Pros:Clean rooms and super friendly staff. Close to everything with a free shuttle.
Cons:Fee for room service delivery. I thought delivering food to your room was the whole point of room service so why the extra fee!? Toilet didn't flush well. No control over a/c settings.
Pros:Free bday drinks. Free shuttle to Beale Street. Clean and comfy bed. Friendly front desk staff.
Cons:Makeup mirror fell off the wall. Bar service was slow. Pool
Pros:We were in Memphis for the Beale Street Music Fest. We started in an AirBnB, which was not as depicted in the profile so it wouldn't work. We found a room at the Crowne Plaza, and the very nice front desk staff made certain to get a room cleaned early just so we could check in early. They went above and beyond for us!
Cons:Wish the room had more outlets. Charging multiple phones at once meant unplugging lamps.
Pros:Staff were friendly.
Cons:The coffee shop was mediocre. The furnishings were worn. The food poorly reheated in a microwave. We cleaned the mat in the tub before we would let the kids in it. Carloads of single local women seemed to be arriving about the time it got night. Parking in the lot was extra, that was not mentioned in the price quoted to us.
Pros:The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly.
Cons:Noisy A/C unit The shower was broken. We had only scalding water during our stay. We called the front desk to have maintenance check everything out, but it didn't happen before we left. Washing our hair in that room would have been life altering. Updates don't mask the property's age.
Pros:Friendly staff and great location.
Cons:At times the front desk seemed under staffed, the gift shop selection is horrible, and we had a couple of issues parking in the lot.

Pros:Amazing downtown location and excellent customer service. Truly kind and warm staff, clean and crisp room, and refreshing kid-friendly pool. Will absolutely stay here again.
Pros:Location was great. Easy walk to Beale Street. Having shuttle available was a great option as I have heard Memphis can be dangerous at night. Staff was very friendly. Room was great for price. We were able to park on street for free until 8am. that was nice.
Cons:Pool was outside and one had to go outside of hotel to access? fitness center looked nice and was included in price of room.
