Pros: The room was clean and spacious. Our fridge wasn't working and they sent maintenance up immediately to fix it.
Cons: I understand the need for certain things to be closed due to coronavirus but it would have been nice to see something on the website stating that the pool is closed and there is no hot breakfast. When traveling with a large family, those are 2 things that are major deciding factors when picking a hotel. We were disappointed to find out at check in that there was no pool or breakfast. Also, the elevator on the left was *very* shaky and felt unstable.

Pros: It is close to a lot of places we like to go but not in downtown
Cons: But it wasn’t ours... been there awhile. Not vacuumed stuff on the floor q-tip and other things when we arrived. Washed hands and the sink didn’t drain, and 4 new keys later because they wouldn’t open door we were moved to a new room. It was much better but right by the elevator we will find new place next time!

Cons: One, but I don't see it is as a dislike. More of an inconvenience. The outlet in the bathroom was not operable. The plug openings were blocked. I had to use the plug outlet by the mirror in the bedroom to style my hair.

Pros: Honestly, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in. The suites were huge and came with everything we needed from plates and pots/pans to a dishwasher! There was even a second bathroom upstairs for the other room which was awesome. I really do have to give a shout out to the GM. I believe his name was Fred. He was incredible. He was so friendly and welcoming and even went as far as recommending some places for us to visit while we were there. He even remembered us half way into our trip and asked us where we had seen and if we were having fun. I’ve never been to a hotel and had such a pleasant experience with the staff. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again the next time we visit!

Cons: The night desk clerk was the tackiest, rudest black woman I have ever encountered in my entire life. She should be fired and put into jail for being so rude. She makes this property worthless. Plain and simple.

Cons: I did NOT like the hotel check-in procedure. I was NOT informed that my type of debit card (PayPal) wasn't accepted at this particular location. After driving 7 hours thats the last thing you want to hear, The hotel manager ended up overriding the policy
