Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with many mentioning its proximity to local attractions, shopping, and public transport. Cleanliness and comfort were also highlighted positively in several reviews. However, there were significant complaints about high parking fees, lack of included breakfast, and inconsistent service, particularly with housekeeping and front desk staff. Some guests also experienced issues with pool cleanliness and unexpected charges. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out as positives, service and extra costs were common concerns.
