Pros (+) Honestly nothing about this hotel was worth what I paid. Staff is terrible, so rude for absolutely no reason. We received our room dirty and 4 hours late!
Cons (-) Everything.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, service experiences were mixed, with some guests noting friendly staff while others encountered inefficiencies or unhelpful interactions. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory but not without occasional lapses. The rooftop pool was a highlight for some, though others found it small or crowded. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient base with comfortable accommodations, but some aspects of service and amenities could be improved.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Convenient for us to travel around downtown Denver
Cons (-) The AC was broken the first night however they did credit us for the inconvenience which I do appreciate. It took 3 requests to have housekeeping clean the room but overall, amazing view and nicer staff towards the end of our stay.
Pros (+) The location is great.
Cons (-) The hotel is not safe. There were people fighting in the lobby and I tried calling the front desk but no one responded for about 15 mins. I was trying not to call 911 as I didn't think they were going to go beyond verbal arguments. But, the fact that no one from hotel management was available to diffuse the situation is concerning.
Pros (+) Super friendly staff. Great location.
Cons (-) Rooms outdated - bad lighting (sucks when you're trying to do your makeup), no microwave/ fridge, limited parking and super uncomfortable beds.
Pros (+) Room size was huge
