Cons: Not a complaint, just a comment: in evening the lobby was jumping with loud music and energetic patrons. Our room was far from the lobby, so of course it didn't matter. For anyone interested in lobby gathering, just know it might be lively.

He thanked me for understanding how important the Brown Palace is in history. (and gave me a chilled bottle of water to deal with the unusual heat spell in Denver!) It was my second stay and I can't wait to go back.

It's an old hotel, and it shows in the size of things, but it is beautifully restored and a delight to be in.

Cons: In the room, the shower leaked, it was difficult to check the water temperature as the vanity was to close to the shower door. The bed didn't have fitted sheets. The lobby level bathroom was always dirty with overflowing tissues.There was no place to get a diet coke or drink besides room service and diet pepsi was $18.00 for 2. Staff seems to have been cut back, there wasn't anyone noted in the middle or tea section. There should be an area for snacks and drinks or juices after hours.

Cons: The man who checked us in was speaking really softly and generally didnt seem to have much energy. The breakfast staff informed me they were out if bananas when I asked and I thought the way this happened wasnt great for this type of hotel. However, other members of the staff were nice. The pool is inside, pretty small and generally not pleasant.

Rooms were quiet and offered heat/ac with a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The complementary breakfast was pretty delicious. They changed the menu every day to offer something a little different. Fresh fruit, bagels, and waffles were always available. Ample seating downstairs in their bar/cafe area. The hotel hosted a social hour where wine and beer were complimentary. Location was great. We were within walking distance to a huge number of restaurants, cafes, coffee, shopping, and necessities. Valet service was useful to avoid looking for parking garages nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. All around, this was a beautiful hotel in a great location in downtown and we loved our stay.

Pros: Loved having a kitchenette with apartment size refrigerator, cook top, microwave and dishes supplied. Linens were nice, soft sheets and plush towels. Rooms were quiet and offered heat/ac with a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The complementary breakfast was pretty delicious. They changed the menu every day to offer something a little different. Fresh fruit, bagels, and waffles were always available. Ample seating downstairs in their bar/cafe area. The hotel hosted a social hour where wine and beer were complimentary. Location was great. We were within walking distance to a huge number of restaurants, cafes, coffee, shopping, and necessities. Valet service was useful to avoid looking for parking garages nearby. Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. All around, this was a beautiful hotel in a great location in downtown and we loved our stay.
Cons: There was no fan in the bathroom which caused a lot of condensation to accumulate. Furniture felt cheaply made. The sleeper sofa was not very comfortable to sit on for a long time. There was no desk in our room, just a bar height table which isn't great to sit at and work on a computer. Rooms in the west side of the building have a very poor view as the building is butt up against another. No room service available, but they had bar food downstairs.

Pros: My first visit to Denver. Very friendly people and interesting LODO neighborhood. Jermaine (front desk) was very helpful, as were valet parking assistants. An older gentleman working in dining area was very sweet and helpful (didn't get his name, African American)
Cons: Check-in was very slow and the staff were quite disorganized. I reserved a mountain view room. I was offered an upgrade to premium room, but did not like that room. I was told that I could change back to mountain view room and that my luggage would be moved to the new room, when I would be returning later from an engagement. Got back to the hotel and front desk shift had not been notified of the move, so I was presented with the same "upgraded" room. Jermaine took the time to comp me for parking and add additional points to my HH (though the points are not yet reflected). It was midnight and this process took an additional 30 minutes! This hotel has a lot to offer, but could use some training on the front-end in addition to carpet shampooing in hallways and rooms.

Pros: The room/suite with 42sqm and kitchenette was spacious. Unfortunately this could not make up for clogged toilets and showers, mould and unprofessionally (with risk of injury) installed taps in the bathroom. Shower not cleaned. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. And zero action from front desk staff and incompetent responses from Hilton Honors.
Cons: On a positive note, the breakfast room staff was very friendly. Everything else was utterly disappointing. Unresponsive staff, incompetent people and Hilton Honors. Zero action to fix issues in the end. Clogged toilet, mouldy shower that was not cleaned, bathroom installations that could injure you.. Just the normal stuff you would expect in a Hilton group hotel

Cons: Housekeeping didn’t clean the room while we were out for the day. They attempted to clean as we were preparing for the evening and the room didn’t get cleaned that night. We were given a credit for the valet parking to make up for it.

There was SO MUCH stuff in my room that wasn't free, I felt I needed to be VERY careful what I touched so I didn't open something that I might be charged for. Room was smaller than expected. Front desk wasn't helpful or friendly and gave me wrong info about the hotel service several times during my stay. My company paid for the hotel;. I present my credit card upon arrival and was charged for the entire stay instead of incidentals as the front desk lady said my credit card would be used for. Had to have my credit care reimbursed. HUGE hassle! Would literally NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Your reception people BS and banter on about superfluous things and should be trained to concentrate on getting people checked in. Questions about the area, good restaurants, etc.etc., should be referred to an information official. When we finally got checked-in at 3:45 we were told our room wasn't ready ... and ended up having to wait an hour. We had requested an early check-in ... totally unacceptable ??????

Cons: We chose the Westin for the pool. We were supposed the check in at 4p, but they weren’t able to get us into our room until nearly 6p. That was only after I went to the counter at 530p & demanded a room. They offered us a downgraded room that was ready immediately & when I declined, they were able to get us into a room that we paid for. We had evening plans, so the pool was out. We could have stayed in a comparable hotel with no pool for less money. Very disappointed.

Cons: It didn't feel like a 4 star hotel. For what we paid, I expected it to be much nicer. The hotel felt a bit shabby/outdated and in need of renovations. I ended up staying at a 3 star hotel my last night that was nearly $100 cheaper but just as nice as this 4 star.

The dining room was very large for breakfast. Our room was extremely quiet. We didn't hear any of our neighbors for the 4 nights we were there.

Cons: For the price we paid I expected a little more glam. We were on the second floor and had a big room but there some things missing. There was no lock on the bathroom door and it didn't close all the way. There was also no fan in the bathroom. There were loose boards in the floor in our room and in the hallway which were noisy at night.

Cons: The entire hotel smells like sewer gas, or like a grease trap that has not been cleaned. It permeates the entire hotel, the bar and eating area, and especially the parking areas. It's disgusting and unacceptable. I would encourage all to avoid.

FD probably has to be the worst with valet a close second and housekeeping will do the bare minimum for you.

Cons: The A/C unit was loud. They do provide earplugs, not for the A/C but because it's located in a happening neighborhood for nightlife. I didn't use them (don't like how they feel) and didn't hear any outside noise.

Cons: Guest services really dropped the ball. We needed toothpaste and contact solution and they offer it free. We called guest services 3 times with assurance that they’d bring it right up. Ended up going to the front counter, only to get just toothpaste. Contact solution would “be sent up immediately”. Never came, and we ended up stocking up on supplies at the 7-11 next door. In addition, the shower pressure was terrible, which is unusual at hotels in my experience. Other than that it was a nice stay! For the price I paid though, I probably won’t be staying here again right away. It’s not a bad hotel by any means, it’s just pricey and I expect more for $175 a night.

There was some construction going on in part of the hotel, including the restaurant which we didn’t realize was closed until we had spent 10 minutes trying to find it by following the confusing signs. Wish we would have been informed before going on the scavenger hunt looking for 15|Fifty. Layout can be quite confusing especially after you’ve had a few drinks! Overall, still a very nice hotel!

Cons: They messed up my reservation 4 times. I was under standing the first time when my card just didn't go through and they helped me rebook. The second time when they refused to take payment, So I went ahead and went through booking.com and they finally took payment. Once I got there they didn't have a room for us even after I called and confirmed with them. And once they gave me the room finally it was a single bed rather than the 2 queens we had booked.

Cons: The valet told us it would be easier to park first, then to check in. Navigating from the parking garage to the front desk was nearly impossible. We were lost for almost 45 minutes. Elevators which had a lobby button did not go to the lobby. Frustrating and off to a bad start. Ended up asking multiple janitors for directions to the lobby but they could not help. The staff didn't know how to get to the lobby of the hotel they worked at. Amazing. Finally found a group of equally lost guests and we worked together to get to the desk. The first thing the front desk worker said was that they gave away our king-size bed room and all they had was a room with two queen beds. This added to the frustration but they said they would give us $50 credit to make up for our troubles. We figured $50 would be more than enough for room service breakfast in the morning. The front desk gal also mentioned that parking in the hotel garage was $20 per night. Not only was this a completely unknown fee for us, the hotel is surrounded by parking lots that charge $15-$18 per night. So the hotel is charging it's paying guests more than a local random parking lot would charge a random customer. Amazing. We would've moved our vehicle but we didn't know if we could find it in time. When we woke up we ordered French toast, "deluxe" continental breakfast, and two coffees. Expecting it to arrive on a tray, cart, or on plates with actual silverware, we were surprised when an employee arrived with all our food packed in a paper bag like we were getting McDonald's to-go. Turns out the deluxe continental breakfast is a stale muffin and a cup of fruit ($16) and the French toast ($22) was cold and stale, hard as a rock. Inedible. Total cost was $52. Upon checkout, it took another 30 minutes to get out. Along the way we ran into 10 other guests who were all confused, frustrated, and completely lost.

Cons: After having paid $160 for one night you don't expect to find all dirty bed sheets. Until you go there and see it with your eyes no one informs you that the hotel policy states that if you stays at the hotel for just the weekend or for one night , they ONLY do light cleaning of the room. Which, translated means: DIRTY/USED bed sheets. The policy also states that if you want a deeper cleaning you can ask for it on a Friday by 5 pm only. I feel they should mention this policy as many smokers seek out a balcony so they can use it for this! Bathroom was large but poorly set up and hard to regulate temperature in shower. Room was also large-large enough for a loveseat or couch but only had 2 office like chairs. They were comfortable chairs but could have better utilized the space. Tv small for how far away the bed was from it. Elevators were slow-inconvenient for staying on a higher floor.

Cons: The soundproof. Or, precisely, the lack of it. It might be due to the ongoing reconstruction, but I could hear every car passing down the street. It was really loud and annoying, didn't manage to get some sleep. Besides, it was a bit hard to get into the bathroom or the shower, since there are just a few of them and they got occupied pretty quickly.

Cons: The neighbourhood is too noisy. I believe near the venue there is a disco/club which is very popular that attracts many people especially during the weekend. This generate quite a lot of car traffic and, considering the club music has quite a high volume (till 2am), it makes your sleep quite hard. We had to close the window but then, considering there is no AC into the room, we suffered the hot. The room is provided by a small fan, but also this is very noisy. In summary, my suggestion is to avoid this venue at least during the weekends.

Cons: The blood stains on the bed sheets, the graffiti on the carpet, the feces on the toilet lid, the non working tv & phone, the mice in the lights in the elevator, the general uncleanliness & the day manager & staff who were dismissive & rude. Also left my number with the CEO of Wyndham & have not heard anything back.

Cons: This property was way below average. The carpet was very worn in places, actually had holes. The drapes in the room were about 3 inches too long; they blew when the air conditioner was on so they didn't hang straight when air was off. Looked like a mess. The bathroom counter edge had many small chips. This place needs serious renovation. Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name on this place. I had a guest with me and I apologized profusely for the room, I have traveled the world since 1958 so have much experience with hotel rooms; this was not good,

Pros: 1/ The Location : the Hotel is near the Bús stop, very convenient to get bus to downtown, to shopping center or Union station.. 2/ You can get everything: iron, hair dryer, coffee, soap...

Cons: If you like your room to smell like cigarettes this is the perfect place for you otherwise this hotel is run down and reeks of cigarettes even though it’s “non-smoking”. The curtains were stained and outdated, carpets were full of stains and dirt and there were stains throughout the whole room. They don’t mention that they charge five dollars a night for parking which is fine but at least mention it to the guest. I’m glad I was not in the hotel room for most the time because I honestly feel disgusted. The amount I paid for this hotel was not anything worth it. Will never stay here again and I highly recommend you find somewhere better even if it means paying a little bit more.

Cons: The room was very dirty and the towels were disgusting. They looked like ratty gym towels that had already been used. We went through 3 sets and they were all torn, stained and thread bare. All of them had hair in them. Washing facilities need to be updated.

Pros: The location was near downtown Denver which I wanted. The bed linens were immaculate. The bathroom fixtures were all clean.
Cons: The breakfast that was offered was the most simple and sparse that I have ever had in a motel. The orange juice dispenser did not work. The floor lamp in room 204 was broken and would not light. The clock alarm told the time but was set eighty minutes ahead and the button controls were jammed and I could not change the time or use the alarm. The facility was sanitary but had the worn facility look of my dormitory building in junior college.
