Pros: Breakfast was nice And staff very helpful
Cons: Asked for downstairs unit but was given one on top floor ..had to negotiate very narrow steep stairways..we are 77 and with knee problems found it very difficult....they were kind enough to carry our cases
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for easy walk into city centre also nice and quiet.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was super, everything about our stay was excellent,I love the fact that after our journey we were offered tea before we went to our room., that was very welcome. Our 4th visit to Maastricht and so far our best. Will be returning again thats for sure.
Cons: Room was a little tired could do with updating, but we did not come to stay in the room, so it did not stop us from enjoying our stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for both city and nature. You walk into town in minutes and you walk or run up the Saint Pietersberg in minutes. The latter is absolutely worth it, especially after a "vlaai" or two, and for the view over the Maas and Belgium. Room was excellent, so nicely decorated... loved the atmosphere!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Susan was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, great location and very clean and nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared on spot. We travelled by car and found it very easy to park in the neighbourhood of the hotel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast in the garden was beautiful, only in the room there was any air conditioning system
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The owners were truly excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we needed earlier breakfasts at the weekend. The breakfasts were very good with great choices and quality. The bed was comfortable, not often something I can say about many hotels! The location was very good being only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the city. It was quiet close to good parking.
Cons: Nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from city centre, but is excellent for value, cleanliness and friendly. We will definitely return if we visit Maastricht again.
Cons: No air conditioning, but the room had a fan which helped.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent clean and comfortable accommodation. Hospitable hosts and staff. Great location and facilities.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay and hosts were super flexible and extremely pleasant!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and occupied half the third floor of a big house, opposite to a second guest room. The house is located in a quiet area of Maastricht very close to St Pietersberg, so green as well as quiet. The house is very well maintained. The lady of the house is exquisitely nice and welcoming, She gave us god advices for bike ride and walk in the nature around and as the weather was great, we took the most of it. Cafes and very god restaurants could be easily found 5 min by foot away from the property, so breakfasts and dinners could easily be taken (and enjoyed) locally. The beds were super confy. The wifi worked very well. The bathroom is great. Although the property does not offer breakfast, a kettle and coffee machine are available as well as a fridge and a microwave are available with possibilities to eat inside the room with the blessing of the owners. there are also maintained bikes available, which is nice as the city is just a little far away to walk (even though it is only 20 min by foot). We had a splendid time
Cons: The wooden stairs make a LOT of noise. WOuld be great if this could be fixed. It would also been lovely to have access to the garden as the weather was perfect to lounge around for a few hours.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: having bike was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were extremely helpful and nice, welcomed us very late, provided a lot of information and details about our stay, the neighbourhood and Maastricht in general.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bedroom and bathroom were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our hosts were extremely welcoming and informative about the area and local facilities.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed this B&B! Ingrid and her family are really kind and nice. There were also bikes available to hang around the city of Maastricht!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Proprietors are friendly and helpful. The facilities and cleanliness of the room are at the level of a high-end B&B. Tho in this case the second B is for bike rather than breakfast. Better actually.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

9.6 Excellent
Pros: outsyanding staff more than accomodating, room was awesome, very clean, enjoyed the quaintness of the era. Highly recomended
Cons: not finding any faults but if you are into lift the stairs are awesome
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff excellent and very helpful with dealing with queries prior to our stay and also once we were there. Great location. Big rooms, plenty of space. Nice breakfast but expensive for what was offered - especially given price already paid for room (close to €300 for 1 night).
Cons: Unbelievable noisy - inside and out, sounded like a herd of elephants were above us. There was no air con so we needed the window open - noise from outside was horrendous. Beds uncomfortable. Also too light as curtains didn't fit window. Barely got any sleep. Way way way over priced. Shame because the staff were lovely and very helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, building with a balanced old-new mix, and most helpful and friendly staff.
Cons: n/a

Pros: Location, very close to the square where the concert was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Galerie Hotel Dis is located right in the heart of Maastricht. It is a nice classic building with cozy rooms. Just a 6 minute walk from the Vrijthof, 10 minutes away from the Markt and 15-20 to Maastricht train station. Lovely staff and charming service.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: great location and staff very helpful, really enjoyed our stay and will be back at some stage.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely character in the building. Great town centre location. Very friendly host. Parking is a few minutes walk, so drop off luggage. Didn't worry me as the town is great to walk in.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was simply incredible: huge, with 3 enormous windows and full of comforts. At breakfast we were delighted by a tasty home-made chocolate cake and other delicious food. The staff was extremely friendly and available to help. The position is absolutely central in a particularly nice, historic neighborhood
Cons: Nothing. Everything was excellent
6.7 Good
Pros: Location of the hotel is just perfect. Large room, very clean and nicely decorated. Quite and relax. Nice people. Don't expect conventional hotel reception, it's different but real cool.
Cons: Parking around is really not easy. The pay parkings are a bit far and in all the streets around you need to pay (don't miss it for a minut you get a penalty right away!!). No lift to uper floors.
6.3 Good
Pros: The room size was fantastic (front facing, 3rd floor), really spacious, nice bath room & a terrific location; the oldest quarter of Maastricht yet within easy walking distance of the city center, plenty of restaurants & cafes near by
Cons: The stairs up were a bit steep & narrow, but we already knew this in advance
7.7 Good
Pros: Our room was very spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated. Excellent location in a quiet street, very near the centre of Maastricht. Very friendly and helpful owners.
Cons: Lugging our suitcases up all the stairs (our room was on the 4th floor) because there is no lift.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in a wonderful and central location. Very spacious room and a good buffet breakfast.
7.3 Good
Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Maastricht with its cobblestone streets, Roman walls and old buildings - and right near great shopping and cafes! A car is not needed here. The hotel is simple but full of old world charm. Great value for money - a lovely old building, clean rooms, and comfortable beds.
Cons: I have no complaints for the value price we paid for the room (on a weekday) - except that a kettle with tea and coffee sachets would have been nice in the morning ;-)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Huge room with modern conveniences in lovely old building in the middle of the historic city.
Cons:
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The charm of the hotel, the combination of the gallery and hotel. Beautiful breakfast chapel, very comfortable rooms, agreeable host. Great location as well.
Cons: During the night there was a noise outside (we assume an airco of the neighbours). It was really loud so we did not have a good night of sleep. A bit unfortunate for the hotel because it was clearly something in the neighbourhood.
5.6 Okay
Pros: located very close to the center
Cons:
5.2 Okay
Pros: characteristic spot; good service
Cons:
2.8 Mediocre
Pros: It was right in the center
Cons: The room itself, old furniture, outdated, etc.

6.0 Good
Pros: I liked the location. And as parents with our daughter staying for a few days until her accommodation was ready, was excellent. The laundry was excellent
Cons: There was only one operational lift for guests with service using it also, this caused delays. The breakfast and service was very, very Poor
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, cool interior and room size was generous.
Cons: Body moisturiser and conditioner would have been nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff.
7.1 Good
Pros: ATMOSPHERE was good, nice industrial building, clean rooms, nice employees.
Cons: Bar closed at 10 pm (on arrival). No vending machines for drinks or snacks. Breakfast (mondaymorning) was very poor. Eggs/Bacon etc cold... Bread slices dry. Coffee was good. No shampoo in shower. Power sockets in room broken.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The idea of transforming a former Sfinx factory into a hotel is just great. It all looked modern and friendly. The room was clean and met our expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, coffee was good! It felt good to be amongst many young international students. We will certainly book this hotel again!
Cons: It would be nice to have a separate small magnifying mirror in the bathroom!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were amazing! Very clean and we loved the industrial vibe from the design. The staff also left us surprises in the room to welcome us. Would definitely recommend to people visiting Maastrict.

Cons: hygene
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff and really beautiful rooms. Very comfortable and great location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The exterior is classic, old, but the interior is clean, contemporary while still respecting the classic atmosphere. The room was spacious, bathroom and bed felt and looked clean. The view on the market place is great and the staff very kind. Must be one of the first times I got nothing to complain about.
Cons: The TV is far from the bed making it hard to see.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was good, the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Our room (deluxe double) was spacious, the pillows super comfy.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Instead "Room with city view" it should be called "Room with noise view". I couldn't sleep our 2 nights in the hotel because of the street noise, day and night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location on the Vrijthof but the hotel rooms are behind the building so wonderfully quiet. Hotel has its own restaurant and great terrace at the front. My room was huge with a great capsule coffee machine. Very clean and with airco.
Cons: Nothing really. I parked in the Q Park more or less underneath the hotel - for one day costs 35EUR which is a bit pricey but typical for Maastricht. Could have done this cheaper (25EUR) via the hotel in a car park around the corner but only found this out when I had already parked. Worth asking where before arriving!
6.7 Good
Pros: Location coffee breakfast
Cons: Cleanliness very poor. Be weary of the bill keep a note on what you have. Over charged by allot. Other room charges on account.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location great.
Cons: We liked everything.
7.1 Good
Pros: But great location
Cons: Rooms not comfortable. Old apartment. Not looks like 4 stars. Reception works till 16:00

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice location and good breakfast.
6.7 Good
Pros: Excellent location, fantastic and friendly staff, a warm welcome and help-10/10 customer experience. Good breakfast included
Cons: The room was very overpriced-with all the sympathy to the lovely hosts. I paid 300 eur for one night/three people-it should have been half this price for this city and standard. Still, I fully understand it was high tourist season so no hard feelings.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit was delicious and there was a good selection of pastries and breads. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for attending the Andre Rieu concert. The staff were just lovely.
Cons: It was fine for us but the stairs are very tight and steep so would be hard for people with mobility issues.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with character and very convenient location to all highlights.
Cons: 3rd floor room with no lifts and steep staircase was a challenge for my 80 years old mother.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast
Cons: Nothing really to complain about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful location, easily accessible and quiet. Would happily go back and refer any friends to stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host, Esmeralda, was extremely welcoming. She served us all tea and drinks on arrival and secured private parking for our two cars at the rear of the property. As we were attending an Andre Rieu concert the location was superb as we were only 9 minutes walk away from the Vrijthof Square. There was plenty for all at breakfast, including fresh fruit salad and some some cooked options. We would definately choose to stay there again if we were returning for a city break visit. Thank you to ALL the staff for making us so welcome!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location, nice atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for walking into the square. A few minutes longer to the market place and to the river. An excellent mix of shops from high street stores to the smaller shops in the back streets. Enjoyed walking round the market on Friday. The deep fried fish (salmon and prawns) from a stall are delicious. The staff at Rekko are extremely helpful and we would stay there again. Breakfast out in the courtyard the second morning was fantastic.
Cons: We were on the third floor with stairs only so if you mobility is not quite as good this may be a problem as no lift. We had no problems though.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Personal and very helpful approach of the owner

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience, food, comfort of beds, decor, staff,
Cons: Nothing we thougherly
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It was an honor to sleep in the halls of the friars and other historical inhabitants of this cathedral-like, 14th century friary. Just fantastic history around you. Prices for meals were too high and Amenities are fair, but beds VERY comfortable, staff very friendly and informative. Wonderful and beautiful...a bucket-list hotel stay!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Extremly beautiful everywhere Very nice and serviceminded staff Very nice breakfast Good atmosphere.
Cons: One little tiny thing, the very big and heavy glassdoors in the rooms.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely beautiful! 5*
Cons: Everything! Staff, friendliness, cleanliness and what a treat you are in for!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s just a very interesting building.
Cons: Bit noisy at Saturday night, outside the Hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice location, good breakfast, great building/unique place to stay Good bathroom, nice staff
Cons: Airco could be a bit better in rooms The blinds on the windows in our room did not block the light (gap on the side) means the lights shines right on your fave on the morning. Pathway right outside our room had a lot of staff walking by all the time outside. (room 15)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a perfect location, very unique hotel and the staff super friendly. It's not only one of the best hotels we stayed in but it has a very positive vibe. Good breakfast till 10:30 but even when we wanted to stay bit longer it was not an issue:)) Definitely we'll recommend it to our friends and will stay there next time we are in Maastricht .
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We opted out of the breakfast. We liked the room and the total environment of the hotel. We walked many places and found that the hotel's location was close to a good number of interesting sites.
Cons: The housekeeping was forgotten one day and the staff on the desk said we had told housekeeping not to clean the room. This was untrue and although the housekeeping staff did come and clean eventually it did make us feel a little troubled.

Pros: Perfect location. Very big room. Very quite. The staff is very polite and helpful.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Room is not clean , no shower gel and shampoo
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I booked the place, because I wanted to stay in the historic-part of Maastricht, in one of those little hauses with those narrow staircases), close to university. My upstairs room was nice and cosy to stay in and work, I liked to use the pool, to participate in pilates classes offered at the on-site sports school (ask in advance at reception for time-table!, instruction is is Dutch, provided some experience in Pilates, one could follow by observing others) and to take a walk in town for sightseeing. I found the clean design of the place and the rooms with a lot of white and modern furniture very relaxing and inspiring. For me it was convienient to have breakfast with there.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean and minimalistic design, no carpeting. Very clean. Confortable and spacious, a bathtub that will fit a tall person, and same goes for the bed. Location is good, and staff were very nice.
Cons: The mattress is a too soft for my taste. The pool is open for few hours morning and evening, which is when I was busy with other activities, so I didn't get a chance to check it out and do laps, unfortunately.
7.1 Good
Pros: The view and the position are good
Cons: Studios are located in separate buildings. Studio 3 is at 3rd floor and there is no elevator. There are spiral staircases so it's very hard to transport the lugages. The studio 3 windows have a directly view to the street and that's why the street noise was horrible during late in the night and also every morning when salubrity services are carried on. The windows did not perfectly cover the street noise. The housekeeping is very rarely. The kitchen has the minimum utilities, no instructions for using the cooker stove.. At the bathroom, I didn't have soap. I heard a regularly strange crack all over the night inside the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Place of venue, space
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The wooden floor
Cons: Not cleaned daily
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location, roof top, spacious
Cons: Studio was not located in the mail building and we were not informed about it during the booking. The pool was located at the main building and the opening hours were quite odd so we were unable to make use of it. The towel were not clean, the floor was dirty also on the picture the floors were white and our studio had dark wooden. The cuterly was unwashed (coffee stains on the teaspoons). The showerheads were full of lime.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Value for money and location
Cons: Microwave

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good central location Good value
Cons: Very basic facilities. We chose it because it said there was parking, but check the fine-print as there was no parking, but parking "close by" which was not really close by and was a real hassle to be honest.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very nice little cosy hotel , we got upgraded to the suite!! Free coffee and tea facilities all day
Cons: Nothing really
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We had a lovely stay in this beautiful hotel, so charming! Even more beautiful than we thought!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was unusual in that each of us was given a tray of goodies which was a great way of presenting it.
Cons: Parking was rather remote - a 10 minute walk and costly Euro 6.40 per day bur not a huge problem
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast / central location
Cons: carrying heavy suitcases to upper floors is a grind - no elevator exists
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfectly located, absolutely charming with charming, friendly and helpful personnel. We loved the decor and very much appreciated the little details, like candles and proper napkins and the breakfast table (which was very yummy with everything one could wish for!)
5.4 Okay
Cons: May be "charming" alright but pictures are grateful and the basic stuff should be improved. The towels were old, ragged and not clean. No hangers for towels, no heating.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent.
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Slightly soul-less. No water, no coffee or tea facilities, no frills. Just a bed for the night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect if you want to stay in the city centre of Maastricht. Our room looks exactly like in the photos, the room was very nice and I really liked the vintage style of the hotel. The breakfast was good and quite filling, and I think its good value for your money.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, the apartment was roomy and very clean. The staff is extremely helpful, polite and kind. Thank you for everything
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the parking. The breakfast too
Cons: The WiFi could have been stronger
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfy bed, did not want to get out
Cons: Nothing we did not like , very adequate for our needs
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I liked the fact that the hotel was fairly small, hospitable and comfortable. Being an old building, probably historic, I found the facilities were probably the best that could be achieved without spoiling the ambience of the place. I am over six feet 5 inches tall and the owner even offered to find me another room with higher doorways so that I didn't bang my head in the dark. The restaurant and breakfast room was first class; we both loved it.
Cons: Difficult one this but the lack of car parking on site was awkward but again the owner went to great lengths to ensure I knew where to park my car. We were there as the final leg of a tour so this was very helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It felt like a boutique hotel. Very personal, clean, quiet, lovely decor, friendly staff with good service and food. Plus it’s location was perfect.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was ideal for our stay, as there was a sofa bed that was made up for our son as well as a double bed for ourselves. The separate access door was also very convenient and helpful for my wife, who has limited mobility. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed an excellent dinner in a great ambience, as well as very good breakfasts.

Pros: Terrific location, right in the center of Maastricht. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast, if a bit pricey. I would go back.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - We had a very nice and warm welcome. We ended up arriving later than the check-in time but this was no problem at all. - Nice comfortable beds - Close to Vrijthof parking garage, 3min walking. Although I actually think the property offers a better deal - Beautiful garden
Cons: - Not an improvement as it was fine for us but good to know, the stairs are quite steep and there is no elevator. If you have difficulties walking stairs, ask for a ground floor room.
6.7 Good
Cons: Really really expensive
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The internal garden is fantastic and the breakfast delicious!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything - it's a stunning building with a fabulous garden, it's central to everything going on and the hosts were fabulous. The décor was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable!

7.9 Good
Pros: The quiet location and setting
Cons: Coffee cups not cleaned and refreshed from the previous day
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, in a great location only metres from the heart of the city
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal. The outdoor sitting area was lovely.
Cons: The stairs up to the bathroom were too steep and the fact that we could not check into our room on arrival at about 1pm after a long journey. We were told check in was between 2 and 6 and when we went back shortly after 2 the room was still not ready and we eventually checked in at about 5.30pm. 3rd time lucky! The cost of the hotel was way above our budget and was not the price I saw when I made the reservation, otherwise I would not have booked it. It was not worth the price paid for the 16 hours we had the room for. £354!
6.7 Good
Pros: Good location, nice staff
Cons: Pretty basic for 300€/night.Small room.

7.9 Good
Pros: excellent breakfast and very characterful establishment
7.9 Good
Pros: Offered a free drink (wine & beer) on arrival. A nice touch A very comfortable bed
Cons: There is NO onsite parking. You have to park on the narrow street. The bedroom has a large patio door, but it cannot be opened! Which means that the was no means of getting ventilation/fresh air into the bedroom. It could therefore get hot/stuffy in summer

Cons: Noise I know was Andre Rieu but was pricy
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely lively spot in the middle of the centre. Very friendly staff!
Cons: We were aware that there would be some noise from the street. It is not a quiet place.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location fantastic!
Cons: Bathroom shower - needs to be redesigned, water all over the floor, not enough towels, especially for the floor and a better fan to clear out hot air would be beneficial
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This accommodation is adorable, comfortable, and rewarding, in literally the most picturesque part of town. The noise of the street below mentioned in other reviews is not bothersome at all, it’s a beautiful little atmosphere that closes down after dinner time, and weekdays are further peaceful. Apartment is big, light, comfortable. Issues with accessing the property described in other reviews were not my experience, I emailed Didier from the Brussels airport and he responded immediately to say they’d be there, and they were, even when I was then later than I originally said. A very pleasant host who went above and beyond to have my leave time suit my attendance at a conference, so I didn’t have to haul my bags around. An entirely enjoyable stay, thank you.
Cons: Not a bad word to say
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s in the very centre of Maastricht City, with nice view of the street.
Cons: The WiFi signal is a bit weak
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We loved how huge our room was and that we had a fan. The location was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. The owner/manager was extraordinarily helpful with our luggage and bringing us cold beverages when we arrived.
Cons: We liked everything!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Right in the city centre. Staff very friendly. Excellent evening meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Maastricht is lovely to visit.
Cons: No nearby parking. No breakfast option. Make sure you message hotel and ask for directions for parking. On street parking about 5/10 minute walk away. Plenty of other places to get a breakfast nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room number 3 was perfect because of its terrasse overlooking nice parts of the city. They gave us lots of extra time for check out at 4pm. We will come back to this hotel on our trips from Bonn to Maastricht.
6.7 Good
Pros: Le Virage is in a great location - convenient to everything in the old part of the city. The price was acceptable for the size of the apartment, and the lack of hotel staff. Breakfast at the Bishop's Mill was a plus - great place and convenient.
Cons: The location, though great, is deceiving. It looks like a quiet and tranquil place, but in fact is very noisy until well after midnight. With all the street noise, it was difficult to get any sleep until about 3 a.m. I would also recommend that the Bishop's Mill be informed of guests who will be having breakfast there. We showed up on Sunday at 0830, and they were closed. A delivery man informed one of the bakers that we were outside and he let us in, but we nearly left since the notice on the door stated that they would not open until 1100 on Sundays.
6.0 Good
Pros: good size room and great location. room had a lounge area and fridge with tea/coffee making facilities.
Cons: Breakfast not available until 8.30 which was a problem as I was on a business trip. bed was a little small if 2 people were sharing but great for 1!
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: The disco opposite to the hotel was so noisy that I didn't sleep half of the night. The bed was too short and old (pit in the middle). Decoration was dated, remote control not working. Rooms were gloomy. And lthe last downside: the hotel offers no breakfast.

Understated class! :-) And finally the room was lovely and clean with a good powerful shower. And the breakfast, whilst not a massive selection, was good with nice coffee and even complimentary prosecco! Without a doubt the best of 5 hotels we stayed in this trip and will definitely stay again!!

Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Friendly front desk staff, good bed, location ok-ish
Cons: Small room, view into backyard parking lot, prior to arrival I received two emails telling me to immediately pay for the room, otherwise it could not be guaranteed, although the room was already guaranteed by booking.com I informed staff about this unprofessional action, which they apologized for.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly located close to the train station, surrounded by good restaurants and close to the city centre. Very nice bathroom and bed.
Cons: Missing a small office desk or something in the room, the one in the room is not very helpful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is next to the central station. Within a small walk you can reach everything. Coffee and Tea were free out through the day. We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: It was a little dusty in our room, especially in the corners and underneath the bed.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel is very close to the train station, and conveniently close to the bridges. There is a cinema just a few minutes away as well.
7.9 Good
Pros: Toilet was clean, comfortable bed
Cons: We were traveling with friends and booked room for 4 people, the bathroom door had a big glass which you could people inside taking a shower or using the toilet. The room was clean but you could still see a bit of dust in the furniture.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Near the train station and sixt car hire, few minutes walk from nice shopping and food area. Parking in private car park at a fee.
Cons: No twin beds and no bath, just shower.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helped me with any questions I had. The hotel is close to the train station but in a street that's a little more quiet traffic wise. There is a garage you can use free of charge for your bike or your car., which is very unusual in Maastricht as parking prices here are horrible.
Cons: The room was quite small, there is no room to put your luggage or your clothes. There was no mini fridge in case you want to buy a snack or something to drink for later use. The bathroom door has a lot of openings, so if you stay with someone else and you are shy about using the bathroom, this could be an issue. I had 2 pillows on the bed and one of them was so thick my neck was bent at a weird angle so I couldn't use it, would have been a problem if I hadn't travelled alone.
5.8 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: value for money room facilities room and bed making was incomplete (cleaning not enough, no change of used glasses, sheets, etc)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the uniqueness and the nice hospitality touches: soup, bicycles, pie and beer. This was a fun little hotel and the staff were exceptionally helpful and happy. I actually feel like I completely lucked out finding it.

Pros: the room and the bed were very nice and comfortable. front office could a liite more friendly.
Cons: lots of noise during the night because of guests passing my room on the wooden floors, very disturbing. For the rest a good hotel
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, strong air conditioning. One of the most strangely decorated rooms I've ever seen. Bathroom layout is not very practical but is absolutely fine if you're by yourself. Staff was very diligent with checked luggage.
Cons: Trying to find the light switch was unnecessarily difficult - it was in an unintuitive location and blended in with the decor. Lighting was kind of dim even with all the lights on.
7.9 Good

Cons: shower not good
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Modern with well appointed rooms
Cons: Aircon didn’t work well in heat. Yes

Pros: For folks looking for a clean, safe, budget-friendly location, this place delivers. The room was spotless. The location was quiet and service was great. For a 1 day visit I booked a “windowless” room and was able to save a bit more.
Cons: All good.

Pros: We loved the ambience of the room with the wonderfully comfortable bed; friendly staff, amazing food and the whole feel of the place is trendy, upbeat & unique. You don't feel like you're in a typical hotel.

6.7 Good
Pros: Very good location, central, nearby the river.
Cons: Cleaning was not good. A spiderweb and a big spider in the corner of the room. Thank God those were opposite the bed and not above my head. Also a sizeable layer of dust on the TV and shower was not throughtly cleaned. No slippers provided and no trash bin in the bathroom. For a 4 stars hotel these are basics. Ventilation was noisy and it was not working properly so we had to open the window - just to notice there were even bigger spiders hanging outside.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Large & clean room very friendly staff. Car park @ €19 daily tram station is quite close to the hotel
Cons: Wash basin is relatively small for me, maybe okay for most
5.0 Okay
Pros: Very comfortable and clean bed, good value to money breakfast.
Cons: The Bathroom was old and in need of renovation. On top of that it was not clean at all, there were lots of hairs, some cloth fibers and even a decorative glass gem from a precious occupant. Also during check in we were given a sheet of paper and were told to just sign it. Turned out it was a membership for their bonus program, so i did not sign it. A few days after the stay i recieved an email telling me they had enlisted me in that program anyway. Without my consent. Not a good impression at all, waiting to see how that matter gets resolved.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location and the view
Cons: Have stayed here a few times. This trip the staff did not replenish the coffee sachets. Had to ring down and ask for them. Also little things were allowed to slide down.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: The cost for breakfast is exaggerated. Fast wi-fi should not require additional cost these days.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: - Welcoming staff - Free upgrade from standard room to junior suite - Comfortable beds - Location (10 min walk to Vrijthof) and river side
Cons: - Rooms look a bit old fashioned
7.5 Good
Pros: The location is perfect
Cons: The room was cold and noisy
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was what you come to expect on continental Europe. We also ate dinner there one night which was alright but nothing spectacular.
Cons: There was nothing I could really complain about
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were so friendly and even helped us with street parking as we can't speak dutch. Kept the bar open late for us to have a drink and just generally a good experience. Rooms are lovely and modern and the Breakfast is fantastic and worth every penny!!
7.9 Good
Pros: Location. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood
Cons: Old fashioned interior. Bathroom outdated.
