The night before I was expected to pick my car up I received an email stating that the car would not be on site at the scheduled time the following day and no time was given. I called the car rental company the morning I was supposed to collect the car as the email they sent the day before was after hours so there was nobody manning the customer support service. When I spoke to a representative they continued to state that they Did not have the car I ordered available and at that time there were no other cars to select from.. Approximately two hours later they did provide a car although it wasn’t the car I had initially selected. The delay cut in to our travel time as we was scheduled to drive to another location that morning but did not leave until the afternoon due to the delay in receiving a car.Reviewed 14 Jun 2022

Feel completely ripped offPros:Car was very good, clean and comfortable. No issue with the car.Cons:When I returned the car, the assistant manager went straight to one tyre and pointed out a couple of dents in the tyre wall that he claims I must have caused as the tyres were in perfect condition before the rental. When I told him that the pre-rental check of the car only included the bodywork and that the guy mentioned that damage to the wheels was normal and didn't count, he said he'd check with the guy that I picked the car up from. The guy was in the back office and didn't come out but the assistant manager assured me that I was invited to inspect the tyres beforehand. The was simply not true. I was charged £300 to replace the tyre. Outrageous.Reviewed 2 Jan 2019

Collision damage waver insuranceCons:The car hire and Collision Damage Waver insurance were sold as a package and yet it was clear that Enterprise were very uncomfortable with this. They made me sign a complex disclaimer before I could take the car. Additionally, the telephone number on the certificate of insurance was in the USA and I felt that it would be difficult to organise a claim if it were needed.Reviewed 7 May 2018

Wrong carPros:Ordered E-Class Ort similar and they offenes a BMW 3Series. A good car but not for four People with a lot of luggage. It took over 2 hours to get a 5Series BMW. Very poor service. The car was ok, dropoff without probems.Reviewed 5 Aug 2017
