Excellent 10.0
Pros: The spa tub was the clincher. No need to stay at the sloppy, less accommodating hotel properties in the French Quarter. Ride the super scenic trolly for a couple bucks. Take in the splendid majesty of the St. Charles properties. You will feel like a king! Tom will make sure your stay is worth coming back for! Thanks, Shawn and Micah.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This place shouldn't be a hotel. It should be a destination. I'm not kidding, it was amazing. If you want to have the best experience during your vacations, I would recommend staying there because it's perfect: the house is beautiful, the room is lovely, the neighborhood is quiet and Tom and Patricia are the best hosts ever. When we arrived, Tom gave us a tour around the house and showed us everything we needed to know to feel at home. Also, he shared with us a map and a sheet with a lot of tips to enjoy the city. That's a guy that knows how to host: very kind, calm, and always available to help. Now about the room: it's very clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The decor takes you on a vintage trip. The breakfast is also delicious. And there's a very welcoming porch where we would be at night just to relax a bit before going to bed. Every single detail was crafted to make our trip perfect. Thank you so much! Hope we can get back soon =)
Cons: This place is perfect. It shouldn't have this question hahahahahah
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Locaton, house was beautiful. Owners very nice
Cons: Disappointed that we could not have breakfast because of COVID restrictions. That is what I really love about bed and breakfasts, I like the breakfast and i love talking to new people. Maybe next time.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice staff, plenty of supplies and close to everything
Cons: If I had to do it again, 1st floor instead of 3rd floor. Getting to old
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It’s in a great location and quiet neighborhood. Walking up to front door with noticeable mask required, put me at ease, expressing the importance of the current health crisis. Great personable check in, offering complimentary non-alcoholic beverages to guests, which was welcoming. Room accommodations was just what I needed, loved having a private bathroom with a bathtub. Balcony is the quintessential way to start or end day in New Orleans, just rocking in the chair and watching the weather. Thank you so much!
Cons: Not much to say about this. I’ve lived in New Orleans, so you become accustomed hearing your neighbors next door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: the location was outstanding; Tom was great; Lillian room was ridiculously well appointed and classic. so comfortable to sit in the downstairs living room, kitchen area, and front porch to watch the neighbors walk by
Cons: Only thing I can think of is that shower was a bit slippery - the floor needs some roughing up. But, gee, that's it. Not a real problem, huh?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: So gigantic and great. Can’t wait to return. Thank you Lu and Amy
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The breakfast was as good as could be expected under covid limitations. Loved the house and porches.
Cons: I had trouble with the ac. I was too cold but the thermostat was open to public use. The owner tried to move vents but the room was at least 5 degrees colder than the hallway. It wasn't a major thing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: As soon as you walk in the door they treat you like family and also they hand you an adult beverage very nice to come off a long drive to such a relaxing place it feels just like home was an amazing bed and breakfast
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything here was spectacular. Near the lakeshore, several excellent restaurants within walking distance, Lakeshore park and Lighthouse also within walking distance. The house itself just feels like home, with lively and lovely interiors. We also especially enjoyed the porch. Meeting Peter and Ruby, though, was the uncontested highlight. We left feeling like we’d made two new friends.
Cons: Nothing at all.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is the very best that you can have for vacation….
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice choice of breakfast.
Cons: N/a
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rose and Peter were genuinely pleasant and made our stay that much more enjoyable. As our first time to New Orleans they provided us with information on places to eat things to do. This helps when your in a new place and have no clue on where to begin😄
Cons: The only downer was the fridge in the room it was noisy which was much noticeable at night once we turned down to sleep. But this is fixable.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The best eggs I have ever tasted the host and her family was great. I would stay again
Cons: I couldn't control the temp in room
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Love Ruby & Peter the owners & innkeepers wanted to move in & never leave especially having the ocean view just around the corner restaurants next door down the street all around the rose manor they were informative which was very helpful for new comers to New Orleans I'm going to book to stay there again for next years Mardi Gras even a weekend get away to enjoy the nice room lovely people from all over the world its amazing I loved it there can't wait to go back
Excellent 9.2
Pros: What not to love? Clean and super comfortable room and fresh made breakfast next to the usual cereals, fruits, yoghurts, pastry, and so on! The neighborhood is save and it’s nice to be able to just take a walk to the lake :D we loved having great conversations with our hosts and other guests and got introduced to southern friendliness :D
Cons: Bus station is close and it only takes one change to get to the French quarter but it takes an hour. That was a little annoying, but 15$ Ubers were a fair alternative.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was delicious, staff was friendly and attentive.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The personal touches and the uniqueness of this Inn sets it apart from other hotels. The minute you walk in you are engulfed with warmth like you're at home. We checked in after-hours and we received a call to make sure we were scheduled for breakfast AND to get our dietary preferences. We're vegans and they were able to accommodate us. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The bathtub is a jet tub and the shower is AMAZING!! Very hot water and good pressure. My boyfriend LOVED the bathtub. You are so close to great food and entertainment! Parking is FREE! I won't reveal anymore, just book and experience it for yourself. The other high ratings are true this place is exceptional!!
Cons: I didn't like the fact we only stayed one night. I really don't have anything bad to stay about this hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The gourmet breakfast was outstanding The rooms excellently furnished. We moved room in the middle of the stay and preferred the one on the same level as the entrance to the one downstairs, but both were fine. Parking was available for a few cars at the back but in any case there is street parking, You can go on the streetcar (tram) into town with a stop right outside The common areas are full of interesting pictures and furniture.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was very different and interesting
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Monica was so great and attentive!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Terrific B&B...great location and our Host, Monica was just awesome....gave us all kinds of information and ideas for things to do while we’re there. A really charming house and a great breakfast make for a great B&B, but it really comes down to the host....she even came in early on the day we were leaving to make us breakfast to go...an above and beyond gesture. Highly recommended!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was delicious and the coffee, tea, and mimosas were great with the breakfast. Mrs. Monica is amazing. She goes out of her way to really make sure the stay and accommodations were excellent.
Cons: I did not have a single complaint or reason to be disappointed.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Owner and her assistant were awesome. Perfect stay. Wonderful breakfast, lovely furnishings.
Cons: When booking on line, cheaper rooms are in renovated section, spacious, comfortable yet modern and "sterile" If you want historic, upgrade to older sections.
Good 7.4
Pros: I really enjoyed the house itself, all the historic detail that has been preserved over the years. The room and bathroom were a good size.
Cons: The bed was terrible, the mattress was very old and lumpy, had a squeaky bed frame and pillows were not comfortable at all. Also, the lack of a ceiling fan made the room stuffy.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great location in a nice neighborhood Host very pleasant, welcoming and helpful Charming old house with interesting history
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Pros: BEAUTIFUL HOME! WELCOMING HOST WHO WAS EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE ON HOUSE AS WELL AS NEW ORLEANS! WE FOUND HOUSE LOCATED IN PERFECT LOCATION AND EASY ACCESS TO SITES. BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME.
Cons: ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THIRD FLOOR LITTLE FAR TO USE FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! Our stay was great, comfortable and informative. We are definitely coming back for our next trip to New Orleans.
Cons: Nothing! Everything was amazing!
Poor 1.0
Cons: No breakfast provided although it was included in the room rate. We do understand the covid restrictions but other hotels offers somehow find a solution. For instance a breakfast pack for every guest.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: First of all being greeted by the 'welcome Waggin', Porter and Jackson! Their presents made me feel right at home immediately! Larry and Brent are very gracious and helpful !
Cons: Unfortunately due to the pandemic, I did not get to experience the breakfast! But after spending time with Brent, I am sure it would have been delightful!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location and wonderful host. The house was very beautiful.

Pros: A newer property that was in excellent condition. The room featured a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, etc. and all plates, utensils, etc. While it looks a little remote it turns out that they are literally blocks from several main shopping areas, tons of restaurants. They even had a basketball court for guests use. Good choice - staff was polite and professional.
Cons: Everything was better than expected. No complaints

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Chosen for convenience to my event. Found that I loved the neighborhood - NOT party central but with plenty of options. The room was perfect, spacious and including basically a kitchen, as well as the great private balcony. It was clean, friendly, and affordable. Free secure parking!
Cons: Tiny issue of some deferred maintenance, like leaky shower doors (but huge shower!) and somewhat worn rugs. But that probably contributed to the affordability.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very nice. Bathroom gorgeous. Staff are very helpful and cordial. Area very quiet and peaceful. Close to downtown.
Cons: Kids crying and parents screaming on last night, but they moved us and it was very quiet. Food at restaurants wasn't great.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: One off the nicest all around hotels I've ever experienced.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was an amazing stay the staff was great I had no issues no problems
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel is clean and modern, and the rooms are sizable.
Cons: My husband left his shaving kit, which had prescription medication in it. The staff at the hotel was excellent unable to locate it, which was disappointing .
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice property with free in/out parking. Rooms were nice and property was well maintained. Staff was pleasant and helpful when I made inquiries.
Cons: Hotel advertised breakfast included (4/15/21). Checked in and told breakfast was "Grab and Go" (5/3/21). Next morning I go to get the Grab and Go, and staff pointed to tiny sign that said as of 5/1/21 no more breakfast. Not there the night before... sucks
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel employee was awesome. Very good lighted parking with security 24/7. The room was spacious with all the essentials.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff and clean rooms!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Perfect location for our purposes (near Children's Hospital). This is also a great location to catch parades during Mardi Gras season next to Ochsner Baptist Hospital. Free parking! Rooms were large and clean. Small, quiet, boutique hotel with breakfast.
Cons: Night attendant could be friendlier. Didn't like the $20 extra charge for a child in the room. Used coffee pod still in coffee maker. Slow-draining shower.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location near Tulane University. PJ’s coffe available 24/7. Free parking on nearby lot. Night security.
Cons: Breakfast could have more items.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: The room was lovely and very comfortable. Housekeeping staff excellent and nice to interact with. Proximity to Tulane. All staff were helpful, professional, and fun.
Cons: Wish there were a bar.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was a beautiful hotel. Very clean and the staff was friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great stay. Friendly staff.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved everything! New, clean, friendly staff, great location!
Cons: Absolutely perfect!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Rooms were quite nice and very clean. Liked the fact that we did not have to pay for parking. Also liked that it included free breakfast.
Cons: Not the best location. Would have preferred downtown.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was immaculate. It was quiere, staff was friendly and check in and check out was painless and quick.
Cons: Breakfast could have been better! It lacked healthier options.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: About 10 min from quarter, can walk to food and bars in feret St.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: What a great find this hotel was! The room was extremely spacious. The view on residential/uptown NOLA was great (from the 8th floor). The staff was super helpful. The hotel was also one of the cleanest I'd ever been to, and breakfast was included.
Cons: It's not in the "touristy" areas, so if you are going to NOLA to go the French quarter and all the other classic touristy things, you will have to use the trolley or a cab/uber/lyft.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: This hotel is refreshing, elegant and comfortable. Farther away from the busyness of the French Quarter but perfect for me.
Cons: Minor repairs, our bathroom door didn't lock.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and welcoming staff
Cons: was further from French Quarter than expected Uber would take 15mins walking/streetcar 25mins
Good 6.0
Pros: friendly staff, comfortable bed, plentiful showering facilities
Cons: Given that they were not full and the Covid 19 virus is on the increase, I think they could have spaced us out a bit more in the rooms rather than putting so many of us (strangers) into one room. From what I could see many of the rooms were not being used. It seems to be that changing a bed is changing a bed, whichever room it's in (in other words, no more or less work wherever the bed is located). Also, in spite of the so-called "quiet time" between midnight and 7 am in the policy, there was a lot of noise in the hallways with people running up and down the halls and talking in loud voices well into the wee hours. Nobody was around to enforce the policy and I was woken up all night long. I had to wake up at 5am to catch a train out of New Orleans, so could have used a decent night's sleep.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great hostel close to the FQ. Street car is walking distance away. Many amenities in the kitchen such as a stove and crockpot. Gene, is an amazing staffer at the location. She is extremely helpful and an overall good soul. I've found myself staying here sporadically during my visits/move to NOLA and have loved it.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Clean. towels included. quiet. free parking. free wifi. great staff.
Cons: nothing. stayed here a few times now, and will continue doing so.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The best was the friendliness of the staff and especially Jane. I had a problem with my card and she personally contacted me to hold the reservation. Thanks for the stay. I highly recommend the hostel
Excellent 9.4
Pros: I like the attention and information that personal gave me about the city .
Excellent 9.4
Pros: You would not know it by the sort of average photos that I saw on-line, but Site 61 was better in many ways than I expected. I hadn't stayed in a hostel for many years, so was not sure what I would find for such a (compared to hotels) low price. What I found was a well-run hostel operated by a kind and personable staff, a half dozen immaculate (and seemingly brand new) bathrooms (clean toilets, showers with great water pressure and warm water) and rooms that were also clean. i also enjoyed chatting with the staff in the mornings before I headed out for my day. Love this place !
Cons: I don't love bunk beds, but who does? Just one of the things one must deal with when staying in a hostel. But as far as bunk beds go, mine was comfortable!

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The staff and guests were all very nice.
Cons: The route to the room went through an alley that was littered with garbage. The host was not sure how to use the PayPal app. His PayPal ID was repeatedly rejected. The PayPal logo on his phone said "Paypay" which was suspicious. We ended up paying with Venmo. My wife hated this place.

Excellent 10.0

Mediocre 2.5
Cons: Horrible night staying there. Bathrooms dirty. Besides you have to share bathroom with everybody... Smell of the bedroom horrible... Hairs in the sheets... Poor light in the bedroom, the door doesn't close completely. Too much money to be sharing bathroom.! Plus. I didn't receive my refund. Only stayed one night. The other three nights try didn't return the money

Pros: clean, friendly, nice bathroom
Cons: bed had been broken down on one side by someone. I sleep on the other side and it was fine there.

The location was great only about 15 min to bourbon St. The hotel is VERY VERY NICE i would have expected to pay way more for the quality of the hotel i would give the brent house a royal 10.
Poor 1.0

Poor 1.0
Pros: I was close to Bourbon street

Cons: Parking was tough with unloading and loading your luggage. Room was old and mattress need to be replaced.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was very safe and it had everything inside that was convenient.
Cons: Staff was not friendly. Not very welcoming
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hospital is there with the hotel
Cons: The long walk lol
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It was unique - in a hospital. Very safe. Free garage parking. On the public transportation line. Pool.
Cons: You should make it clear when booking how closely associated with the hospital it is. Slightly uncomfortable checking in when it looks like you are checking into a hospital
Okay 4.4
Excellent 10.0

Cons: Everything was fine
Poor 1.0
Cons: Horrible room and appear if you go thru this site you get the worst rooms there.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The quietness
Cons: So far so good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: CLEAN GOOD LOCATION
Cons: NO
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love that it is connected to the hospital made me feel very safe with Covid and crime!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Free covered garage parking.
Cons: The fact that it is in/part of the hospital makes it a little odd, but it served my needs for a safe one night stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Attached to hospital and i never had to move my car.
Cons: AC wasn¿t great
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location is the only thing I like about this hotel. It’s connected to the hospital which is great is you’re visiting a love one.
Cons: There is no deadbolt latch or security latch on the door:room floor 1-4. Anyone with a master key or who’s tech savvy can enter the room. I had to place a chair behind the door for added security. I have videos and pics of roa.
Poor 1.0
Pros: This is the hospital motel for hospital visitors inside the hospital, it’s should never advertised to be a hotel in the first place. Never ever I would stay in this again. Super bad experience
Cons: There’s nothing I can like about this hospital motel
Good 7.0
Pros: Attached to the hospital where I had the appointment
Cons: It did not have a stopper in the tub. I had to stuff a towel there to keep the water in. The ax/heater system was antique. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the heater on. We never had heat and we were cold.
Good 7.0
Pros: Our room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Decorated with soft, peaceful colors.
Cons: Restaurant was advertised but it really was a food Cafe in the hospital. Would rather have a nice sit down restaurant with a menu and maybe some wine for after a stressful day in the ICU.
Poor 1.0
Pros: nothing, it was just bleh
Cons: Limited access to internet (restricted access to web sites) Firearms not allowed Bed sank in the middle Sore back Made reservation 1 hour before arrival. Had to wait in lobby nearly an hour before they could check us in
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Mediocre 2.0
Okay 5.2
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Room was nice. The hotel Entry was mostly blocked by hospital staff. Overall surreal experience. I would not have wanted to stay at a hospital during this time. No food in cafeteria!
Cons: Brent house is part of a hospital. It would have been nice to know this upfront during Covid. I felt like a patient. Doctors, nurses and patients everywhere, had to follow the guidelines as if I was patient. Front desk seemed to be manned by hospital
Poor 1.0
Pros: The room were large.
Cons: This hotel is NOT located adjacent to a hospital. It is inside the hospital. The room itself was dirty. I called the front desk because there was literally caked on dirt in our bathtub that they attempted to cover up with a bathmat. Very gross.
Poor 1.0
Pros: bed is confortable. That is the only best thing here
Cons: hotel is in the hospital. It is not good if you are on vacation. Also, water is not strong enough to take shower. They tried to save money but it is not good. Heat is not working. I wont book here again
Good 7.0
Pros: The room was remodeled recently and looks modern and nice
Cons: The building is under construction so side from the room the rest of the location looks run down and in shambles. Parking lot is dirty and smells. It's also attached to a hospital which I didn't know.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Clean. Hotel was part of a hospital. I did not want to stay in the hospital, I wanted a HOTEL!
Cons: It was a HOSPITAL, Not a HOTEL
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Bedding needs updated
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Nothing It did not meet our expectations at all for a 3 1/2 star hotel! We have had better results from a motel.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Clean. Quiet.
Cons: Lighting in room was very dim. Water pressure in bathroom was low. Bathtub/shower drain was poor.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location and bedroom was clean
Cons: Hotel was basically for hospital patients. Do not stay in unit 557. Bathroom vent does not work and tub lining ripped out. Water pressure is low but at least it was hot.
Poor 1.0
Pros: There was a nice room.
Cons: No hot water for showers. Called front desk but still no hot water. Location was inside hospital. Lots of sick people around.
Excellent 10.0
Okay 4.0
Pros: The actual room was large.
Cons: Its connected to a hospital. So you are competing for parking and passing patients as you enter/exit, which makes an incompatible atmosphere with being on vacation. Additionally, the bathrooms need remodel and it smells like a hospital.
Good 6.0
Pros: Good price. We were able to get adjoining rooms. Kids loved the pool.
Cons: Sheets were dirty.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The hotel was close to the zoo which was the reason we came down to New orleans.
Cons: There was a sticky stain on the carpet. We took cold showers b/c there was no hot water. The staff didn't really care. There were kids running up and down the hall for 3 hours even after calling the front desk and complaining. Very poor customer service
Poor 1.0
Pros: Bad experience and not good hotel. Not sure why you picked this hotel for me!!!
Cons: One the staff went in my room while I was in my room. Without my consent! I complained to the manager not much was done. Beside a small amount of a gift card.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Requested a crib prior to arrival. Didn't happen and no one had access to one when we arrived. First room has cockroaches in the bathroom and a broken AC. Second room was cleaner, but was much older with a leaking toilet that sounded like a dying animal
Okay 4.0
Pros: Friendly maintenance man
Cons: Toilet was broken, TV wasn't working properly, I've taken a shower the water would not cut off and it dripped all night long !
Good 7.0
Pros: The easy access to the hospital.
Cons: The cafeteria workers were not the friendliest.
Okay 4.0
Cons: The walls are paper thin which made for a noisy stay.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
Okay 4.0
Pros: staff, clean and cosmetically everything looks nice
Cons: For the price, should have breakfast items everyday...not just fruit and coffee on Tuesdays ONLY. Doors do not close tight. You have to pull hard towards you or your card will NOT unlock the door. Tub/shower unit needed plumbing work.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Cheap for the area. Not too far from the quarter
Cons: Hotel is connected to a hospital and meant for patients and their families. Not suitable for tourism/personal travel.
Okay 4.0
Pros: That they validated the parking.
Cons: This hotel is actually apart of a hospital. The hotel had patients in gowns and wheelchairs in the hallways. Definitely not something I want to see at a hotel.
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Really awkward set up as room and board for students completing medical residences. It is literally attached to a hospital in a seedy part of town. The hotel is old with new paint and furniture but the carpets were dirty and we found hair in the sheets.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Clean room
Cons: I wish it would have been made clear that this hotel was in a HOSPITAL. Hated that.
Good 6.0
Cons: It's attached to a Hospital. When staying in a hotel I don't want to be at a hospital.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Large room and was very clean.
Cons: This hotel shares a parking garage and lobby with a hospital. This made the stay very uncomfortable.
Good 6.0
Pros: The staff and cleanliness
Cons: I hated the fact that you have to go into the hospital to get to and from the hotel I didn't like that at all
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: It was close to the hospital!!
Cons: This hotel was part of a hospital that they converted not close at all to anything uncomfortable beds not an overall good place and it was false advertisement because it was located inside a hospital
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Free parking.
Cons: The hotel looked nothing like the picture I saw online, our room was hot, and the most disliked thing was the fact it was a part of a hospital.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Room was very large and bed was comfortable
Cons: Staff was not helpful and I had to wait for long periods of time at both check in and check out because staff were chatting with each other. Temperature control in my room did not work, towels were stained and dirty. Hotel had scuff marks/dirt
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was very spacious and modern with free parking.
Cons: First thing first they have BED BUGS. My body was bit from head to toe. The itching was unbarible. Although The hotel gave me my money back it was not worth it.The hotel is also connected to hospital ( like part of it) and is extremely cold.
Good 7.7
Pros: Attached to hospital and has atrium
Cons: Hard to find and small bathroom
Okay 5.0
Pros: It was clean & the staff were nice & helpful. Other than that the rooms were soso at best. If you have someone who's in the hospital this would be excellent as it's attached to the hospital. For a business traveler it's not so good.
Cons: This is NOT a 3 1/2 Star hotel. A 3- maybe. It's a nice hotel, clean and the staff is nice. However, this hotel is part of the Hospital! There's no lounge, the restaurant is the hospital lunch counter & it's location is way off the main interstate.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Staff not friendly at all, room not clean, shower falling apart. Terrible location way too much money for what you get.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everyone was nice
Cons: the cleaning crew need to learn how to make beds the sheets did not stay on the bed either top or bottom sheets.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I liked that i didn't worry about being safe. it was great for a family to be there, safe and had a nice pool, and was SUPER clean. my son loved the "spinny" revolving door in the lobby.
Cons: there was no free breakfast, and yo had to pay weekly to use the gym.... must drive to actual "town" of New Orleans to see sites.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The personal was very very friendly and helpful expertly miss Lorraine she is high top in my book
Cons: There was nothing I didn't like except the coffee
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and very clean
Cons: The toilet rocked, not fasten to the floor good
Excellent 8.8
Pros: I liked the price. The staff was courteous, and the place was over all clean. It was not far from New Orleans CBD and had direct routes to all of the places of interest. Parking, especially for New Orleans, was exemplary.
Cons: It was attached to a hospital which was not mentioned in any of the literature on the website I used to book the hotel.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The room was extremely nice and walking through the atrium to access the room or go out to eat in there was a very nice touch.
Cons: It was different being that it was attached to the hospital. Seeing patients around was somewhat disturbing, particularly when we ran into a gentleman on a scooter that seemed to have difficulty staying awake on it, and we came to the front desk for someone to help him. Also, we came as a mini vacation and after our 8 hour long drive, we were disappointed to find the hotel didn't have a bar, but only a cafe on the hospital side and when we walked down the road to find a bar, it was less than hospitable.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: parking
Okay 5.1
Cons: I didn't know it was connected to a hospital.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, parking, cleanliness and the bed.
Cons: Lack of amenities and no smoking area on the property
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed there for our travel into the city .It was very nice. We had one of the renovated rooms.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Nothing at all
Cons: Our hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty, smelly, and had a huge unidentified strain on the carpet. The room looked like something from the 1970s. The pictures of the nice luxurious hotels seen online are not what we received.
Good 6.0
Pros: The rooms were just like the picture, except for the bathroom.
Cons: The room needed an update as far as the tub went. I thought it was just across from the hospital, not actually connected to it.
Good 7.6
Pros: Great location...a little odd being right in the hospital, but still good. Room was big and very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons: The sheets are like paper, stiff and noisy. There was no offer of food and if there was it was not marked anywhere and extremely hard to find.

Okay 4.0
Pros: The breakfast was phenomenal.
Cons: Staff not readily available. No one answered the door or the phone initially. We tried checking in with the alternate method, but the key in the lockbox did not work. Staff eventually assisted. Refrigerator in room was off/broken, and a prior guest’s smelly, moldy leftovers were inside. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Advertised coupons to Cafe Degas were not where we were told they would be. Multiple attempts to contact the staff regarding same during and after our stay were ignored. I ended up returning there physically to inquire about the coupons only to be told that they no longer offered them. Breakfast was amazing! Cook was fabulous!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The Degas House were so cute and historic. The breakfast was lovely and it was a good location!
Cons: It could've been a bit higher in quality but it was authentic.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful bed and breakfast. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We got a free upgrade to a suite which was unexpected and greatly appreciated.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful room, comfy bed and pillows, the spa tub & bathroom are fantastic and the property is gorgeous.
Cons: The TV didn't work and I didn't care for the breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff, decor and food! It’s a historic landmark that brings French Impressionism back to the States. It is also an oasis from the parties.
Cons: Ummm, 🤷🏻‍♀️. It’s a bit of a walk from the French Quarter, but it’s an oasis from the partying 😌
Okay 4.0
Pros: Cathy was super friendly greeting us.
Cons: The home was run down and in poor condition for a historic home. There were dents and cracks all throughout the room, holes in the walls, and sparkle left unfinished. The wedding that happened during our stay seemed to take all the attention from the owner who didn’t really acknowledge us after check in. The guest that we bumped into during our stay also made us very uncomfortable by being rude and distasteful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Just amazing.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: -Friendly staff -Delicious breakfast -Take a trip back in time. Fascinating history involving the house, especially if you enjoy art. Take the tour!!!

Pros: Like stepping back in time. This place is beautiful and an all around great experience. The staff was nothing but welcoming and kind. I'll certainly be coming back.
Okay 4.8
Pros: - only 10 minutes by car from French quarter - bus station near (30 minutes to French Quarter)
Cons: - the boss/owner was extremely unfriendly (there were like 5-6 situations where he just snapped at us "Maaaaam my office is closed!" or "Maaaam this isnt a 24h reservation" etc. really extremely unfriendly, and we really didn't ask for anything special. (he was friendly to our male friends though so you might be fine if you're a guy ..) - Breakfast: Coffee (coffee only isn't breakfast, although it said online that breakfast was included) - apparently in a bad area (taxi driver said so), I wouldn't walk around when it's dark - for those with a car it's ok I guess but wouldn't stay more than 1-2 days it's really not a nice hotel
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Friendly and attentive staff and a great value.
Cons: Too far from the quarter and in a sketchy part of the city.

Pros: I enjoyed that it was setup like a hostel. Community shower and restroom with a community kitchen. Also, I enjoyed that they offer ear plugs right at the front desk. So in case that you don't want to hear your neighbors then you can use them to get some beauty rest.
Cons: The air conditioning in there was not cooling very well and it was slightly I unclmfortingto have to wait to go to the restroom. Make sure you get up early to use it.

Good 7.0
Pros: I liked the fact that there werent dressers in the room. Made it less confusing for unpacking. Lol.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: I liked the location that’s it
Cons: The rooms were not fully furnished. They gave me a room that was occupied and I went into the room with the guest in the bed. No ice machine on my floor just all around bad
Excellent 9.0
Pros: I would stay at this hotel any time I come back to New Orleans! I was looking for 4 things; central location, affordable, historic building, and free parking. This place checks all those boxes, and more! The building is beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Even the people walking by on the street were friendly! I'll put it this way...my husband complains about literally every hotel I find us, and he has been raving about how great this one was lol
Cons: The only negative thing I can think of about this hotel was the lack of a refrigerator in the room. There was a microwave in Vending, but we still had a lot of leftovers go to waste.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Fridge
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Comfy bed big tv extra chair. Friendly staff get what you pay for
Cons: Wasn’t the safest but it’s New Orleans so
Okay 4.0
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: The hotel was old and run down. Dirty with roaches in the room. I guess I get what I paid for, but never again. My worst hotel experience.
Poor 1.0
Cons: The hotel manager told me that my safety is not their responsibility and that I need to stay off those sites. I got assulted and robbed at their property no one tried to assist me. They need to understand this is a hotel not a retail store.

Okay 5.6
Okay 5.0
Pros: Staff was very nice, great location
Cons: Looked run- down, power went out when we were trying to check out and did not come back on
Okay 5.2
Excellent 9.6
Pros: very clean
Cons: very little parking
Poor 1.0
Pros: I didn’t like the Stay at the hotel at all , the room was dirty and hot.
Cons: The rooms was dirty and the walls had black stuff on it was the worst stay I ever ya din my life of getting hotels
Poor 1.0
Cons: Staff very unfriendly and cheating on the customer (my deposit has never been refunded).
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The pool was nice and the staff was super friendly .
Cons: The deadbolt on my room did not work
Okay 5.0
Pros: the lobby of the hotel was super pretty and inviting
Cons: the elevator was frightening
Excellent 8.0
Pros: 1. Close to the 10 Freeway. 2. Clean, modern room. 3. Parking right next to hotel. 4. Generally quiet. 5. Exceeded star rating.
Cons: 1. Wifi cut out a couple times. 2. Neighborhood can be a bit sketchy, but you're fine at the hotel. 3. For better or worse, the guests typically appear to be in their twenties.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The lady, at the front desk was very helpful during our stay.
Cons: Our first room, the water would not cut off after we showered, and in our second room, after requesting to change, the heat did not work in the second room.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The lady on third shift was really nice. It was close to Superdome.
Cons: First room smelled of Pot, the people next to us were smoking it heavily. The second room heater did not work and there were roaches and bugs everywhere. The elevators were broken. The place looked nothing like the pictures. Homeless guy sleeping the lounge area. This place is just and in and out for drugs and prostitution. I had two children with me. I have never stayed in something so awful. If i would have had the extra money. i would have found somewhere else to stay.
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: nothing
Cons: everything
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Dirty, room wasn't ready when we arrived at check in. Not a good part of town, half mile walk to anything. Did not apologize for any of their wrongdoings and we are still fighting them for a refund.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Not only was this hotel situated in a very dangerous neighborhood (Tulane Ave is notorious for gangland shootings), but the property manager failed to provide basic amenities (didn't have running hot water). When I confronted her about her shortsiding, she failed to provide a refund and had a very nasty attitude towards me. I would recommend travelers to stay far away from this establishment at all costs.
Okay 4.2
Pros: There were beds and there was a roof. Sorta.
Cons: No customer service. Lucky if you walk out WITHOUT being yelled at. Shady with your credit card. I had to dispute a charge they made without telling me. The elevator was broken and we were on the 4th floor. Maybe I'm spoiled but I usually expect more than a nod and a blank stare when I talk to someone who is supposed to be a customer service rep.
Okay 5.7
Pros: The staff was very polite and professional. The location was great because we were going to Voodoo Fest which was held in City Park. Easy less than $10 cab ride. The beds were reasonably comfortable.
Cons: The area was sketchy. We arrived at night and were not sure we were at the right place. The carpet did not appear to have been vacuumed. The room was very bare bones as far as decor, which is fine because it was very, very inexpensive. The shower drain was gross and clearly clogged.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Absolutely nothing even remotely acceptable about this "hotel".
Cons: Horrible Staff Uncomfortable beds. Cleanliness nonexistent. Shower didn't work. Windows didn't lock. Dirty everything. Too expensive for what it is. How it's still in business is beyond my friends and I. Some people gave this place more than one star??? Only reason they get one from me it's because I can't give them a negative star rating. Did i mentioned the staffs lack of professionalism? A simple attempt on being kind to the people that have contributed to the fact that you're still employed would suffice.
Mediocre 3.1
Pros: Worthless
Cons: It was humiliation to have to stay there.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Not safe. Don't go there. Prostitution. Broken down rooms.
Okay 4.2
Cons: I got a non smoking room but the room smelled like cigarettes, the sheets had scorch marks, some of the outlets didn't work and no internet
Okay 4.5
Pros: The price was better than others within the distance to the quarter. You get a little bit edgier look at the city. The outer brickwork is charming. It has potential, but looks like it needs a lot of funding to bring it up to snuff. The bed was clean and comfortable.
Cons: Lights didn't work, carpet and walls are gross, no bathroom vent, never had enough towels and staff couldn't get more, 3am street brawl at the night club next door...
Mediocre 2.2
Pros: This place had a bed and a roof ...
Cons: The carpet was wet when we got there and it never dried out. The bathroom was disturbingly gross. The jacuzzi was a large wet ashtray.
Mediocre 3.7
Cons: No hair dryer, didn't feel safe. Pool dirty. Elevator small & slow Ice machine broken.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location was excellent, the staff friendly. I drove a car, free parking. Overall, an ok place.
Mediocre 3.6
Pros: The space in the room.
Cons: Really shady part of town. Prostitutes walking up and down the road in front of hotel. Elivator inspection hasn't been done in a year. Pool was dirty. Housekeeping was very poor
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff was nice.
Cons: When we first got there the room was about 90 degrees...we told the lady at the front desk and she sent someone up. It took about 6 hours for the room to cool off comfortably. also in the morning found a huge roach crawling on the floor.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Rollaway bed, parking
Cons: Cleanliness, location, price
Good 6.6
Pros: Staff was wonderful and the room was great.
Cons: The location is sketchy at night but as long as you take a cab you will be fine :)
