Generally very good. Friendly staff. Courteous pickup and drop off. However, on this last trip, I had to make 4 phone calls before anyone picked up the phone. I used the same number given to me. On my last try, I used a long distance number ( preface with a 1), The office answered right away. After that , pickup at the airport was quick— drop off was timely.Reviewed 21 May 2023

Booked for 11:30 pm on May 10. The facility closed at 10 pm!!!! So we had to get an Uber to our lodging at a cost of in excess of $40.Reviewed 19 May 2023

The type of car I booked was not available. I booked a Toyota Camry and instead they gave a Nissan Kicks mentioning that that car was into the category of SUV. I did not agree so they told me that the Toyota will be available in the next two days. I went back and if was not available. They offer me a Mazda CX-3 or a Corolla.Reviewed 4 May 2023

We had immense trouble collecting the car. My wife was stranded at the airport for over 1 1/2 hours as she could not get through to the car hire office to arrange the pick-up. Instructions were not clear. Accordingly, I had to rent a taxi from the ferry terminal all the way to the car rental office to collect the car, then go to the airport get my wife. This cost me ~$80 and we missed our first business appointments due to this poor service.Reviewed 24 Apr 2023

There was no phone number on my confirmation and no instructions on shuttle from YVR. Once we were able to reach them they came to the airport right away. Car was washed on the outside but not vacuumed on the inside. Drop off was very easy and less hectic.Reviewed 10 Apr 2023
