The price. I feel it was not cost efficient.
Every detail was great
The room was absolutely beautiful
Needs a better TV
Everything was great! The room was beautiful. Loved the balcony that looked into the store. It was quiet and so nice.
The check in process took over 45 minutes. There was only one desk clerk and there was a line of people waiting to check in and she was overwhelmed. She couldn't find my reservation. Almost charged me again for my reservation, but luckily the card declined because she didn't have cvs code. After 10 minutes she found my reservation and I was able to get my room key. Bless her heart. She needed help that day.
