It would have been better transparency. When they brought the car it was not what I order and when they brought another car they charge me extra for the vehicle. If I would have known for bringing another car would be charge to me I would have just cancel my reservation. Not once would I notify about the charge.Reviewed 30 Dec 2022

I reserved BMW X3 online. When I went to the Enterprise and requested to check in, I asked if they have the BMW available, the customer service representative told me yes, they checked me in and charged my card, so she asked me to wait until her colleague comes to help me. When Shalvy came she told me that they don’t have BMW and I should drive Q5 instead. I was really shocked, Q5 was not in good condition, there were a lot of scratches on car. I didn’t have any options, since I must to drive towards San Diego for my daughter’s graduation. I asked for different availability and they charged me 179 instead of 130. Rental car rates are ridiculous right now, of course. Enterprise has a confused situation at LAX that could use better signage, and also a bit of confusion on pickup at SNA. Service was very good, but ditch the up sell. Get me in and out as fast as possible.Reviewed 11 Jul 2021

Pros:How quick they can get you out of there with your rental car, especially during Covid times. No need to step inside the office.Cons:Overall it was well done. Limited vehicle choice but I was at a smaller office location. Also customer service said we could get a 4x4 but the office staff were more up front and honest about that. Pros:The staff at the rental counter and the auto check out were very friendly and professional. It could not have been simpler.Cons:They probably say the same thing every time there is a new customer, but I would suggest they take a little bit of time explaining the charges when renting a car. Pros:Drop off was very easy, just pulled up and got checked in and wasn’t far from my terminal. Also it was cheaper than getting one not at the airport.Cons:I got there really late at night and two attendants were busy for quite awhile. Only one girl at the counter.
