Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location and stunning views, especially of the Elbe and city. However, many express disappointment with the service, citing issues at check-in, unhelpful or untrained staff, and slow responses to problems. Cleanliness is another concern, with several mentions of dirty rooms, bathrooms, and worn furnishings. The breakfast receives frequent criticism for its quality, variety, and value, not meeting expectations for a five-star hotel. Despite these drawbacks, some guests appreciate the spacious rooms and unique architecture, making the stay memorable for its setting rather than its amenities or service.
