The window of the room was very small and high up so the room was quite dark

Car park charges £12 per night. Any extension beyond checkout costs £5 Breakfast is basic yet sufficient . Don't expect a Hilton type buffet No fridge in rooms

Very well kept hotel, and staff were generally nice.
On check in they wanted to take credit card and take money from it, I usually pay on check out and we wanted to pay cash as we have no credit card. The manager was unwilling to help us at all and wouldnt take deposit or anything and insisted we get credeit card from somewhere or we couldnt stay! I thought was outrageous and prejudice against people who dont have credit cards we had used a prepay to book hotel. In the end we had to get our friends credit details just to secure the room and then pay on check out. I found this very inconvienent and embarrassing to be treated like that!!

Comfortable bed and the pub next door! (The Baltic Fleet)
Room was on topfloor and close to lift shaft - too noisy. Also, inadequate breakfast facilities...side plates in lieu of dinner plates and not sufficient space to accommodate the number of guests - you end up eating breakfast practically in the reception area.

lifts where bit crazy , could end up on any floor after pressing for the floor you had asked for,front door couldnt get out with a pushchair tight squeeze, only for having my partner with me wouldnt of got out at al as you need someone to carry on pushing the door around,
Its new and modern
We asked for a wake up call - didnt get it. We also asked previous evening to book taxi for 4.45am as we had an early flight. We ended up having to get the night porter to ring a taxi at 5.00am. for us.
central location close to the shops and the albert docks with very helpful staff.very modern bedrooms and bathrooms .
