Ian was very polite professional and knowledgeable. And he and his team seem to enjoy working their jobs and each other which is super refreshing to see. Ian is a real asset to your company. I have rented many cars in my life and it’s always been a neutral, at best, experience. Ian made it easy and friendly. He’s a great guy. Keep him around! He probably deserves a raise… and that is an unsolicited opinion! My representative Shora and her supervisor offered me a car that had prior damage. They took pictures of the damages. When I returned the car, the sales rep pointed out that no documentation of any damage had been recorded. I then had to explain that I didnt damage the car and had to show evidence. I had pictures of the damage on my cell phone. I would like the team to follow up and communicate about cars they issue out that have prior damage/dents.Reviewed 31 Mar 2023
