Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, especially its proximity to venues and the city center. Many found the staff friendly and the rooms comfortable, though there were repeated complaints about bed comfort, value for money, and occasional cleanliness issues. Some guests felt overcharged for amenities or food, and a few mentioned language barriers with staff. Despite these concerns, the location and convenience were the standout positives for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
