Cons: We had dinner at Fishbowl, the food was very good, and our waitress was nice but it seemed understaffed. She was the only waitress in the entire seating area where we were, we felt bad for her.

Cons: The staff charged us a parking fee (per day) for both rooms when we only had ONE VEHICLE.
When we tried to explain this to the staff, her reply was that she couldn't do anything because the room was booked thru hotel.com. This to me was unacceptable. A rip off.

Cons: Waiter was rude during the order of our breakfast. The web site was miss leading on store stocked items in which we traveled from Louisiana to Memphis to purchase. The store representative told me that is how Bass Pro attracts business to the facility. Paying $20 a night for parking. We spent nearly $2,000 In purchases, eats, drinks and hotel. You would think the facility would give complimentary parking?

Cons: The room was not very quiet. We could clearly hear our neighbors when they were speaking, and they started setting up in one or the meeting spaces across the hall at 6 am and it was loud enough that we couldn’t go back to sleep.

Cons: No coffee makers in the rooms!?!? No small refridge or microwaves either! Staff added charges to my bill that were not mine including a bar bill and double the parking rates for each day! I have called twice now trying to resolve and it appears I will have to call again. Nice hotel, but due the no coffemakers, no small refridges and no microwaves in the rooms AND overcharging on several things.... we will stay elsewhere next time in Memphis.

Cons: The disposable dishes at breakfast! They are simply not appropriate in this environmentally conscious era. We took our plastic spoons, knives and forks to the room, washed them, and used them again each day of our stay, but it wasn't feasible to do that with the plates and cups. I also did not like the fact that a huge TV screen dominated the breakfast area.

Cons: Staff did not take care of us at all. I asked for decafe coffee at the staff member was visibly disappointed and told me I’d have to wait while she brewed it. We went to Starbucks to save her the trouble of serving us. Trying to get my car out of valet, i called with hotel phone. It rang for 15 minutes. No one answered. I called from my cell phone. No one answered for 10 more minutes. I walked down to front lobby and told staff I had been calling. He said, oh I just got in. I don’t know. Now I’m waiting more for my car. $30 for valet is completely over priced for this service.

Cons: I didn't like the extra charges due to lack of communication between my third party booking reservations. But it was resolved 5 days later, so I can't complain too much... but it's still aggravating and unlawful in my opinion to post pending extra surcharges etc on your bill as I was inadvertently swiped for another night unwarranted.. (I'm not talking about the $100 either deductible from valet, that's expected) ... Thankfully, customer service and the employees were generous and helpful, I would stay here again due to that fact alone.

Cons: Once in the room, AC did not work well, sink did not drain, shower did not work well for a cold shower and dogs were barking most of the night on the floor above us. With the lack of professionalism shown by staff there was no reason to request help.
