Pros: The rooms were clean and lovely. The bed was super comfortable. And the sheets and pillows were so soft I had an excellent night sleep. I like sitting near the fireplace and enjoyed the large public area for eating and multiple couches for being with friends and hanging out.

Pros: Jacob at the front desk was kind. I had booked incorrectly but he found us a room and it so much to us. He alerted us that the room had some work done on it that day but it had just been cleaned so we’re grateful but the room was not as clean as we expected nor was the room beautifully appointed. I also did not enjoy the vibe of the hotel.

Pros: The amenities, bar, restaurant and pool were great. Room still had remnants of past guest- crumbs, and smudges. The floor boards above are literally the wood planks and no soundproofing subfloor so everything was heard above us. The guests above us woke at 6am- super fun on a Sunday morning. Beds were also standard hotel beds. Overall our feel was this was overpriced for for a boutique hotel. Had it not been for the ceiling and beds, we would love to come back.

Pros: The rooms were clean and lovely. The bed was super comfortable. And the sheets and pillows were so soft I had an excellent night sleep. I like sitting near the fireplace and enjoyed the large public area for eating and multiple couches for being with friends and hanging out.
Cons: The only thing I didn't like, and this happens at most hotels, was that in the morning when the cleaners start cleaning other rooms they let the door bang against the door stop as they go in and out from their cart to the room. There's considerable impact when they let the door flop against the locking mechanism/door frame and it travels through the walls. The simple fix is to drop the dirty towels between the door and the door frame so that when they go out it closes softly and doesn't impact the door frame. Waking me up at 6 in the morning by allowing it to bang bang bang bang bang 20 times in the time it takes to clean each room, and having to put up with it for hours is unacceptable. It's hard to believe that someone in hotel service managment hasn't already instituted this technique across the industry as a standard practice. It's practical, easy, and free! Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, even when it took the valet an hour to find my car in the morning. They comped the $46 overnight parking fee which satisfied me. I will definitely stay there again but I will also definitely speak to the management about the doors banging before I decide to spend a night at any hotel again. The lighting could have been better, large room with a window that faced a brick wall 15 feet away of the building next door so not a lot of light came in and there were spots in my room that were more shady than I would have liked. There didn't seem to be a happy medium between having every single light on and just lighting for tasks. But this would not keep me from coming here again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Gorgeous design. Very comfortable rooms
Cons: Plugs in the room are terrible. Stylish and not functional

Cons: There was an additional charge for things like a mini fridge. Parking is also very expensive ($22 per night) This is a very fancy/ upscale hotel so I may not be accustomed to it, but there were no food options included with our stay. Cons: They had a large window in the guest room. But the drapes on the window was short horizontally leaving about 3 feet in the middle uncovered, the width covered by a transparent lining only. Even during the night, lights coming from outside interupted sleeping. Secondly, wifi disconnected from time to time more than several times a day, which was very much annoying. Otherwise a perfect hotel.

Pros: Clean room and comfortable. Great location. Staff was friendly
Cons: So we got there to check in and they needed a card for incidentals and they said it was $150 all we had was cash so we ran to our bank and put money on our card. When we came back to finally check in the next lady only charged $100. I feel we were profiled based on how young we were by the first lady that wanted 150 for incidentals and the next lady that wanted less. This was our anniversary weekend and we don't get to do much most of the year so we go all out and get a nice room and go to a show have a nice dinner. It was just a bad way to start the stay.

Pros: The valets were probably the kindest people there.
Cons: Very loud even in rooms. Constant dirty looks from staff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location Quality
Cons: Valet parking way too expensive Hotel restaurant way too expensive Requested two beds but declined
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Truly the only good thing was the bar attached to the hotel.
Cons: The staff was extremely, extremely unhelpful. Did not feel welcomed at all. Very unfriendly. The ice box in the room was covered in what looked like bbq sauce, clearly not cleaned. Upon check out we were charged for a bottle of wine and a can of soda, that we very obviously did not open or consume. My husband and I were there staying for our anniversary and honestly this hotel dampened our day. Staff was incredibly rude, mixed with a dirty room then being charged for things we did not open or consume. I will never recommend this hotel or location. NOT work $225/night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is gorgeous The room comes fully stocked with great coffee and a mini bar that has everything The shower is amazing the bed is very comfortable.
Cons: Not available
6.7 Good
Pros:
Cons: I payed and booked the breakfast with you (booking. Com) and the staff in the hotel told me that nothing was payed for breakfast, I spend 73$ for the breakfast that was supposted payed before. When I arrived the tv didn't have signal and they offer me to move to another room that was worst than the fisrt. I refuse and the tv was not working.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The morning check in lady on 11/21/19. She was so sweet and helpful. The lobby visuals of the hotel was the best part.
Cons: I did not like the upper staff here at this hotel. They were rude to my guests and me. I could not believe this hotel and how they handled things.

Set in the Farmers & Mechanics Bank building that was built in 1941, the Westin Minneapolis opened in 2007 making it a national historic landmark. The Westin features the original 34-foot vaulted bank lobby, marble staircase and wood-carved emblems signifying the leading industries of the World War II era. The 6,400-square-foot walnut-paneled lobby is home to the 200-seat B.A.N.K. restaurant. Cons: The pool is in the Lower level with no cameras and no one ever come to check on the pool. Room was very cold. Turned the temp up all the way got very dry in room but warm enough for the kids to stay warm.

Pros: friendly staff
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean rooms, great view, small store on site for refreshments and toiletries
Cons: Restaurant and breakfast expensive. Parking garage is a mess trying to navigate a truck due to tight corners. Parking at $21/day.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Best was city walking access. Musky odor in the room. Food prices were too high and not competitive. Drink prices were ridiculous. Low value for price. Will not return.
Cons: Musky odor. Far end of hallway. Rooms usually are not great when booking with you folks: distant from elevators etc.

Pros: Spacious room with a view and awesome staff!
Cons:
7.1 Good
Pros:
Cons: Not to have a giant bath door be the barrier to the bathroom. The pillows on the bed were very uncomfortable

Pros: There was a woman at the breakfast area who has worked for the hotel for 25 years. I can't recall her name, but she was wonderful! She took time out of her day to walk me to my appointment through the skywalk system, made me feel very welcome and really went the extra mile! While I had a difficult start to my stay, she ended my stay on a definite high note!

Cons: When I first arrived, there were two people checking in at the front desk. Both of them seemed to have unique issues and it took a long time - maybe 20 minutes - before I was called to the desk to check in. I was the only one in line. I understand that they had to handle the other customers, but when I approached the desk I didn't even get a thank you for waiting or anything from the front desk worker. It was a horrible start to my stay.

Pros: The proximity to The Bank. Parking check out. Bar staff was friendly and very competent.
Cons: Check in was not friendly. Elevators were dirty and slow. Expected more from the room for the money. Did not like being in a handicapped room. Bathroom had no where to put towels. Shower and tub were old and needed updating. Could have used valet parking.

Pros: Location
Cons: I did not appreciate being assigned a room directly off the elevator & next door to the maid/maintenance rooms. It was extremely noisy until nearly 5pm
