Pros: We stopped in Denver for 2 days after skiing. Denver has a great low key vibe. Hotel is close to the stadium. Hotel is clean and very comfortable. It has a spa, outdoor pool/hot tub and steam shower. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Perfect downtown location to walk to dinner. Hotel is close enough to foothills to drive and go hiking for the day. We drove to Boulder, hiked, and then went to brunch. The gym has two Pelotons! (huge bonus) Overall a great trip.

Cons: I didn't like the 7 authorizations to my business debit card during my 3 night stay. I was told and given documentation for breakfast and dinner credit only to be charged for breakfast and told that you receive credit at checkout. Door key was intentionally deactivated realizing after a long day out. It was an over kill and later acknowledged and rectified with releasing authorizations, comps and apology.

Cons: The first morning I was there I spent $100 on room service breakfast for it to be gross.. bacon was cold and hard, bagel was hard, potatoes were were very bland. Shared half my omelette and ate the fruit off the yogurt, then went to the zoo and spent $15 on lunch and it tasted better. Thennnn we tried again the next morning dining in the actual restaurant thinking it would taste better.. Got biscuits and gravy.... which was basically just peppers, sausage and biscuit. My husband had the local benedict and it’s was also gross.. whatever was on the bottom was too hard to cut. The guy asked if everything was okay but I felt bad it wasn’t his problem. He was very nice. We literally got a box to box up at least one meal so he didn’t think we were mad at him. Luckily we only paid $6 for that meal ONLY because it paid for the breakfast package when booking... The worst thing was the last night my husband and I were trying to rent a movie off the tv and we were having problem with the tv.. the remote wouldn’t work.. it kept saying accessing and then unavailable.. (later a man came up and explained something was out.. maybe a tower or something) the lady that was at the desk was incredible rude. Acting like I was stupid. That I just didn’t know how to work the remote.. I had to call 2 times before finally they sent someone up

My 400 dollar+ prescription ray ban sunglasses are gone and i have to have them to drive....50 bucks in cash, 200 bucks in weee i bought from the dispensary which i have the reciepts for, all of my personal info is gone. I mean...yea, to say the very least my expectations were NOT met. Pros: The discrete luxury of this hotel was perfect to cushion a difficult business trip. My room was bright, spacious and comfortable, with a good working desk, reading chair and supply of coffee. The staff were quick to bring more amenities and supplies. I enjoyed the gym and the swimming pool in the work breaks thanks to the extended opening hours. The staff at reception gave me great tips on Denver. The location was perfect for meetings and lunches and well connected to Denver transport hubs.

Cons: We spent most of our time at the hotel pool. It was decent, a good temperature, nice loungers, but the pool itself could have been cleaner, and I was very disappointed there was no hot tub! It was also very difficult to unload our car, there is no loading zone near near the lobby, we had to park temporarily in an off street parking spot and load our own bags on to a cart that we found in the lobby on our own, then had to go find a paid parking lot, we found one a block away. It would be nice if they had a parking lot/garage for guest to use and offered a bell hop service to help with the luggage.

Cons: The bed itself sucked. Let me preface, I sleep on a hard bed at home. This bed was not hard, it was a slab of concrete. Everything else was great though!

Cons: The parking was very expensive, ($47 not including a tip). We paid $--- for the room so the parking each night was almost half as much as the room. We stayed 3 days so it adds up. The hot tub jets quit working the last two days with no repairs made.

Pros: I was booked in the Hyatt House Denver for a week. When I checked in the front desk staff greeted me and patiently attended to my needs (I have lower back issues) (If I remember correctly his name was Juliano). He gave me a suite in a quiet part of the hotel in one of the upper floor rooms. This was the ideal location for me as I had work to do. The hotel is conveniently located close to the convention centre (just a block away) and there are plenty of restaurants around. Check out the Bubba Gump shrimp Co. a block away. The breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of choices. You can choose from the healthier fruit, cereal, nuts, yoghurt options or like me gorge on the unhealthy stuff in plentiful. There were several coffee roasts available too which I liked. Unfortunately I had to check out early due to the conference getting cancelled, but it is fair to say that I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. If I am back in Denver again I will choose this hotel.

I explained to the front desk that I was sick and could not come to the restaurant to pickup my order and waited nearly two (2) hours for tea, lemons and honey. When my order was delivered there were no lemons so I waited for another hour for lemons and hot water. I was charged nearly $30 after waiting for 2 bags of tea. The hotel did not meet my expectation.

Cons: The property tried to steal from me. They extra-charged large non-existent charges on top to the amount we had booked via booking.com and already paid for. They also tried to extract even larger amounts of money from my card, twice. I had to go at great lengths to protect myself. In the end, they did not apologise, did not even admit anything; they just aborted their attempt to steal. In all my years of traveling, I have never seen anything even remotely close to this. This is completely unprecedented, and I am not beyond thinking of possible next steps.

Cons: We had money stolen from our room, from our suitcase and the cleaning staff was the only people that entered the room still the staff did nothing to help us get the money back or even offered us a discount. The breakfast selection was also very poor. Would not recommend staying there.

Cons: they were over crowded that night and they put us in a handicaps accessible room because they had nothing else available but gave us 2 free drink certificates. The room had a view of the parking garage. It was dated and things need maintenance.
