Pros: The staff were amazing, especially the check in guys in reception. The beds are large, however, they were a little uncomfortable, if you are used memory foam pillows you will have a great sleep. The hotel is quiet and we could not hear the pubs/clubs in the vicinity. We also liked the discount card to use in selected restaurants. Liked the little kitchenette with a coffee machine, sink and fridge! Thank you.

5.0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Inability to arrange a firm booking for the very simple task of scheduling a Taxi, I even gave five days notice and still failed, no communication to say that it was match day and this causes a problem, if they had done I would have booked a driver and car!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent, room smart.
Cons: Location is bleak in poor weather and the direct walk to the city centre is across vast empty spaces and building sites past a concert venue which looks like two Zeppelins which fell to earth during unsuccessful mating. Bland soul-less commercial developments abound. Management did not respond to busy times at reception which should have been anticipated - the foreign football fans all leaving just before the last time to check out. Room fashionably dark. Could barely see in the shower, and face only partly lit to shave. Only one ceiling light for the whole of the bedroom area - why? people who want gloom don't have to switch on all the lights, people who don't are stuck in a twilight.
7.1 Good
Pros: Hotel was clean and modern.
Cons: Only one bath towel, hand towel and washcloth for two guests. Hard time finding any staff to help with anything. One person on a laptop for check in and that was it. Very expensive too. Better value for your money out there
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The size of the room , aways from the crowd but 10-15 mint walk
Cons: The lightning on the mirrors are dark

Pros: Clean, and so spacious it was a beautiful hotel
Cons: The spa and how polite staff were.

Pros: Design Amazing room was very big but smelly very very bad the whole time
Cons: Bad smell from room 236 bathroom called down to report problem just before going to bed and told them to make a note of the problem. When checking out nothing was mentioned about it. That was poor and made it not worth the money Scrambled eggs were stone cold at breakfast. Staff way to slow at coming to help
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Huge rooms, luxurious fixtures and fittings and high quality bedding
Cons: I got dreadful food poisoning from the risotto in the hotel restaurant
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room was very big, clean and comfortable. It’s 30mins walk from the centre so far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle but not to far to get into the centre easily . The hotel had a very nice atmosphere to drink and eat in
Cons: Big delays on check in as the stuff were struggling to cope with the demand and waited over 2 hrs to check in after we arrived. Also arranged for one of the extra packages to be delivered to the room as a surprise on my wife’s birthday on the day of arrival and it never appeared so I had that refunded.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Have stayed at the titanic 4times, best hotel in Liverpool. Rooms excellent, staff amazing

Pros: The room was fantastic, with a bathroom to die for.
Cons: I could not get in to the restaurant because they were full.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: One of the bests hotels ive stayed in, very luxurious, high class.
Cons: Having to pay extra £10 an hour for the spa facility.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: over all the experience was top notch
Cons: Didn't like the wait at breakfast, my wife and others waited nearly 15 minuets for bacon at the hot plate and I ordered a plain omelette and waited nearly 15 minuets, that put a dampener on the departing, at the time it really wasn't busy.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The room we had Superior Dockside, was unbelievable!!! Absolute luxury. Friendly helpful staff too.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that you have to pay £20 pp to use the leisure and spa facilities. A little disappointing on an otherwise perfect hotel experience.
6.5 Good
Pros: The feel of the hotel was really good.
Cons: The restaurant really lets the side down. Unclean glasses and cutlery and the food isn’t to the standard it should be
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Cool rennovated warehouse with appropriate light industrial finishings. Nice blend of retro with very modern upgrades. Less than two miles to Anfield ( we walked back from match - all downhill).
Cons: Service (front desk, bar, and concierge) did not match otherwise outstanding facility. Distance from downtown perhaps made ready cab or Uber service a little longer than normal. Staff appeared newly hired and perhaps less experiences in how things were supposed to work. Tried hard but had to seek directions from others. Given time on the job, expect service will improve. Would give another try.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful decor was spot on
Cons:

Cons: The only downside is the parking might be too busy for you to get a space! I specifically picked this hotel as advertised with free parking for hotel residents and it had a large car which is correct but the car park is public and was full when I arrived.
9.2 Excellent
Pros:
Cons: Great value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and bed was very big and comfortable.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: service and breakfast
Cons: due to one of us unable to use the lift we were given a room on a lower floor. we could hear every announcement made at the railway station. we should have been told that this could have been an issue and if possible given us a room on another
8.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent location and the rooms were very clean. the breakfast area was busy but everything was freshly cooked and a great array of food.
Cons: the reception staff were quite snappy and got our taxi order wrong. some of our party ended up having to walk to our evening venue and we were mis-advised on the time it took to get somewhere . we were very late for our show. we explained that only one taxi had turned up but the girl on reception was busy and completely uninterested. She just snapped and waved its outside then turned her back on us. she also didn't advise us that the city was congested with roadworks. She said it would take ten minutes to get to our venue when in fact it took 40. she was very snappy. A shame as we have stayed before in august and the previous staff were lovely and courteous.

Pros: Very clean hotel. Well situated in Liverpool easy to everything .
Cons: I didn't like paying £19.85 for two cocktails only to be told that the bar would be closing and you would have to take drinks into the reception area. Not what you expect from a 4star plus hotel. On check out didn't even ask if the stay was good. Had better customer service in a Travelodge. This hotel is not cheap so a little disappointed with some aspects.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and staff were very friendly and helpful lovely hotel.
Cons: Lifts are very small
5.1 Okay
Pros: Theme is interesting for those who enjoy the Beatles, and the hotel is located centrally.
Cons: Staff was incredibly unhelpful - they ignored my wife as she struggled with two bags through the doors and up the 10-12 stairs required to get into the hotel. One of the same people who ignored her later made an extra effort to walk over and stop us from walking down a staircase to view the Beatles memorabilia. Overall, the experience was off-putting.

Cons: Very expensive
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was smashing. Very comfy bed. Good cocktail bar service. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout.
Cons: Bathroom was a let down. Toilet's location near the door is unsatisfactory, as if you're sitting on the throne and the co-occupant enters, then the heavy door will go right over your feet. Also the bath was too deep and small, whilst the supports on each side of the bath were too small to get your hands through comfortably.

Pros: Fabulous location!

Pros: Location good TV programming. Including Sky sports
Cons: Bathrooms very dark. Bad lighting. Breakfast selection ok at best
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the Beatles theme and being so close to the Cavern Club
Cons: Everything was very good we loved the hotel but I should point out the layout of the shower in the bath made access very difficult, you have you reach around the shower screen to get to the taps and I did slip in my struggle resulting in bruises

Pros: The location was excellent, near the dock and lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons: In bar area in the morning we had coffee while waiting for a taxi. It would have been nice to have a pastry/ biscuit of some description with this but none available. We were offered crisps or the menu, not quite what we wanted at 11am. A suggestion! Perhaps the leftover breakfast pastries could be moved to the bar to accompany morning coffee. My only criticism.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Location was ok.
Cons: Whilst I expect for the price to be inflated for a champions League game paying £200 and having an adjoining room where you could hear everything in the next room including their alarm waking me up, their talking etc is not acceptable. Also the bathroom had a horrible smell.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location!
Cons: The breakfast was a complete disaster. We arrived for breakfast only to be told there was no room for us to sit and that there was no hot food left. We were then told that the hot food was being cooked and would be ready in 5 mins. With a queue of people already waiting for the hot the food we weren’t convinced there would be enough. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough food yet again and people were left waiting.

Pros: Rooms with a Liver Building views are just amazing. We also had a fridge with some free soft drinks available as well as a capsule coffee machine which doesn't appear often in rooms.
Cons: There was no mention about the hotel car park anywhere. It's a bit odd as the hotel has it's private, secure car park 2 minute walking distance from hotel. Also, the hotel would benefit with having a wider variety of bread products for breakfast - fresh from bakery of course.

Pros: The staff were pleasant. The room was adequate. The bar was nice.

Pros: The bed was huge and nearly filled the very small room. Views of the river Mersey from window. Excellent location for the city centre and tourists.

Cons: There were ZERO VEGAN gluten & dairy free options for breakfast! As a VEGAN celiac who can't eat dairy for health reasons, I found it EXTREMELY difficult !!! I ended up eating 2 cherry tomatoes (no gluten free toast either) and a herbal tea for breakfast!!! And I had paid extra to have a proper breakfast before going to work at 08:00am - This is IMPORTANT! Suggestions: - A larger selection of fresh veggies for a VEGAN (fresh cucumbers. peppers, green leaves, salad dressing, carrots, FRESH veggies in general). And yes, it's OK to have a nice salad for breakfast !!! - More GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE options I'm a Certified Nutritionist and I specialise in GF, DF, VEGAN Nutrition so please feel free to contact me on IAMHAPPYANDHEALED@GMAIL.COM in order to send you easy nutritious recipe suggestions (warm & cold) that you can include for people who are not able to eat gluten, dairy, sugar or meat for health reasons (the number of the population who fall under this category is steadily rising!).

Pros: The location was good, near by where we needed to go.

Hair dryer £2 when we had our own. Shower not very warm due to thermostatic mixer valve and pressure/flow poor as 5 floors up. Lift only goes to first floor then need to walk across corridor and wait for second lift to access further floors. No tea and coffee making facilities.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: no breakfast but location was fine, once the taxi driver found it.
Cons: probably nothing, good value
9.2 Excellent

Pros: The warm breakfast was good, with a few vegan options in the form of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes (would have been good to have some green leaves too to make up a salad but there were none on the day I stayed 21 Nov 2019). The room was spacious and uncluttered. The bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The shower was really efficient. The WIFI worked really well. I really appreciated the fact upon check out I could leave my luggage trolley at the hotel to be collected later on that day.

Pros: Girl at the gym reception extremely friendly and helpful !!
Cons: Stroppy receptionist at the main reception trying to over charge us. When asked whether breakfast was included or not, said: "you are expecting too much for that price!!". Car park wasn't included either and it was rather expensive.

Pros: Staff were terrific - from the Reception to the person who brought us fried eggs at breakfast - great team!
Cons: Not a thing - better than I expected.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent and always attentive. Fantastic room with a glorious bathroom. Delicious breakfast and a great bar area in the lobby.
Cons: Limited functionality from the Spa (one of the big factors in our choosing the hotel), inactive Wifi connection during the morning of check-out, and loud screech when the A/C was on full power.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfy clean room. Friendly staff. Good location. Would come back again.
Cons: The coffee provided in the room wasn’t great and limited milk. We specifically booked the hotel to use the spa facilities so were very disappointed that the steam room was out of order.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Very quick check-in
Cons: The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Unfortunately there was no way to ventilate the room and the air-conditioning unit was difficult to control, broken and did no provide any relief from the stifling heat. This led to a very poor nights sleep and totally not what I would expect from the Radisson brand.

Cons: Breakfast: - A larger selection of fresh veggies for a VEGAN. And yes, it's OK to have a nice salad for breakfast !!! - More GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE options I'm a Nutritionist and I specialise in GF, DF, VEGAN Nutrition so please feel free to contact me on IAMHAPPYANDHEALED@GMAIL.COM in order to send you easy nutritious recipe suggestions (warm & cold) that you can include for people who are not able to eat gluten, dairy, sugar or meat for health reasons (the number of the population who fall under this category is steadily rising!). Pros:
Cons: Old building that needs to be renovated. Bathroom sink and tub (no shower) are from the 1950s with the porcelain sink badly damaged.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was nice and the history of the hotel
Cons: One of our rooms was nice comfy and beautiful. The other had the worst beds with popping springs I’ve ever stayed in

Pros:
Cons: The person on the reception wasnt very welcoming. And my boyfriend was using a towel after a shower and it had a few black hairs on it wasnt very pleasing at all.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Good location
Cons: Run down, tired. Very uncomfortable bed
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location, cleanliness
Cons: Slow service, cramped dining area, old fashioned facilities and aged appearance
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing but location.
Cons: The bed had remains of hair under duvet. How can you have 2 tapes on the sink. One cold and one hot? How can you adjust the temp of water in order to use when you have 2 takes? Funny but Fact. Carpet dirty. House keeping staff came and cage was out in 5 min. She didn’t even pick a pillow which was on the other side of bed. Seriously this property needS MAJOR REFURBISHMENT AND CHANGE THE RECEPTION STAFF. They have slot of attitude and help only comes after asking them for 2/3 times.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The outside of the hotel is clean and the foyer, restaurants, lounge and banquet rooms are beautiful.
Cons: We were on the 4th floor, firstly the lift was disgusting, blood running down the inside door which was there for the 3 days we stayed. Carpet in lift very shabby. Carpet on 4th floor very cheap industrial brown. Bedroom whilst roomy was in a desperate need for paint and refurb. Bed consisted of 2 old wooden frames placed horizontally, one even had extra wood for support. Wooden Headboard 1960's style was far to big for the bed, furniture worn out and heavily scratched. Paintwork flaking in bedroom and bathroom. The bath was completely worn out and had turned a shade of brown. Money needed desperately to refurbish this hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Bed was really comfortable
Cons: Had to wait a while at reception, to get my rooms.
4.0 Okay
Pros:
Cons: Bouncers posted at doors in evening extorting customers for money before letting them into rooms
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was hot and no windows to open, it all looked a bit tried.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was cheap , and next to station and a short walk into town centre
Cons: Our room was on the first floor., it was as if they'd put all the pub club goers on that floor could hear all the coming and goings , next door us, was very load till 4am don't think it helps the there was actually a adjoining door in our room x
