Excellent location. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and good at his job. I liked the bar area - it was different to a normal hotel bar and had a buzz about it.
A minor gripe but the choice of draught beers/lagers at the bar seemed very limited
Beds a little hard in my opinion
Central location and catering
Being woken before 7 each morning due to freight delivery next door. The air conditioning was awful , no impact. On last day maids came into my room 3 times over a 2 hour period.
Great location - big room. Comfortable bed.
Pillows were too hard, like sleeping on boulders! Strange having the toilet separate, would have benefited from a small sink in there to wash hands.
The hotel was in a good area bar and staff where grear
I paid for executive suite. But it wasn’t worth the extra, very disappointed tbh. Windows filthy couldn’t see out of them. And it looked out onto a brick wall. Surly executive suite should have one of the better views. I felt like it was an old store cupboard turned into an extra room.
