Pros:Everyone was super friendly! Car was clean. Couldn’t ask for more!Reviewed 19 Nov 2020

Pros:The vehicle was great !!! Clean almost brand-new !! The two people that took care of us at the airport in Palm Springs were amazing they went above and beyond to make sure we got our vehicle right there on the spot and honored the other price as opposed to charging us three times as much like the people on the toll-free number want to. Dropping the vehicle off was great to very convenient and very easy.Cons:When I got to Palm Springs airport at 9 PM and I went to pick up my vehicle I was told that the place closed at 12 PM and then I would have to wait two days Monday to get my vehicle. I went to the enterprise location at the airport and that you people there were wonderful they understand my dilemma they did the right thing and helped us out. If a place as special hours they should let us know straight away so we could make other arrangements. And also not try to charge me more money for the convenience of picking up my vehicle at the airport as opposed to seven minutes away outside the airportReviewed 11 Nov 2016

Cons:The actual car rental was not at the airport as advertised and there was no shuttle. I was given the option of waiting 1 1/2 hours at the airport for them to bring me my car or I could figure out how to get to the car myself. I had to pay $12 and take a taxi to the car location.Reviewed 1 Nov 2020

Absolute scamCons:We arrived at the airport after 11:00 p.m. with a reservation and rental insurance purchased through Kayak's website, only to be told by the guy at the desk that it (the insurance purchased through kayak) was a bad idea and not very useful in the event of an incident. He then recommended that I purchase HIS insurance, because it was "only ten dollars" and I could call the third party insurance company and cancel it, no problem. He assured me they have people do this all the time. My car was to cost $79.00 for the duration of my trip. I accepted his insurance (it was only $10.00, right?) and asked to see the car for inspection. He told me that we had gotten in too late and everyone was waiting for us, so we would have to take the car and go, but "rest assured, the car is in perfect condition." So, being exhausted from our trip and having a long drive ahead of us to our hotel, we accepted his terms to avoid an argument and left. The next morning I called the insurance company- only to find that I couldn't cancel my previously purchased insurance policy because my trip had already started! Scam 1 from Enterprise. In the morning I walked to the trunk of my car only to discover that the bumper was horribly scuffed up (we had not bumped into anything the night before- the damage had already been there when the guy was assuring me the car was in perfect condition). Scam 2 from Enterprise. Upon returning my car at the end of the trip, I was handed a bill for $250- well over the $79 I had been told I'd be charged on Kayak and at the desk with the guy. Turns out, he signed me up for every type of insurance they have, and that it was billed PER DAY, not just a single fee. Instead of the "only ten dollars" he told me, I was charged $10.99 PER DAY, along with four additional (and higher than the $10.99) charges per day of my trip regarding insurance I had never agreed to in the first place. Scam 3 from Enterprise. I was shocked when I received the bill and refused to pay it, asking to talk to someone. I dropped off my car at a different location than where I picked it up, and I was told that they couldn't do anything for me and I would have to take it up with the location where I picked up the car. Upon calling them, I received no answer. These guys are liars, scam artists, and straight up thieves. I would never rent from them again, and I urge you to avoid them as well.Reviewed 12 Jan 2016

Cons:Nobody at the location I rented from would answer the phone - for 2 days in a row I tried reaching them. The front office staff seemed professional but the employees cleaning and pulling up the cars did not look or act professional. For example, someone who just got their rental came back in with a used water bottle left in the car, and the employees laughed about it after the customer walked back out. There should also be a service or ability to be dropped off or picked up at airport when renting, since about a one mile walk.Reviewed 26 Mar 2021

Cons:The pick up is not at the airport and we had to walk a mile with almost no sidewalks. You should not rent at off airport sites unless it is specifically stated. Plus, they would not shuttle us. It was dangerous walking in the street to get there. If someone got hurt you could be liableReviewed 28 Mar 2021

Cons:When I got to the counter I was told that cars weren’t available for the price that I booked it for since I used Kayak. If I wanted a car at the airport I would have to pay more. I did pay a lot more then I wanted since I really needed the car. It was a ripoffReviewed 7 Jan 2021

Pros:The car we finally rentedCons:Getting the car we needed was a nightmare. Said a car was available and it wasn’t. Very frustrating experience. The people were nice but didn’t make much of an effort to locate a car.Reviewed 6 Jan 2021
