Pros: Staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. Location is perfect within 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Leisure facilities were excellent and the breakfast was delicious with a brilliant selection. Bed was so comfortable..I slept for 11 hours!! Loved our stay here and will most definitely return

Cons: The carpet had a stain that could be cleaned and the communal corridor needed a good vacuum.

Cons: Staff very unfriendly and no cooperation without persistence from us. The fact that we booked a room for 2 adults +1child aged 11 on booking.com site and when we landed at hotel there were only 2 single beds. Went to reception desk and received cold reception from staff that weren’t too put out about our problem, they just blamed booking. They said they would supply a cot bed and that was all they could do. After waiting 6hrs, I had to return to reception desk again and ask twice, which they were very unpleasant about, we had been on the rd since 3am traveling and it was now 8.30pm and all we wanted was a bed for our daughter. Finally we eventually got a cot bed and no apologies for any of the inconvenience caused from any of the staff. Will never recommend the park inn by raddison in Manchester ever again.

Cons: The room was small. It looked like it had not been decorated for years. The whole building had a foisty smell. The TV did not work correctly. The whole of the building was dark and un-welcoming.

Cons: the fact that they took payment for the hotel that morning from my card when i had been and got cash out to pay as we were sharing a twin room, i thought this was a little naughty. Also the wake up call at 7.30 in the morning, you could hear everything that was going on in the hotel and once the first person was up you couldnt get back to sleep
