Pros: Classy decor, clean throughout. Location is great in central manchester. Rooms are well equipped, we had cheapest room but it still had a bathroom bigger than most hotel rooms in manchester! Coffee maker, bug tv, comfy bed. Hotel gas a rooftop bar with table service which was excellent. Staff are bang in form!

Pros: What an absolutely fabulous themed hotel.I loved all the little additions to authenticate its namesake. I loved the newspapers pointing out the rooms. I liked the security aspects of swiping the keys to allow you to your room. The guys on consierge were so helpful and attention to detail was superb. They parked our car for us and when we got back to the hotel after shopping all day they had already put our suitcases into our car. Absolutely brilliant customer care. The girls on the reception were smilling and helpful and even though we were in a quewe they still acknowledged us. We spent a few hours in the bar upstairs and again the staff were exceptional .I have stayed in some pretty amazing hotels all around the world but this is definatly one of my favourites. The only negative I have is that our room was very small and the bed was pushed up against the wall but I was told that it was the last room in the hotel that I could book and was told that it was a small room. Overall a brilliant stay . Well done . Kind Regards Elaine Charles

Pros: Nice and warm hotel and room Good location Comfy beds Good bathroom with shower Fast free wifi Tv Coffee and tea making facilities
Cons: Bit of a wait to check in No real welcome when checked in.. She just took the money and gave me receipt. Didn't say where room was, didn't advise on WiFi or breakfast or check out times. Basically nothing said. Also same girl on was there on check out and she was on the phone when I checked out and gestured to leave room swipe card down on desk and didn't stop talking. I was happy to wait until call was finished. This was my second stay and was total opposite check in and out experience compared to my first stay. Unsure if I would stay again. The cleaning staff were amazing though , as they were the first time.
