Cons: We checked in and there was hammering and drilling in the room adjacent to ours. I called the front desk and they told me there was no construction happening. I held up the receiver and they heard it. I was later told it would stop by 6p, but that did not help us because we were exhausted and wanted to rest earlier in the afternoon.

Cons: Waited a really really long time for a room. Promised us a room then we waited and waited after a long flight. Said they'd come to us randomly in 3 minutes. Had to repeatedly ask for room which we received at long last a little after 3 pm. ( arrived before noon) Then we had to wait an extra hour for them to find our luggage and bring it to the room. This meant a lot of lost time when time was of the essence in our trip. So, plan for this. Otherwise a great place. A lot of waiting in the cafe resto too. Hotel bar was top!

The basin was too low for washing (2) The second day after the room cleaning of room 765, 2 women’s underwear were found (3) room 755 had bloodstain on the beige bed underskirt. (4) only one elevator worked as the other one under maintenance- major waits and inconvenience as had to wait a couple of trips due to it being full (5) cockroach in the elevator near the pool (6) the green clean room special only offered $50 hkd on the buffet... nothing else.

This is the only hotel i have come across till today in my thirty five years of business travelling, that has no soap to wash hands.
My flight got delayed by a whole day, requested not to charge for first day but refused to refund for that.
I was supposed to reach on 15 evening and called them on 14th night

Cons: I visited for New Year and around that time the weather was cold and there is no heating system in the room. They sent an extra blanket and the blanket was the type of which is used by labors. The staff are also very rude. Visited a lot of places around the world but never seen such rude people. If possible, this hotel should be avoided.
