- Location close to the main train station, easy 10-15 minute walk. This was great for us just having a stopover in Hamburg - Modern hotel, spacious rooms. Nice bar on the 11th floor with views over the city. Tasty cocktails and nuts. - We had our dog with us and they had prepared bowls in the room. A nice touch.
-The hotel was located in an area with only few restaurants and shops. Just other hotels around. So for sightseeing not so ideal but if you have only a short stopover, it’s great since it’s close to the train station. - The coffee machine in the room didn’t have coffee capsules, only tea capsules. It was a bit strange. Went down to ask and only got espresso capsules (2). Went second time and got finally an assortment of coffee capsules (4) with milk from a friendlier receptionist. Little thing but something to improve on, you shouldn’t need to go to the reception to beg for some capsules in a 4-star hotel.

Lots of construction works around the hotel, would have been nice to receive some tips from staff on how to get around it.

way too expensive. everyday need to ask for clean towels and water because they would forget. really uncomfortable sheets. the worse hotel I've ever been to.
