Cons: We booked a suit got there realized it was small, stayed 2 nights and took an extra room.Day 3 we booked a two bedroom suit which really isn't it's just them bringing two rooms together.We were shown a suit with a balcony & since my artist is super claustrophobic and has a lot of luggage we agreed to that.Upon going to pay they claimed someone booked that particular room for 2 nights and we booked it right with them less than an hr ago for 3 nights.These super racist hotel people just because the person was black almost even lied they never showed us the room.We left the hotel and booked a huge 3 bedroom penthouse suit somewhere else.Mind u we had no issues we these people we just decided to leave after realizing it was more of a racist thing, I forgot to mention their services suck, they barely help with anything like umbrellas and opening doors smh we never even had a conversation with any one except the manager the day we left but go this email today claiming we were rude to their guests.

Our Breakfast was really good there was a vast range of food from Continental, Breads and fruit to full English all cooked and presented perfectly. Plenty of available electrical outlets, good sized TV, mini fridge, tea/coffee facilities and sparkly glassware rounded off the in-room facilities very nicely.

The bathroom was kitted out for disabled people with a very low sink and nowhere to put clothes while showering. Asked for a room with a bath and were told all rooms had walk-in showers. We were then given a room with a bath but again the sink was at a ridiculously low level. Towels left in the corridor outside our room for the duration of our 48hr stay.

Cons: The whole building smelt of damp, the staff were unhelpful, the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and I had a very bad neck the next day, the room was very disappointing and the hotel had piles of dirty laundry in the corridors.

Cons: The breakfast was disappointing. The fried eggs were dry and overdone and the sausages were not quite right. I was annoyed by the idea that we would need to pay £8.50 for bacon and eggs which I presumed would be freshly cooked rather than standing around like the rest of it. Maybe I misunderstood but it seemed like a cheap trick.

Pros: There was parking just across the road from the hotel, it was centrally located and much cheaper than the Great John Street Hotel which is where I normally stay in Manchester.

Cons: View from 4th floor isn't great all you can see is a wall the roof of some of the hotel and also building works. This is to be expected as Manchester is currently have a regeneration of the dean gate area.

Cons: Upon arrival the girl who checked us in was brilliant, everything looked really nice and so far we were happy until we got to the room which was on the 19th floor. After paying £266 we didn’t expect to have to clean the Ceiling to floor windows of numorous handprints and stains ourselves so we could see out clearly also find the chair really manky and dirty aswell as the foot stool which was covered in stains. I took a pic of the chair but just gutted I didn’t take any of the windows to show you. The room was worth no more than £100 if I’m honost, they did refund me £30 but i still payed £236 for a room I had to clean myself. I’ll never be booking this hotel again.
