Pros: helpful staff, easy pickup and dropoff
Cons: I expected to have an emailed receipt by now, 24 hours later.
Cons: I couldn't change the name on the reservation or add myself so I could do the deposit so they wouldn't give me the car and still charged me for the reservation 170$ just lost and I had to find a ride and pay for gas to get to la on time

Cons: Vehicle was filthy inside. It had not been cleaned at all and to make it worse someone had smoked some thing in there and then they tried to put an air freshener in under the seat to cover the smell was just made it 10 times worse. There was food crumbs and smears all over everywhere.
Pros: Staff was helpful and friendly during pickup; and fast and efficient during drop off.
Cons: No much choice of cars on late Sunday night when I arrived; I reserved economy sedan, but the only thing available was a full-size pick up truck.

Cons: If you rent THROUGH HERTZ ITSELF, NOT through their Dollar/Thrifty subsidiary, then you should receive a HERTZ-quality vehicle.......not some reject with 35,000+ miles that Hertz had discarded and relegated to its economy Dollar/Thrifty brands
Cons: They gave us the wrong car and the car wasn’t working at all. Then they switch with a different car that we did not pay for, a lower class car than what we booked for.
Cons: Felt like I was being conned into paying a much higher price.
Pros: Sam, the MGR is s JERK. Even though I reserved a car through kayak & had a tracking number Sam said there were no cars available even though there were 10 or more in the parking lot. I had to go downtown which is another 10 miles out of my way to get a car. they did not honor the price you quoted me they charged more this is the second time they've done that. That's called bait and switch. It's false advertising and against the law.
Cons: Sam called the downtown location and they knew I was on my way but there was no car ready. I had to wait at least 45 minutes for them to get a car ready and it wasn't even washed I counted at least 10 employees that were working at that location with only three open windows to serve customers and there were only 4 customers. As a matter of fact I said don't worry about washing it just clean the interior. then afterbAJ completed all the paperwork he took my paperwork back and got me a different car so then I had to wait again. That's ridiculous, their service sucks. No wonder Hertz went bankrupt. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Pros: Nothing. I will never use Your service again. Hertz didn’t have the car we booked and cancelled the reservation. I had my biggest client with me and it was really bad.

Pros: The staff was terrible and did not give me the car because I did not have the exact same credit card with me. They would not give me the car even though I prepaid
Cons: They could’ve let me use a different card for the $200 deposit. Nobody told me I had to bring the same credit card. I never got the car I was carless all week
Cons: Actually giving me a car when I reserved one. Not ruining my first vacation in over a year.
