Cons: While convenient to the tourist buses, it was quite far from any metro stop. Hamburg must have some of the worst public transportation in the world. We only saw two buses operating on the weekend. We really had to take taxis to get anywhere. A hotel near the central station would be more convenient to the central metro line, but we truly enjoyed the comfort of this lovely hotel.

Cons: My room and my friends room both stunk of cigarettes, even the duvet and pillows stunk, yuk.. not nice. This meant that despite my best efforts to keep the room warm the maid had to open the window every morning and leave open.

Cons: The internet in the foyer and wireless was not working for the first two days of my stay and staff didn't really seem bothered about it which was annoying as I needed it for work. They eventually fixed it after me hassling them repeatedly.

Pros: Location - On the Reeperbahn close to all clubs and bars. Friendly staff. Great base if you party till late. Bars dont close on Sat night. On Sunday morning the Fish Markt opens at 5am and the party carries on.
Cons: Rooms facing main road can be noisy - ear plugs are supplied by the hotel. No breakfast facilities other than coffee/tea, cafe's close by.

Pros: Clean and spacious room/bathroom. Excellent location in Reeperbahn. If you spend your time in St.Pauli/Reeperbahn, this is a good choice!

Cons: When we arrived with my boyfriend the hotel was closed and alothough there was a number to call the staff arrived after almost an hour with no rush at all!

Cons: TV didn't work, no radio, no breakfast..but you'll get everything by stepping out on the streets.

Pros: Conveniently located. The room was large and stylish.
Cons: The bedsheets were not very clean although the room was. The entrance stairs could be too steep for some with heavy luggages. This is a primary location on Reeperbahn. Not advised to children and older people who need some assistance as the staff is there on a minimum basis. A good place for couples on a limited budget that want to have fun in the city.
