The person in the front desk did her best to satisfy my need. I made a reservation a couple of months in advance to ensure availability of a 15 passengers van, but only 12 persons van was available at the time of pickup. This was going to be a week with my entire family (14 persons) going back and forward in the same vehicle. 3 of my 6 grandkids require the use of car seats and, with a 12 passenger van, there was no way to make space for the entire group. Where's Sanford? Don't know about Sanford, but I can tell you about Orlando. I remember a story about a family on vacation, And they stopped for gas. They all went inside to use the restroom. They all came out, got back in, and went on their merry way. After about 10 minutes, the mother noticed her 5 year old was eating a cookie. As she couldn't recall buying cookies, she asked little Buford where he got the cookie. He replied " on the floor in the bathroom."Reviewed 12 Aug 2022

I rented a mustang(or equivalent) from Sanford to take to Daytona. I thought it would be fun for me and my teenage girls for a day and drive to New Smyrna for the day and then drive A1A. We got Kia and told no sports car available…sorry. The Kia smelled like cigarette smoke. I CC was charged an additional $200 that I didn’t know about. I called customer service. Sat on phone for some time. Betsy(nice enough, but difficult to understand) told me the $200 was a deposit and would be removed, fine( was not told this when car was picked up) she told me 10% could be taken off bill. I said, “unacceptable, I specifically got a sports car for a day, when I HADt transportation to get me from the airport to Daytona. This was the ONLY reason why I got the rental was for the sports car. For the experience with the girls! And now I have a regular car that smells like cigarette smoke. Now I swore she said she would take 50% off( but it definitely wasn’t 10% at this point ) and A voucher for three days of a rental car that she would send to my email for further use. I said this would be fine. I couldn’t get into my email at the time due to internet. The vouchers are for one way, which when coming to Daytona I always would need two way AND the vouchers are not even for the kind of car that I tried to rent in the first place! I at least deserve this! And the best part is that my invoice bill was $130.15. I drop off the car and my final bill is $130.15. I said to the lady, “ um, there was supposed to be a discount on my bill.” She states, there was 10% discount added. Well that would have made my bill $117.50 then since my initial total was $130.15. What else was added?!? I filled it with gas, nothing else should have been charged! AND she stated she was taking 50% off my bill! I am so exhausted, angry and disheartened by this whole experience. There was a roach infestation in the band that we rented and we had to throw out luggage is buy laundry soap wash all our clothes at the Airbnb we say that and also had to buy roach spray it was ridiculous and we spent tons of hours going through our luggage is trying to get rid of the roaches we had a 15 passenger van so there was tons of luggage is that we had to go through we spent hours outside of the budget location in the parking lot have fun literally going through each P article of clothing and transfer It’s into garbage bagsReviewed 9 May 2022

Rented a 15 passenger van, it was 3.5 hrs late from when we asked to have it available to use. It had the back seat removed so we could only fit 12 people in it with seat belts and that was not communicated. It also had a wheel bearing that I could hear was going out and caused us to stay close to where we were staying and not go to far from our home base for our vacation.Reviewed 1 May 2022
