Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently appreciated the hotel's convenient location close to downtown attractions, convention centers, and local sights. However, many expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful or rude staff, unclear deposit and parking policies, and problems with room changes and housekeeping. Cleanliness was mixed, with some guests finding rooms clean and spacious, while others noted musty smells, dirty carpets, and maintenance issues. Breakfast and parking also received criticism for limited options and additional fees. Overall, while the location is a highlight, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.

Very good

Pros (+) Clean rooms and super friendly staff. Close to everything with a free shuttle.
Cons (-) Fee for room service delivery. I thought delivering food to your room was the whole point of room service so why the extra fee!? Toilet didn't flush well. No control over a/c settings.

Pros (+) Free bday drinks. Free shuttle to Beale Street. Clean and comfy bed. Friendly front desk staff.
Cons (-) Makeup mirror fell off the wall. Bar service was slow. Pool

Wonderful

Pros (+) We were in Memphis for the Beale Street Music Fest. We started in an AirBnB, which was not as depicted in the profile so it wouldn't work. We found a room at the Crowne Plaza, and the very nice front desk staff made certain to get a room cleaned early just so we could check in early. They went above and beyond for us!
Cons (-) Wish the room had more outlets. Charging multiple phones at once meant unplugging lamps.
