The decor in rooms was amazing! The view from the Lookout Resturant was breath taking and the food and service outstanding. We will definitely return.
This place is a must see and visit.
We enjoyed our stay.
My wife made the reservation for my birthday so I am answering the questions. We stayed in a deluxe room with 2 queen beds. We were impressed with the overall experience. It was obvious that people enjoyed their job by how they treated the guest. The quality of the rooms was excellent including bed linens, furniture and the bathroom. All areas in the resort were clean. We also felt very secure since the floors for hotel guests were only accessible if you had a room key. We did not expect to spend most of the day looking around the shop but there was so much to see.
We found out that I could have asked for the catfish to be blackened, this should be noted on the menu. The light under the sink where the towels are stored came loose and not adhered to the cabinet. Lines in the parking lot need repainted. We hit our knees several times on the foot board of the bed, it sticks out about 4 inches from the mattress and is knee high. Looks nice but the corner is sharp. Parking too expensive, we were not aware of the cost.
My husband and I took our grandchildren to the Memphis Zoo and staying here was a bonus the babies loved it as much as the zoo ,We all loved everything
