Pros:Staff was good, they just didn't have the type of vehicle I requested.Cons:Verify availability of vehicles. I reserved a full size SUV, but they didn't have any. I had to take a smaller vehicle than I wanted.Reviewed 13 Jun 2021

Pros:The staff at this location was excellent and went out of there way to try to find the perfect vehicle for me ... and the vehicle (Lincoln Navigator) was very nice.Cons:I had wanted a 4wd for our family ski trip to Colorado, but they could not promise that the vehicle provided on my pick-up day would be a 4wd (and it wasn't). That just doesn't seem right. They were able to find a very nice large luxury vehicle (Navigator) for me that they brought in from another location that morning ... so I had to wait a bit for it (but no big deal). Fortunately, the lack of 4wd did not become an issue on our trip.Reviewed 7 Jan 2017
