Pros: Like stepping back in time. This place is beautiful and an all around great experience. The staff was nothing but welcoming and kind. I'll certainly be coming back.
Okay4.8
Pros: - only 10 minutes by car from French quarter - bus station near (30 minutes to French Quarter)
Cons: - the boss/owner was extremely unfriendly (there were like 5-6 situations where he just snapped at us "Maaaaam my office is closed!" or "Maaaam this isnt a 24h reservation" etc. really extremely unfriendly, and we really didn't ask for anything special. (he was friendly to our male friends though so you might be fine if you're a guy ..) - Breakfast: Coffee (coffee only isn't breakfast, although it said online that breakfast was included) - apparently in a bad area (taxi driver said so), I wouldn't walk around when it's dark - for those with a car it's ok I guess but wouldn't stay more than 1-2 days it's really not a nice hotel
Excellent8.3
Pros: Friendly and attentive staff and a great value.
Cons: Too far from the quarter and in a sketchy part of the city.

Pros: It was ok place to stay. Gas station right beside.
Cons: The staff wasn't all that friendly, and the rooms lights, televisions, and when you call the office from room phone they don't answer.

Pros: The worst hotel I've ever stayed..... I couldnt even stay for the 2 days that was booked.... Pimps & hoes every where... Very disgusting room (that's clearly rented by the hour) .... Very bad part of town
Cons: EVERYTHING.......
Okay4.2
Pros: It was cheap and easy to get a room. It was gated.
Cons: It seemed to be in a unsafe part of town. There was a homeless man standing by the entrance gate the entire time. The room was absolutely horrific. As soon as we walked in I was over powered by the smell of smoke. I watched a drug deal go down. Other guests were absolutely horrible. Extremely loud at 6 AM. 3 of the lights DIDN'T work. After already checking in at around 7:30, The front office called me at around 11:30 - 12 to ask if I planned to check in that night.

Cons: Gross motel in a gross part of town, only stayed here because it was very last minute. There were hairs all over the bathroom, the toilet seat looked like it had been chewed on. And there were boogers on the wall. Never going back ever.

Cons: Wow, this hotel was terrible. I arrived at night time and had to stand out in the cold to sign the room paperwork. First time having to do this for a hotel. Must be a sign of how shady the area is. The hallway carpet was very stained and gave off a dingy smell. The room seemed clean and had fake wood floors (definitely a plus over stained grimy carpet) but the desk chair had some scary stains. I had to move a low table over to sit on to work on my laptop. The bed didn't seem too bad until I woke up in the morning with my face planted in a spot that was very nasty smelling. I moved to another motel after this horrible experience.
Okay4.2
Cons: The toliet was dirty, the sheets had holes from what appeard to be cigarette burns. The cost was not worth it. Had we awwn the room priort to booking we would have spent the extra hundred to stay somewhere else.

Pros: Front desk person was very helpful
Cons: The neighborhood was suspect and the smell in the room was not like a clean smell. I also found a piece of marijuana joint inside of the room.
Okay4.2
Pros: Gated parking and rooms.
Cons: Door had no weather sealing. FREEZING. overall okay for the money.
Excellent9.1
Pros: Nice size rooms Good beds Secure fenced parking lot Friendly staff Easy on/off highway Is located 15min from Bourbon Street
Cons: Odd front entrance The location is in an old run down part of town. But that was my over all feeling of New Orleans. This was a comfortable room. It's not the Haytt, so don't expect all of the extras. If you are just looking for a hot shower and comfortable beds, this is it.

The hotel is infested with roaches
Excellent8.8
Pros: I especially liked the bed and how spacious it was and very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast could have really had more options and they should have allowed us to grab the eggs and hot food ourselves, rationing it off from behind the counter was weird. Also certain times I came back late and the front doors were locked, I have never witnessed that with a hotel before so that was strange and annoying. Also having to go to one side of the building and walking all the way to my room was annoying as well that we could not have access from both sides.
Good7.1
Pros: Good price, A/C was cold, large room, nice staff, just off Interstate so it's convenient
Cons: The place could use a good contractor to fix cosmetics. It's not for a romantic get away but fine for a place to stay.
Good6.2
Pros: We loved how the staff was willing and eager to do what ever was needed to make anything wrong right. This was all go the staff, from the maintenance guy come to the front desk clerk, the manager, and the night manager, out of the way to make us feel comfortable and meet our needs
Cons: They have two sections of the hotel. The normal side was over sold and they had to charge us to the week to week side that was not as nice as the nightly side. The key did not work. (Manager had to let us in to the room each time) the room did not have two sheets. (Had to ask for them) Room felt dirty/disgusting. Felt like a meth hotel. But we were very happy with service. (Pool not working also)
Mediocre2.0
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Rooms were not clean and hadn't been cleaned in some time. No phone, clock, bedside table, chair. Bath looked to gross to use. There were drunken homeless people, fights outside our door, police had to take people away from the front desk because they were getting violent with their complaints. Tried to have coffee in the morning but they said they ran out of cups and sent someone to the store to get them - would have some later in the day (when we would be gone) Their excuse was they are undergoing renovation but if so, they should make that public and put realistic pics on the website and should have offered discounts when we complained. Not safe, not clean, Stay away!!
Mediocre2.0
Pros: none
Cons: I've never commented BEFORE,,,No pillow cases (covers) if u flushed the bowl ,it would leak...drapes were not hooked to the rod ...heater didn't heat...towels had black stains on them...2 stars is a joke, they mix no-smokers rooms ..The worst hotel ever...worth no stars .I LEFT A DAY EARLY. AND SHOULD BE COMPENSATED..
Mediocre2.0
Cons: Absolutely disgusting place and they sold my room. Left me with no place to stay.
Mediocre2.0
Pros: Nothing they over booked on purpose knowing it was jazz fest turned us away cused us AND then told us they would call n.o.p.d if WE didnt leave
