When I arrived in Omaha, I had to hunt for the relocated rental car counter. The agent was a very surly 30-something who mumbled directions for finding the car. There was no one at check out from the lot to check for damage, etc. The next morning at the airport hotel, I took pics to document the numerous dings, chips and scratches on the Nissan Rogue. There was either no cruise control or it was not working which was inconvenient since the bulk of my travel was on the mostly lightly travelled interstate. Luckily, my trip was incident free. When I returned, the agent was a very pleasant young woman who assured me that I didn't need to worry about the chips and scratches.Reviewed 24 Apr 2023

They don't make it obvious that there rentals are only allowed in the state you are renting them from and the surrounding states. They will tell you it's in the fine print.Reviewed 13 Sep 2021

Cons:First, their computer didn’t work at check-in. Then, it was a typical “bait and switch”. I reserved a “standard” size vehicle (advertised as a Chevy Malibu or similar) but got a Kia Soul, which I hate.The car wasn’t clean, the gas tank was only half full when got it. Pros:Drop off was not staffed at the early hour of 7:00 pmCons:Taxes and government fees add more than 50% to the cost of the rental car in Omaha. Not Dollar's fault but not a good value.Reviewed 30 Oct 2019

Cons:We had the manager choice deal, and it would seem to me that it would be more cost effective to give us an economy car rather than a minivan. They said they were short on cars, so we were offered the van or the option of upgrading to get a car.Reviewed 28 Oct 2019
