Cons: When I picked up my car from valet it was covered in snow. It was obviously parked outside which was not acceptable for the price I pay for this type of hotel and for valet parking. On top of it the drivers did not even care enough to scrape off all of the snow.....

Cons: Clock on the phone is 20 minutes out, could not be fixed, and no one seemed to be bothered, clock by the bed 2 minutes out, one of the light fittings had masking tape around it, took 2 days to be resolved. When the kitchen closes early so does the room service option, and the hotel has no clue what to do next, as they might be reading this, the answer is to recommend some that does serve food after 9pm, very simple really, but the answer you expect for a big brand that’s lost it’s way in understanding without guests it does not have a business.

Cons: - The toilet seat was broken at check-in time. - The rooms are very noisy, you can literally hear everything your neighbour does. - The room doors are heavy, they slam loudly when closing. The first person opening/closing the door in the morning wakes up everyone. - Reception initially assigned a wrong room to me at the check-in. Even after correcting the mistake (I noticed it within 2 minutes), Hilton still tried to automatically deduct the 1,800 Dollar room charge for the second room as well as the deposit every night during my stay. After staying almost one weak in this hotel, I was very happy to leave as I got increasingly unrested. If you seek comfortable sleep, go somewhere else.

Cons: It is not near Mall of America, but you can take the train or bus. Make sure you get on the correct train. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. Not good prices if you have children. Housekeeping walked in at 8am to clean the room.

Cons: The staff didn't want to hear any complaints, and made excuses for each thing that was wrong with the room or billing. Our room was not clean, no towels, missing pillow cases. After the staff cleaned our room the first time, they didn't replenish any of the coffee, sugar, or creamer..our room was also very warm, even with the AC down to 66 ( the lowest it will go)

Cons: Our room was with Lounge Access. BUT.. Lounge isn't working on Sunday.( no substitute was offer). Monday breakfast- They apologised and moved us to main restaurant. On Tuesday, we finally, reach the Lounge...What we come across- absolutely rude waitress, who looked very annoyed when was asked to clean a table... How about this- " GREAT HOSPITALITY ".

Cons: Sofa in suite stained and dirty, shower handle back plates were very crooked and made it look like poor quality due to poor building workmanship and that was in a nice business King Suite, carpets needed cleaning. I called front desk for aspirin at 1:30 in am because I didn’t have low dose and they informed me they had none but told me to go to 7th floor vending machines. When 7th floor elevator doors opened it felt like twigs light zone. Filthy stained carpets, I felt very unsafe there and would never stay on that floor overnight or even go there again. Only Tylenol in machine and I needed aspirin as a blood thinning agent. Couldn’t wait to get back on elevator because I was that nervous after watching someone shoot up her boyfriend in leg with heroin at a nearby bus stop. Just not a good location and should have chosen the Mall if America location instead or a different hotel all together . They tried charging a higher amt at parking garage $35 because our validated parking card issue was not reading right at checkout. They did override and lift the gate after checking name to rm number

Cons: The affiliate restaurant Crave was absolutely horrible. Took over an hour for our food to get served the food ended being cold. Then we found out they gave us the wrong order. It took over 20 mins to get a round of drinks.

The parking across from the hotel was very reasonable. We stayed Friday till Monday morning. Went out most of the day Sunday in our car and paid less than $30 the whole weekend to park.

Pool was samll but adequate with a whirlpool on the side. Coffee (also decaf) was free all day long. Local and USA Today newspapers were available in berakfast room. Staff gave good directions and help.

Cons: They double charged my card for $100 deposit and told me I would have to wait to get my $200 back almost 7 to 10 business days so that put me in the red with my insurance companyBecause they tried to charge the card multiple times without contacting my room or myself to let me know they did not receive the hundred dollar deposit instead they kept charging my card until they were able to get it off of my card which was money from my deposit for my car insurance

It was rather disgusting, and I texted a photo of it to the front desk know. They were to have a talk with housekeeping team to "ensure they are inspecting towels prior to placing them in the rooms", and the housekeeping manager was supposed to follow up with us, but never did, My only disappointment with the place.

Cons: Food was average overall. Edible and somewhat tasty, it was overpriced for what I got compared to places nearby and/or other Hilton hotels (Portland Hilton Downtown is the best I’d ever been). Price for room was varied when quoted but went up higher than I hoped but was based on daily rates, so I was at the mercy of that which which is why I couldn’t afford to tip staff as I would have preferred to.

The maintenance person came to change a light bulb and over heard me say to my husband, I wish I had brought some paper plates, 10 minutes later came back to our room with paper plates. Cons: We paid way too much money for the room we ended up with...was told on line it fit 4 adults and 2 kids.....YUP PACKED LIKE SARDINES ... Parking was a joke...you charge $21 a day....got there at 9:30pm...on the first night....Front desk could be be a little more educated ... asked about rollaway bed....one says it's a fire hazard...can't have one...the next one says yes you can.....asked about the bus down to the fair...one says it's not available on the weekends....one says it's $6...one says it's free....one says it's $2...after returning from spending all day at the fair....only to find NO ONE had touched our room!!!.... really didn't need any one to make our beds.... God knows there was NO room!!!....but could we have gotten new towels.... maybe empty the garbages??? Really for an upscale motel.... I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED ....AND NEEDLESS TO SAY WE WILL NOT BE BACK....unless someone wants to reimburse me for our missuable..... disappointing first stay.....for $450!???!?
