Cons:
We arrived at preswick aorport at17.00 there was no one there to collect us...on ur paper work we were told there was a shuttle service provided after 2 hrs of waiting in the cold we tried to call Eurocar and was directed to customer services in England Who knew nothing about our car hire and didnt even know where Preswick was We ending up staying with friends The following day at the eurocar office we were told they closed the office early at 1300 the day before because of bad weather condtions and staff had to get home !!! No one informed us even though i had given a contact number when i placed my order ...not happy customersAutoEurope
