Cons: A shuttle bus should have been provided from the airport to the hotel.

Cons: They were doing construction during our stay but a big issue for us was parking even though it says online that parking was available they denied us of parking in the lot he claimed parking slot were filled there was a lot spots open in the back by the way we came from out of town and up having to spend $$ for parking constantly because we were in and out of the garage

Cons: They staff always have this bougie I'm better then you attitude every time I go in there now I don't know if it's just me or.... Second I wish they had an adult's only station on the t.v.

Cons: Parking really BAD. COULDN'T FIND parking. We had my daughter at hospital. We came late. The check in and then relocation to hotel room for people is too far. That was quite a walk for me.

Cons: Very cold pool. The parking lot needs better lighting.

Cons: There seemed to be a low pitch whining / whirring of something --at all times in our hotel room.

Cons: I wish parking could be free and they would offer a complimentary breakfast.

Cons: The pool was a little cold, not too bad, but it could stand to be warmed up a degree or two. The fitness center is very small but adequate. It wasn't crowded when I uesd it but I could see that it could get filled up very fast at the right time of day. One of the 10lb and one of the 12lb weights were missing so I had to use the 15lbs to have a matched set. But that just made me work a little harder which isn't really a bad thing.

Cons: Very pricey for this hotel. Had to pay for parking.

Cons: There was a dog in the room next door that was barking. We alerted the staff. Dog was still barking when we returned. Thankfully within 10 minutes of being back in our room it stopped.

Cons: Again the exterior looks a bit scary

Cons: the place had an odor to it that was not friendly .

Cons: Rooms slightly dated and remote was slow to change channels on the TV (I am being overly critical here and this did not play into my rating).

Cons: Parking was limited and expensive. They should offer free parking the rates they are charging for the mediocre rooms.

Cons: No in-room movies (contrary to advertisement), Internet was down whole first night (also contrary to advertising), maids come into the room early despite the "do not disturb" sign...multiple times both days we stayed, front desk help was apathetic and snarky.

Cons: I went to my room after checking in, and it was “lived in” - messy beds, TV on, and dirty dishes. I was assigned a new room. It was obvious that the two beds were full sized beds, not queen sized. This was not what was advertised. I was there alone, so bed size didn’t impact me, but the bed size difference for a couple would be noticeable.

Cons: Room starting to look worn. Bedside lamp needed new bulb. In room coffee maker full of scale deposits and would not heat properly. Maids cart parked in our hallway overnight in front of open service room door. Many carpet stains.

Cons: The hotel is misleading in what it advertises as a "junior suite" for which they charge $50 extra per night. It is not a suite. It is just a large room. And it's not even good extra space. Just an oversized entry way and an extra strip of space between the bed and TV. Also, when i booked, there was no mention that the room didn't have a window to the outdoors; just an atrium view. Definitely not worth paying for. But the staff was kind enough to get us a better room. Apparently they've heard this complaint before. My biggest complaint is with Kayak/Orbitz customer service. The first person I called was helpful, but got disconnected. The second argued with me and then refused to escalate me to his manager. Instead he tried to transfer me to the hotel, but nobody answered. I called back again and asked for a manager at Orbitz, but nobody answered there either. I wanted to reward Kayak with the booking since I used their service to find the hotel, but I will never book via Kayak again after that atrocious customer service.

Cons: Parking was TERRIBLE. I was not notified of parking arrangements for guests during check-in

Cons: Awful view of the HVAC equipment for the restaurant below. Smallest room on the second floor.

Cons: Broken sink, bad view, overpriced, non fitted sheet, small, everything costs extr including wifi

Cons: Elevators are old and slow. Half of the elevators were out of service. The card readers in the elevators were finicky but you can't get to your room until you fiddle with it. Parking is a nightmare. Attached public parking ticket machine would not give out tickets, just takes credit card and charges for the whole day and can't get in or out after 10 PM. The W does not have affiliated parking so that pretty much just leaves the expensive valet parking. Even that was challenging because the "pull-off" from the busy downtown street is exceptionally small. Over the five days, we often had to stop in the regular traffic lane and hold up traffic while handing the car off to the valet driver.

Cons: bedding and (king) mattress very uncomfortable, didn't sleep well

Cons: The mini bar was outrageously priced! Lucky there are plenty of shops and places down the street for food and goodies.

Cons: Wish they had hot tub and sauna.

Cons: Our room had poor lighting, furniture had scatches and chips. Paint on wall was cracked in the bathroom. The lounge turns into a club at night with lots of drinking, it's very loud. We had a hard time sleeping due to the number of drunk people there. We had to bring ID to be in the lounge and the bouncers were really rude.

Cons: We've stayed here before and LOVED the breakfast menu. It is a total disappointment now. You don't have the classic options anymore and the chicken and waffles was nothing like expected. Frozen chicken strips and underwhelming waffles. No choice but scrambled eggs. Bring back the eggs Benedict! Also the self serve food computer was down so you can only get soda or snacks when you can find someone to ring it up. Closing the bar down before the concert rush on a Saturday night seems like a silly decision too. Business would have made a killing and staff probably would have made more tips than they do all month. Wish there was a few more options with TV. The connecting of my phone to it if spotty at best.

Cons: There is no sound buffer, at all. Does are slamming through the night, and I could feel them, as well as hear then echo. There was a couple having some very good times at 2:30 in the morning, and that also echoed loudly. There was a domestic dispute in the room next to mine, and it sounded like it was coming from my bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, there is a vent that is always running in the bathroom, and that is also quite loud. Sleep was difficult to come by both nights if my stay.

Cons: Parking fee, even though the website said included. Breakfast needed far more selection. Minor complaint: Would be helpful if the room had USB charging ports for cell phones. Most hotels include ports in their lamps or alarm clocks.

Cons: Clogged sink/then toilet clogged and that wasn't fixed for 12 hours /tv didn't work/glasses not replaced/towels had stains/no fridge where fridge was meant to be/ no offer to move us or compensate us for inconvenience

Cons: The "standard" beds were tiny. Not ideal for sleeping double. Parking was pricey.

Cons: I had called early in the day that we were scheduled to arrive asking if they could put a cute note in the room along with a couple wine glasses. The lady who helped me on the phone thought it was a great idea. She asked me if I wanted 17th or 18th floor: I said 18th. When we arrived we were put on the 19th floor, the top floor. This would've been a nice surprise if the note and glasses were in the room but they weren't. The room we received also did not have the amenities that were listed when we selected the room online. Features like "spa robe, spa room, kitchen area." It was also listed as the Presidential Suite. I asked the front desk about it, showing them the reservation description on my phone. She then informed me that 3rd party bookings don't have any real say in the amenities in the room, that she was sorry, and there wasn't much she could do. It sounds like a 1st world problem, and I feel like a whiner just typing this up, but it really put a damper on my romantic plans. Had I truly known the room wouldn't have the stuff it said it would I would've kept looking and even spent more on a room that did. I assumed everything would be as I planned and it wasn't until it was too late that I found out his was not the case. Also, kind of odd, the same page that I showed to the front desk to plead my case has now been changed: it doesn't have those features listed anymore. It will be very hard for me to trust the process moving forward.

Cons: It was probably 60 degrees in the room. The thermostat did not work. They ended up giving us a small space heater, which was hardly sufficient. If you can imagine, when you are miserably cold it's difficult to enjoy anything.

Cons: Shower did not drain, bed was curved (so not flat), and the Internet is not free...

Cons: I think having free wi-fi be a standard amenity would be nice considering the standard of hotel that it is. I didn't like only getting it after having to call the front desk and ask about it at a Hilton Hotel. And the vent in the upper corner of our room really loudly transferred sound from another room all night. Mostly of them yelling playing music, guitar and screaming until 3am. The biggest one was that the bedside lamps, while very nice, flickered brightly fairly often no matter what dimness they were set to. They kept triggering migraines in my girlfriend and made her feel awful so we stopped using the lights. If you guys only listen to one thing I mention please fix the lights. It's really important for light sensitive people and can really easily ruin their experience. I also get that you guys dont have parking because you're right in the middle of everything, but comping parking at a ramp would've been really nice. Of you do comp parking I didn't know about it. Also I thought my room would have a tub, that could totally be on me but the pictures didn't really specify at all which one you had. I wanted to try a bath bomb lol. Overall I would've preferred staying somewhere much cheaper out of the middle of the city but still getting all the amenitys like free easy parking, and free wifi I didn't have to ask or call about. With steaks lighting and no noise pollution from other guests. What you guys have is nice looking but it's not worth double the price of somewhere that has those other things right off the bat. Even if they don't have a bar or nice lobby lighting.

Cons: Room windows were drafty, hotel staff seemed generally clueless about their own hotel.

Cons: There were several little things that added up to a disappointing stay for us. Wireless internet was not free in our rooms, which I have only ever experienced at a hotel that was SO nice that it made it worth it to come down to the lobby and use the free wifi. This was not, however, SO nice. The lobby area was small. No late checkout? I have literally never heard of this. I wasn't allowed to check in until 3, so why do I have to be out of the room by noon? They forgot to take off the disabled movies from the previous resident. Again - not a huge deal, but when I called the front desk, the person told me "that's just how it is sometimes" and he "doesn't know how the movies work up there." O-kay... so I asked to speak with a manager, and was placed on hold for way too long. Someone finally called us back and fixed it, but at that point we didn't really feel like spending the money on it. They really should have offered us a free movie or something to make up for it. Oh, they forgot towels when cleaning the room. And there were only 2 to begin with. This seems like a pretty basic step. All of this would have been fine/expected at a 2-3 star hotel, but I expected a little better from this one.

Cons: Kind of a crappy shower, no internet access in the gym (including on the networked machines themselves).

Cons: Shower leaked and cupboard door fell off despite being fixed once. I was never told the price of parking. Last year it was free. This year it was $22 a day. Would have like to have known. High cost for in room Internet.

Cons: Bed was ok. The view was just of the building across the way. No pool for guests.

Cons: The double beds are extremely small! The shower doesn't seal so floor was wet after shower. No bath.
