we would. We highly recommend this inn.
Cons: Nothing. It was amazing.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Owner and her assistant were awesome. Perfect stay. Wonderful breakfast, lovely furnishings.
Cons: When booking on line, cheaper rooms are in renovated section, spacious, comfortable yet modern and "sterile" If you want historic, upgrade to older sections.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were amazing and so helpful! The room was big and very clean. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The bed was a little firm for my liking (I'm used to a pillow top) but overall still pretty comfy. The pool is kind of small, but we were the only people in it, so it was nice. It's only about a 5 minute walk to get something to eat. There a plates, cups, and silverware in the room. I was very impressed with the place and will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in NOLA.
Okay 5.8

Cons: Absolutely nothing
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The continental breakfast, the complementary water and the salt water pool.
Cons: That parking was an additional $15 per car per day
Excellent 10.0
Pros: In heart of the Garden District next to The Lafayette Cemetery, this hotel is beautifully kept. We took the historic street car downtown. They served a hot breakfast everyday, and have cheese and tea from 5-7.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast was great for it to be free. Staff very nice. Lounge area very nice. Location was great, very quiet area.
Cons: Bathroom really small. The pool was horrible, just too small. No point in having one at all. That was about it.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Had to pay to park zt this hotel. 15 dollars a day plus tax cost $50.75 not Cool !!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location for our needs. Right on the St Charles trolley line ($3 24hr all pass). Next door to Superior Grill with great Margaritas! Plus they can go in NO.
Cons: Was just as expected.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Nice room decor. Hotel is in a safe area. Out of the way from all of the downtown NOLA partying.
Cons: Beds could be more comfortable. Mattresses are extremely firm. Also, I've stayed at Hamilton Inns all around the Southeastern U S. This hotels free breakfast was not very good in comparison to other Hampton Inns.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location , cleanliness & beautiful design of hotel .
Cons: Upgrade bedding to more hotel like bedding . Cleaning solution used in room had an after smell . But , when I asked the front desk they were very helpful & said they could use a scent free cleaning product .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, bathroom nice and clean pretty interior, cute pool, complimentary breakfast
Excellent 8.8
Pros: It was a lovely property and the staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable The pool area was fantastic.
Cons: The price was much higher than most Hampton Inns, but all of NOLA is overpriced. . Also, there was plenty of street parking, which was free, but the parking lot was $20, which we opted for because we have a handicapped person in our group, but having to pay extra for being mobility impaired is annoying, to say the least.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location is great; the rooms are clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and I loved the location. Breakfast was always great. One of the best assets of this hotel is the staff! Wonderful, kind and helpful people!! We love the ladies who work the breakfast!!!

Nothing was too much trouble-manager Cheryl was delightful and also Katie who always smiled and was genuinely happy to help. Breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals and a continental board as well as the hot food which I did not try. The rooms are very clean and fitted for self catering for anyone that b\wanted this option.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: The staff in the hostel is really friendly. They’re making you feel comfortable in the moment you step in the door. They’re offering tours and meals wich is really nice!
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Fun stuff and a great selection of activities and things to do provided by the hostel!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Brent is the highlight of this location. He was always friendly, outgoing, gave great recommendations about what to see and eat, and took us on an amazing pubcrawl during Decadence weekend. The Hostel is lucky to have such an amazing employee! Also, Lisa's cooking for dinners was incredible, a real taste of New Orleans for a great deal! The pool was a phenomenal way to spend a few hours before heading downtown, and the location is right next to the Canal Streetcar which takes you right into the heart of the city. If you're thinking about staying somewhere in New Orleans, and want to meet great people from all over the world, in a perfect spot with all the amenities you could need, stay at India House!
Cons: While all the staff were pretty great, James (the day time cook) was not very friendly and straight up rude on one occasion, which was a shame because everyone else who works here are amazing. He should probably do a little more to be welcoming to the guests who are paying to stay here.
Good 7.9
Pros: The staff was excellent, places was so friendly, they pool was amazing, especially when it was extremely hot! Good value for money
Cons: Nobody came to empty our bins or change our towels, we had to ask, but overall it was amazing.
Good 7.5
Pros: very nice traditional NOLA house in a tranquil neighborhood; it’s good to be chilling at night on the porch with other travellers.
Good 7.9
Pros: Really fun vibe, 24 hour front desk made for smooth check in/out at odd hours, clean room, good location close to public transport and good restaurants
Cons: Facilities and buildings a little run down, some staff a little overbearing with chit chat/small talk so sometimes a little hard to relax in public areas
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The pool is very nice, the prices are good and the location next to the train stop.
Cons: It's just necessary have an electric plug for charging the phone next to your bed. Could be more details on the house about the painting or a soccer table, billiard or ping pong table would be amazing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was quirky and unlike anything I've seen before, it had such a relaxed and casual vibe I felt at home there, if I am ever back in New Orleans I would stay there again! It had everything you needed, from a pool, to parking, to cooking facilities! And the staff were all so friendly and cool!
Cons: The door was a bit difficult to use but it wasn't too bad.
Mediocre 2.5
Cons: Horrible night staying there. Bathrooms dirty. Besides you have to share bathroom with everybody... Smell of the bedroom horrible... Hairs in the sheets... Poor light in the bedroom, the door doesn't close completely. Too much money to be sharing bathroom.! Plus. I didn't receive my refund. Only stayed one night. The other three nights try didn't return the money
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5.8
Pros: The bed was to high the bottom you can not sit comfortable on it .you have to lay low to get in on the bed....UGH!!!!!!. Taking off the light the fan off. Room was very HoTttttttttt!!!!! Would think twice to staying here again!!!!!
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Is a great palce to stay if you want to relax and be a little away of the center of the French Quarter, but completely accesible via public transportation.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was perfect for us. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but could hop on the street car, right outside, and head anywhere we wanted to go. Great breakfast. Free parking. Clean rooms with comfortable bedding. We will definitely be back.
Cons: No.
Okay 4.6
Pros: Location
Cons: It was not clean in our room. The bathroom was not clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Convenient location. Close to restaurants and super easy to get downtown.
Cons: The only thing is that trying to find where to park to check in. There’s not a pull through, so we had to park on the street.
Good 7.1
Pros: Breakfast and hospitality was wonderful.
Cons: The AC unit did not keep up.....it was warm in the room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Right across the street from the street cars that take you anywhere you need to go. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons: N/A
Good 7.1
Pros: It’s a great location. We were able to easily walk the 6 blocks or so to my daughters apartment (during daylight) and to her place of work on St Charles(day and night) easily and feeling safe. We had two cars. We were blessed to find a parking spot on the street next to restaurant by hotel. The other Carew parked in the small gated BW parking lot. Nice buffet variety for breakfast. Front desk Staff were welcoming and helpful and patient. Quiet sitting lobby at night. We would stay again for one night like we did on this trip.
Cons: It’s an older property so the elevator and stairs and halls show it but they were adequate. Room was much better and beds comfortable and room was clean. Work out room was not inviting so I passed. I think it’s pricey yet I think it’s prime location hence the high rate.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice staff and facility. Could use a laundry for the guests.
Good 7.5
Pros: The breakfast spread of yams, sausage, quiche, waffles, fruits, yogurt, boiled eggs, omelets, several pastries, Chia Seeds, Hemp, Flaxseeds, Dates, and more was exceptional and I posted it to My social media networking! Mr. Gary was such an amazing exemplar for this property as the manager left an unpleasant taste in My mouth! We didn't stay the entire time as 12 hours into Our vacation Hurricane Barry, flooding, cyclones, pending road closures, City officials said they would have police ticket anyone driving over 5 mph as wakes pushed water into homes and businesses, and water spouts made the decision to flee the city an easy one! Check out was smooth! Check in felt cold and brisk yet quick. The manager was condescending to any guest sharing concerns about the weather which no one could control but rather than emphasize she became increasingly apathetic as I overheard several of her comments both to Elderly guests and Myself. The floor in the bathroom slanted downwards in Room 210 and the toilet overflowed. The hotel is dated but has an amazing Crescent City quaint Nola charm to it! I would only update the carpeting, plumbing, and glass pullout closet doors! The window view features the rooftop air conditioning system. My room was quiet and the frig not so cold. A breakfast burrito was spoiled past green! I left it on the desk outside of My room rather than bring it to the attention of the already unapproachable manager. The outside entrance to the parking lot flooded as it slants down into what became a wading pool at the bottom so drainage grates in that area or a sign saying "Caution!" "High knee high water!" Parking is free in an unattended gated lot on property not visible from Room 210 but the area is cozy and safe lined with mansions! The trolley is directly a stones throw from the entrance and they don't make change so have exact change and park Your car! Parking in the French Quarter is interesting!
Cons: I already stated My peace above...
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff are so friendly and helpful, hotel is squeaky clean and the neighbourhood is very nice. Trolley to Canal Street is right across the road.
Cons: Nothing we didnt like
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Liked the location along the trolley line, the breakfast, refrig and microwave in room, free parking, two sinks. Staff was friendly with only one being not so outgoing as the rest.
Cons: Didn't like the view of the rooftop but at lease we had a glimpse of the sky, air conditioner could have done a better job of dehumidifying the room. No air circulation in bathroom, window only let in more humidity. Closet door is a mystery. Cleaning the room should include vacuuming the corners and the area where the baseboard and floor meet with a crevice attachment.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The manager was nice.
Cons: The thing I liked least about this hotel was that it caught fire on the 2nd day of our stay and we were forced to evacuate and find a different place to sleep that night.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: We liked the ambience and the area
Cons: Some fans on the terras where you can sit for breakfast

Cons: Far away from everything. Uncomfortable spring mattress. Breakfast was too basic. Keeping the milk locked as if it's some kind of precious liquid is ridiculous.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The people. Very Beautiful Hostel. Super Super!!! Clean. Quite....
Cons: Cannot complain about anything Free Wine in the Refrigator was nice Thanks
Good 7.5
Pros: Breakfast was good I think maybe one or two more options.
Cons: I think the beds could be a little more comfortable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was my first time in a hostel. It was nice to meet new friendly people.
Cons: Nothing was of my disliking
Okay 5.0
Cons: I didn’t like the fact the rooms were co-ed and also the area of location.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I weigh everything in quality vs cost and this place is an AMAZING value. If you've never stayed in a Hostel know that they're not all the same (some are party locations so may get rowdy, filthy, etc.) BUT this one was clean, had a welcoming vibe, and staff went above and beyond to help with anything asked of them. One of my friends has quite a bit of social anxiety and was hesitant to try a hostel but after staying two nights he said he'll never stay in a hotel in New Orleans again because he loved this hostel.
Cons: My literal only complaint is the location isn't the best but it's not horrible either. I personally wouldn't walk the streets of the surrounding neighborhood at night alone (especially if you're a lady) but we walked it as a small group and I honestly don't think it's as bad as some of my party thought it was when we first arrived (image can be misleading).
Excellent 8.3
Pros: - breakfast - bathrooms were clean, showers separate
Cons: - floor in the room was never cleaned
Good 7.5
Pros: Very clean and quiet.
Cons: The location.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: You would not know it by the sort of average photos that I saw on-line, but Site 61 was better in many ways than I expected. I hadn't stayed in a hostel for many years, so was not sure what I would find for such a (compared to hotels) low price. What I found was a well-run hostel operated by a kind and personable staff, a half dozen immaculate (and seemingly brand new) bathrooms (clean toilets, showers with great water pressure and warm water) and rooms that were also clean. i also enjoyed chatting with the staff in the mornings before I headed out for my day. Love this place !
Cons: I don't love bunk beds, but who does? Just one of the things one must deal with when staying in a hostel. But as far as bunk beds go, mine was comfortable!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent value, clean rooms, great beds, not one complaint
Cons: It was perfect for my stay
Okay 5.0
Pros: The room was good but I booked a king and was given a queen room.
Cons: The staff was not friendly and did not help in answering questions about where to park, where our room was. And made us use the card we put on file to book even though it wasn’t necessary for booking. Highly unprofessional.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Really loved the convenience to the city and suburbs. Very clean and well maintained. Didn’t even realize it was attached to the hospital. Rooms were comfortable and it was extremely quiet the entire time. I will def stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The free parking is worth it.. every hotel in the city now requires you to pay for parking. We saved 40-50$ a night, staying at this hotel.
Cons: The hotel is connected to the Oschner Baptist hospital.
Okay 5.4
Pros: I had an appointment at the hospital that’s the only reason I stayed there
Cons: It’s outrageously overpriced! $150 a night for this place is robbery! Out dated amenities, poorly designed hotel did I mention outrageously overpriced
Good 6.3
Pros: Nothing
Cons: It is connected to a hospital with patients and medical staff every where
Good 7.9
Pros: Very nice, spacious, clean room. Bed very comfortable. Nice big atrium.
Cons: Not allowed to check in prior to 3pm. Hotel connect to hospital.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The rooms are super large and comfy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Spacious room. We stayed in 368 and both queens beds were very comfy. The air conditioning kept the room cold (which we like). Pool area is very relaxing.
Cons: The jacuzzi/ hot tub was not warm at all.
Excellent 8.3
Cons: Only confusing thing is it’s attached to the hospital so your first time in is a little confusing, valet should be there everyday so the parking isn’t so far from the room
Mediocre 2.9
Pros: The a/c worked very well and the hot tub was worth it as well.
Cons: The staff was pretty rude when asking for a remote with batteries! The mattress had a huge dip in the middle which made my back hurt! No where on this app stated this hotel was also a hospital. My 8year old nephew had to be extremely quiet to respect hospital residents!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Omg I’m from Houston and I wanna say thanks to Brent Hotel I be coming back whenever I come back to NEW ORLEANS THANKS FOR ALL THE HOSPITALITY WE SEEN
Cons: I love it meet my daughter up here I surprise her me And my husband she just was crying it was her bday

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Like stepping back in time. This place is beautiful and an all around great experience. The staff was nothing but welcoming and kind. I'll certainly be coming back.
Okay 4.8
Pros: - only 10 minutes by car from French quarter - bus station near (30 minutes to French Quarter)
Cons: - the boss/owner was extremely unfriendly (there were like 5-6 situations where he just snapped at us "Maaaaam my office is closed!" or "Maaaam this isnt a 24h reservation" etc. really extremely unfriendly, and we really didn't ask for anything special. (he was friendly to our male friends though so you might be fine if you're a guy ..) - Breakfast: Coffee (coffee only isn't breakfast, although it said online that breakfast was included) - apparently in a bad area (taxi driver said so), I wouldn't walk around when it's dark - for those with a car it's ok I guess but wouldn't stay more than 1-2 days it's really not a nice hotel
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Friendly and attentive staff and a great value.
Cons: Too far from the quarter and in a sketchy part of the city.

Pros: A clean lovely hostel with a good pancake breakfast and silas is a nice host!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very kind staff! All were very helpful and friendly, so you felt very welcome. Nice location in a safe neighbourhood, and easy enough to get downtown or everywhere else by streetcar or bus Good kitchen facilities Very clean all over, with professionel cleaning done every day. Possible to check in "after hours", even when reception was closed Nice with Netflix account in the living room
Cons: Walls like paper; VERY noisy (primarily in the early morning hours) from all sounds around both people inside the hostel, cars in the street and everything else. Wifi seemed somewhat poor in most places around the house
Good 7.9
Pros: Number of bathrooms, location and neighbourhood of hostel. Possibility of early check in. Welcoming by Silas and information about city that he provided.
Cons: Condition of bathrooms. Breakfest was included as we checked out early and asked host about breakfest about breakfest he said that we should feel like at home, byt when we woke up we noticed that stuff was misplaced and locked in cupboard which was inassible for us.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: I enjoyed that it was setup like a hostel. Community shower and restroom with a community kitchen. Also, I enjoyed that they offer ear plugs right at the front desk. So in case that you don't want to hear your neighbors then you can use them to get some beauty rest.
Cons: The air conditioning in there was not cooling very well and it was slightly I unclmfortingto have to wait to go to the restroom. Make sure you get up early to use it.
Okay 5.8
Pros: The breakfast was very good - a make your own pancake station with lots of toppings, plus energy bars. The staff were friendly. The price was good. Although it's a little far out of town, the tram runs from right outside (and is sooo cheap) and runs late, so it's still convenient. Not happy with the bathrooms or checking in though - see below.
Cons: The bathroom was old and in much need of renovating. The cleaners did a good job on it each day, but it needs fixing up. There was only one for the whole floor so it was always busy. Generally the place needs a bit of love... it's like an old family home that needs some work. Also, we arrived late, but they didn't tell us that reception was shut or how to get in. We don't have an American sim so couldn't call the help phone number they left out. They had actually left us a letter with access, but we had no idea that it was there. We sat outside for a while, banged on the door a lot, eventually, luckily, another guest got back and knew of the hiding spot... it would have been easy just to send us a message when we booked (as we did tell them we were arriving late)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: There was nothing to complain about
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Great location. Excellent amenities. Amazing staff.
Cons: N/A
Good 6.3
Pros: The staff was very friendly and the location wasn't bad. It wasn't in the main section of the city, but we are talking about a budget hostel. The location pretty safe and the trolley was easy to use. Also, the nearby library let's you print without being a card carrying member, which was helpful for us in printing our spirit tickets, since the hostel wouldn't do it after 4.
Cons: It's a cheap hostel, which is fine, but there seemed like a couple things were easy fixes the property wasn't doing, that could have made it feel cleaner, such a replacing the rusted shower rod or rusted light fixture above the sink.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Super nice staff, super helpful. Fresh and nice breakfasts, close to bus stop.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location was great, right near a streetcar stop, so travel around the area was super cheap with three dollar day pass. Surrounded by great restaurants pubs and close to really good markets its so convenient. However the greatest plus for this place is its amazingly friendly and helpful staff of Josh, Nadia and Silas. All great, I wasn’t real well at the time and they were so supportive, Nadia drove me to hospital. Great people good place to stay. Also heaps of bathrooms and washrooms even when the hostel was full.
Good 7.5
Pros: Very easy experience. The front desk was very good at insuring smooth after hours checkin. Helpful with making sure could help make and or add things to do for trip.
Cons: During hurricane season it would have been nice to give some tips as the area in front of the home did have a huge flood in front of it. Guest not familiar with flood waters were a little panicked.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: The room was clean.
Cons: Toilet moved and flushed slow. Door safety latch was broken.
Okay 4.2
Pros: We had a very large room. Nice outside pool area
Cons: Very old and dated. Hotel needs a update and a lot of maintenance done. Smelt a lot like smoke.
Good 7.5
Pros: The room was big but there was evidence of room improvements still going on. Overall really nice room.
Cons: Light fixtures wasn't install as of yet. Had 2 desk lamps to use which did not cover lighting a large room
Okay 5.0
Pros: Unfriendly staff and no housekeeping
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Cleanliness of room was very good and they let us change room when air conditioning was not working properly .Kids absolutely loved the pool .
Cons: Not having a fridge or coffee pot in room and it was nice having table in room but would have liked a couple of chairs to sit in at table also safe in our room would not lock .All
Mediocre 2.9
Cons: Carpet was soaked, doors were broken and hard to shut/lock, room had roaches so we had to be moved to a different room. Elevator was so slow and could hold 3 people max.
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The staff were friendly. The vending machines were great. The pool area was really nice.
Cons: This hotel is way too loud, was people constantly banging about, slamming doors, sounded like Jumanji was above us. The walls are too thin. We had to originally ask to move to a different room the first night because there is a nightclub next door and we could hear the music in our room insanely loud for 11pm. We stayed 4 nights, the room was only cleaned the first night we stayed, not for the rest. Also took a deposit without stating it would be taken. Do yourself a favour and pay a little more money and stay somewhere else, the location is very dodgy and sketchy too, definitely hindered our experience of staying here.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was not too far from downtown. Recently renovated, and still needed work done to grounds. Very nice lobby.
Cons: Drink machines were old and the main one was out of order. Not enough towels. Elevator needed repair. Limited furniture. Parking lot was very cramped and I had to park on the street one day.
Okay 5.8
Pros: The hotel was charming and has a great location.
Cons: The room didn't look like the pictures. The room was not cleaned during my stay. There was a dirty towel left in the shower from the previous visitor. They did not provide any body towels to dry with street the shower. There was no phone, clock, refrigerator, or microwave in the room. The wifi did not work.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: very clean
Cons: very little parking
Poor 1.0
Pros: I didn’t like the Stay at the hotel at all , the room was dirty and hot.
Cons: The rooms was dirty and the walls had black stuff on it was the worst stay I ever ya din my life of getting hotels
Poor 1.0
Cons: Staff very unfriendly and cheating on the customer (my deposit has never been refunded).
Mediocre 2.7
Pros: Central location
Cons: Filthy, no one cleaned our room for 9 days! Most disgusting place ever.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: NOTHING
Okay 4.3
Pros: the location
Cons: availability of towels, parking, the lack of clean sheets on the bed
Okay 4.3
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: The room was poorly cleaned. My room was also without windows.
Mediocre 2.7
Pros: The price
Cons: I have often stayed at poor budget hotels, but this was the absolute worst. Do not stay here, unless sleeping on the stree is your only other option.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Location
Cons: Area of town wasn't the best. No towels in the bathroom, but a great little dive bar across the street.
Okay 4.0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: cockroaches
Mediocre 2.3
Pros: nothing
Cons: no heat in room, very unclean, smelly, smoke alarm disconnected, bad paint job
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The price. That's about it.
Cons: Yes. The rooms were very unclean. Two towels with no floor towel for the bathroom is way too few. No washclothes. Ice machines didn't work. Shower had not been scrubbed in a very, very long time. Fire alarm was pulled twice one night.
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff was so nice. I would recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near New Orleans on a budget.
