Car reservations made in advance (2 weeks) but car was not available at reserved time and we had to wait for a car to arrive. The wait was not long although it was 2 hours after scheduled pick up time. It would have been appreciated if we received a text notification earlier about the delay. The car was fine one we got it, but the pick up process was terrible. No differentiating between customers with a reservation and those without one. A few customers were with an agent for 20-30 minutes. Even when they helped me who had a reservation, it took much longer than it needed as they tried to upsell me on a bunch of options. There was quite a long line when I got there, and it went very slow. The staff seemed under duress, and the customer service was quite poor. They chatted with each other and seemed to be problem solving, but not once did the person speak with me and explain what was happening. I really wouldn’t go here again. I don’t think it was the staff either—I think they were just trying to manage in a bad set of circumstances, I think it was the company.Reviewed 15 Aug 2022

Spent almost 2 hours waiting for vehicle. When we got the van (which was not in the correct parking spot), 6 person family including 6 month old baby and grandmother was told we had to unpack out of the van and into a new one. The new van was not washed and 3/4 tank full. After a long day of traveling, this was a nightmare.Reviewed 10 Aug 2022

When I arrived at the location to pick up my rental car I was told that they don't have a car. I said that was not acceptable and asked why my rental was confirmed. I only got a shrug and puzzled faces and heard there was nothing they could do. After pressing very hard one person went on the computer and told me that I could go to Reagan National Airport and get a car there, which I did. At the airport I got a car but when I asked for a discount or upgrade for the massive frustration and delay I was told there was nothing they could do because the airport location had a different owner. Not only did I not get a discount or upgrade, I ended up having to pay more than I had agreed to when I made the reservation. All in all the experience was a 2 out of 10.
