Staff very friendly. And helpful.
Hotel was to far from the centre.half an hour walk.had to take taxi everywhere.and food and drinks very expensive.also was looking forward to using the spa.but u had to book dates in advance. And not that cheap.at £20 each.which I thought was a lot. As we where staying in the hotel.
They helped to make a special occasion an amazing experience.
Everything was brilliant!
The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, other than that I have no dislikes!
Lovely, welcoming and friendly staff. They had upgraded us because we were coming in very late at night - to what was an awesome suite which was larger than the average 2 bed house! We headed to the bar and were served by a fabulous, knowledgeable bartender who recommended us his favourites and spent time understanding what kinds of drink we favoured. The architecture and decor is stunning. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety and some lovely touches like handmade omelettes and waffle machines. Couldn't rate it more highly and can't wait to stay again.
The only thing I would improve was the coffee/tea service at breakfast - I think the one or two waiters they had just couldn't cope with what looked like a full service so we waited some time for coffee.
The feel of the hotel was really good.
The restaurant really lets the side down. Unclean glasses and cutlery and the food isn’t to the standard it should be
