Near Beale and FedEx
The location can't be beat.
The bed slept a little hot.
Great location to enjoy Beale St and FedEx Forum
The staff were very friendly and helpful
Mattress was dippy and lumpy
I loved the proximity to Beale Street and how accommodating the staff were. Everything was luxurious and wonderful.
I have no complaints.
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Best value for the money in the area.
The beds are so comfortable.
Pay extra for.parking.
CFL lighting is like a morgue
It's a shame. The hotel is really nice, but the lightbulbs they've chosen to put in the rooms make them feel like a morgue. The CFLs put out this nasty blue light that is unsettling. Bad lighting choice! My other gripe was the fact that I got what's called a luxurious tub included with my room. Turns out it's just a run-of-the-mill tub you find in any cheap hotel. . .
booked a King and was given 2 full size beds
the rooms were clean and comfy
We paid for a room with a King size bed for my husband and I and were given a room with 2 full size beds. We were not happy at all. This was our first time to book through Kayak and we were not happy when the lady at the front desk informed us that when we book through a 3rd party, that the room we book was considered a "suggestion"
Staff was extremely friendly, view was fantastic!
Didn't do my research was expecting a pool and hot tub
The accomodations were excellent, the location was great and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly
