Had a great experience. Great location, clean and great ambiance.
Great Location.
Great staff, very friendly. Great location, next to the light rail and many restaurants in the area. From Arby’s to Mannys, it got what you want.
Would've been great if not for skewed expectations
The executive lounge we had access to was conveniently located on our floor and provided an excellent variety of upscale hors d'oeuvres. The location was ideal. Very clean all around.
I had called early in the day that we were scheduled to arrive asking if they could put a cute note in the room along with a couple wine glasses. The lady who helped me on the phone thought it was a great idea. She asked me if I wanted 17th or 18th floor: I said 18th. When we arrived we were put on the 19th floor, the top floor. This would've been a nice surprise if the note and glasses were in the room but they weren't. The room we received also did not have the amenities that were listed when we selected the room online. Features like "spa robe, spa room, kitchen area." It was also listed as the Presidential Suite. I asked the front desk about it, showing them the reservation description on my phone. She then informed me that 3rd party bookings don't have any real say in the amenities in the room, that she was sorry, and there wasn't much she could do. It sounds like a 1st world problem, and I feel like a whiner just typing this up, but it really put a damper on my romantic plans. Had I truly known the room wouldn't have the stuff it said it would I would've kept looking and even spent more on a room that did. I assumed everything would be as I planned and it wasn't until it was too late that I found out his was not the case. Also, kind of odd, the same page that I showed to the front desk to plead my case has now been changed: it doesn't have those features listed anymore. It will be very hard for me to trust the process moving forward.
Excellent staff, a few glitches in the facilities.
Beautiful property, clean and well-appointed rooms, but most of all, the most helpful and friendly staff you could ever wish for.
Kind of a crappy shower, no internet access in the gym (including on the networked machines themselves).
Nice room for the money. Close to good restaurants.
Non-functioning temperature control
Great view Great location Very quiet Clean
It was probably 60 degrees in the room. The thermostat did not work. They ended up giving us a small space heater, which was hardly sufficient. If you can imagine, when you are miserably cold it's difficult to enjoy anything.
Nice staff, bigger room, city views, location, nice bathroom
The double beds are extremely small! The shower doesn't seal so floor was wet after shower. No bath.
Staff, location, room
Broken sink
Staff was friendly
Clogged sink/then toilet clogged and that wasn't fixed for 12 hours /tv didn't work/glasses not replaced/towels had stains/no fridge where fridge was meant to be/ no offer to move us or compensate us for inconvenience
Good location
Location is great close to Target field and Target Center.
AC in the room was terrible room was hot and uncomfortable.
Parking is inconvenient
Marquette
Beautiful, comfortable rooms with amazing city views. The breakfast suite had beautiful views as well. Room service was extremely fast.
Parking fee, even though the website said included. Breakfast needed far more selection. Minor complaint: Would be helpful if the room had USB charging ports for cell phones. Most hotels include ports in their lamps or alarm clocks.
The room was very nice, quite large, bed was very comfortable, it was located close to good resteraunts, parking was next door and reasonable $12 a day on Fri and Sat.
No pool, had to pay for wireless, bar wasnt much
Great for downtown shopping trip. Located in skyway system, with stores just outside of hotel lobby. Great restaurant in the hotel. Easy access to parking garage.
I think the parking should be free to hotel guests.
Everything.
We liked everything but the shower water pressure, the water pressure was very low for our liking.
